Mezzo Metronom (“the App”) is a metronome for Turkish aksak usuls, published by Tarik Balas (“we”). This policy explains what information the App processes, why, and the choices you have.
1. No audio recording
The App only plays sound; it does not listen. It does not record audio, it does not analyse your playing, and it never transmits audio anywhere. On some devices the audio engine may reference the system microphone API to configure the audio session, but no recording is captured, stored or sent.
2. Advertising
The free version of the App shows a full-screen advertisement supplied by Google AdMob. Ads never interrupt the first three minutes of a session: after that point an ad may appear when you change a setting (tempo, usul, meter, accent or click voice), never in the middle of an uninterrupted practice run. To deliver, measure and prevent fraud in advertising, Google may collect and process:
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
- IP address and approximate (non-precise) location derived from it
- Device and app information such as model, operating system version, language and app version
- Ad interaction data such as impressions, clicks and view duration
This data is collected by Google as an independent controller. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. We do not receive, store, or have access to your advertising identifier.
3. Your advertising choices
- iOS: the App asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised. You can change this at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland: we show a Google-certified consent form before requesting ads. You can reopen it any time from the App under Settings → Ad Preferences.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads.
- Remove ads entirely: purchasing Mezzo Pro disables all advertising and all advertising-related data collection in the App.
4. Purchases
The App offers one optional, one-time in-app purchase (“Mezzo Pro”) that removes advertising and unlocks all Turkish usuls, all click voices, the advanced subdivisions and unlimited practice scenes. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never see or store your payment details, card number, or billing address. To confirm your purchase and restore it on your other devices, the App asks the store whether the current store account owns the product.
5. Data stored on your device
The App stores a small amount of information locally on your device only: your purchase status, tempo, usul, meter, accent pattern, click voice, volume, haptics preference and your saved practice scenes. This never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
6. No accounts, no analytics
There is no sign-up, no user account, and no third-party analytics or crash-reporting service in the App.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Advertising is not configured for child-directed treatment and the App is not distributed in a children's category.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or erase personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, requests about advertising data should be directed to Google, or you can exercise your choices as described in section 3. You may also contact us and we will help.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.

Mezzo Metronom (“Uygulama”), Tarık Balas tarafından yayınlanan, Türk müziğinin aksak usullerine odaklı bir metronom uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, Uygulama’nın hangi verileri neden işlediğini ve sahip olduğunuz seçimleri açıklar.
1. Ses kaydı yok
Uygulama yalnızca ses çalar; dinlemez. Ses kaydetmez, çalışınızı analiz etmez ve hiçbir yere ses göndermez. Bazı cihazlarda ses motoru, ses oturumunu yapılandırmak için sistemin mikrofon API’sine başvurabilir; ancak hiçbir kayıt alınmaz, saklanmaz veya gönderilmez.
2. Reklamlar
Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümü Google AdMob tarafından sağlanan tam ekran reklam gösterir. Reklamlar bir oturumun ilk üç dakikasını hiçbir zaman bölmez: bu süreden sonra bir ayarı (tempo, usul, ölçü, vurgu veya tıklama sesi) değiştirdiğinizde reklam çıkabilir; kesintisiz çalışmanızın ortasında çıkmaz. Reklamların sunulması, ölçülmesi ve sahteciliğin önlenmesi için Google şu verileri işleyebilir:
- Reklam kimlikleri (iOS'ta IDFA, Android'de Reklam Kimliği)
- IP adresi ve buradan türetilen yaklaşık (kesin olmayan) konum
- Cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri: model, işletim sistemi sürümü, dil, uygulama sürümü
- Reklam etkileşim verileri: gösterim, tıklama, izlenme süresi
Bu veriler Google tarafından bağımsız veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla toplanır. Ayrıntılar için Google Gizlilik Politikası sayfasına bakın. Reklam kimliğinize bizim erişimimiz yoktur.
3. Reklam tercihleriniz
- iOS: Uygulama izleme (ATT) izni ister. İzin vermezseniz reklamlar yine görünür ama kişiselleştirilmez. Bu tercihi Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz.
- Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre: reklam istenmeden önce Google onaylı bir izin formu gösterilir. Formu Uygulama içindeki Ayarlar → Reklam Tercihleri bölümünden yeniden açabilirsiniz.
- Android: Reklam Kimliğinizi Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar bölümünden sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.
- Reklamları tamamen kaldırma: Mezzo Pro satın alındığında Uygulama'daki tüm reklamlar ve reklamla ilgili veri toplama durur.
4. Satın almalar
Uygulama; reklamları kaldıran, tüm Türk usullerini, tüm tıklama seslerini, ileri alt bölünmeleri ve sınırsız çalışma sahnesini açan tek seferlik, isteğe bağlı bir uygulama içi satın alma (“Mezzo Pro”) sunar. Abonelik değildir, otomatik yenilenmez. Ödeme tamamen Apple veya Google tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Satın almanızı doğrulamak ve diğer cihazlarınıza geri yüklemek için Uygulama yalnızca mağazaya bu ürünün sahibi olup olmadığınızı sorar.
5. Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler
Uygulama yalnızca cihazınızda küçük bir bilgi kümesi saklar: satın alma durumu, tempo, usul, ölçü, vurgu deseni, tıklama sesi, ses seviyesi, titreşim tercihi ve kaydettiğiniz çalışma sahneleri. Bu veriler cihazınızdan çıkmaz ve Uygulama’yı kaldırdığınızda silinir.
6. Hesap ve analitik yok
Uygulama’da kayıt, kullanıcı hesabı, üçüncü taraf analitik veya çökme raporlama servisi bulunmaz.
7. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamaz. Reklamlar çocuklara yönelik olarak yapılandırılmamıştır ve Uygulama çocuk kategorisinde dağıtılmaz.
8. Haklarınız
Bulunduğunuz ülkeye göre kişisel verilere erişme, düzeltme, silme ve onayı geri çekme haklarınız olabilir. Bizde kişisel veri tutulmadığından, reklam verilerine ilişkin talepleri Google’a iletebilir veya 3. bölümdeki seçimleri kullanabilirsiniz. Bize de yazabilirsiniz, yardımcı oluruz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman güncelleme tarihiyle birlikte bu sayfada yayınlanır.
