PRIVACY POLICY — BILLING APP ============================ Effective date: April 30, 2026 Publisher: Ranjeet Soft Contact: theranjeetshow@gmail.com This Privacy Policy describes how the Billing App ("the App", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application on Android and iOS. 1. Summary in plain language ------------------------------------------------------------ - All your business data (company profile, products, customers, invoices, PDFs) is stored only on your device. We do not upload it to any server. - We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect device-level identifiers to serve ads. - We use Google Sign-In so you can sign in with your Google account. We only receive your name, email, and profile picture if you choose this option. - You can use the app entirely as a Guest, in which case no account is created. - We do not sell your personal information. 2. Data we store on your device ------------------------------------------------------------ The following is saved locally on your device using Android/iOS storage and never leaves the device unless you explicitly share an invoice PDF: - Company / business profile (name, GSTIN, PAN, address, bank details, logo) - Product catalog (names, codes, HSN, prices, tax rates) - Customer / supplier list (names, phone, email, GSTIN, addresses) - Invoices, PDFs, and payment records - App settings (default template, default tax rate, ad preference) 3. Data collected by Google Sign-In (optional) ------------------------------------------------------------ If you choose Continue with Google, Google provides us with your account's: - Display name - Email address - Public profile picture (avatar URL) We use this only to identify your session and personalise the greeting. We do not share this with any other third party. If you choose Continue as Guest, none of this is collected. 4. In-app purchases (Billing Pro) ------------------------------------------------------------ If you choose to purchase Billing Pro Monthly (₹399/mo) or Billing Pro Lifetime (₹5,999 once) to remove ads, the transaction is processed by: - Google Play Billing when using the app on Android - Apple StoreKit / In-App Purchase when using the app on iOS We never see, store, or transmit your card, bank, or payment details. Apple and Google handle billing entirely. We receive a purchase token / receipt that we store only on your device to re-verify your entitlement on app restart. We do not transmit it to any backend. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your device's account settings: - Android: Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions - iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions 5. Data collected by Google AdMob ------------------------------------------------------------ The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect information used to show relevant ads, including: - Advertising ID (resettable from your device's privacy settings) - IP address - Device model, OS version, and language - Approximate location derived from IP Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and the Google AdMob & AdSense Terms (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads). We request only non-personalised ads by default. You can toggle ads off entirely in Settings → Preferences → Show ads. 6. Permissions the App requests ------------------------------------------------------------ - Permission — Why we need it - Photos / media library — To pick your business logo, banner, and signature image. The app only reads images you explicitly select. - Camera (optional) — To take a photo of your business logo, if you choose. - Internet — To load ads, sync the time for invoice numbering, and (in future) cloud backup if you opt in. - Storage — To save generated invoice PDFs that you can share. 7. Sharing invoices ------------------------------------------------------------ When you tap Share / WhatsApp / Email / Print, the app passes the generated PDF to your operating system's share sheet. We do not have a copy of the file or who you sent it to. 8. Children's privacy ------------------------------------------------------------ The App is not directed to users under 13 (or 16 in EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 9. Your rights ------------------------------------------------------------ - Delete data: Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data. There is nothing on our servers to delete. - Reset advertising ID: Use your device's advertising-ID reset option. - Opt out of personalised ads: Settings → Preferences → Show ads → Off. - Access: Since data lives on your device, you already have full access via the app's UI. 10. Changes to this policy ------------------------------------------------------------ We may update this policy. The latest version will always be available at the URL listed at the top of the Play Store / App Store listing, and the "Effective date" above will change. 11.
