Mostafil (“we”, “us”) is a Lebanon-focused phone top-up request app operated by Serine El Hajj and Mostafa Mohammad El Hajj. Contact: mostafahajj9931@icloud.com.
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect: phone number to top up; payment preference (Whish, cash, card, or account credit); optional notes; Sign in with Apple identity (or email you enter); display name if Apple provides it; order history; and on-device preferences (last network, fill type, payment method). We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone data.
We use this information to fulfill top-up requests, remember your last settings, manage account-credit balances, operate Mostafa HQ for founders, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Orders are processed manually by the Mostafil team — we are not a telecom carrier.
Order and profile data may be stored on your device (local cache) and on Supabase (cloud database). Sign in with Apple is handled by Apple. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only as needed to complete your order (Mostafil operators), with service providers that host our backend, or when required by law. We do not share data for third-party advertising.
Orders may be kept for bookkeeping and dispute resolution. You may delete your account in-app. Account deletion removes your profile and credit-payment history; past orders may be retained in limited form for legitimate business records. Deletion is blocked while a credit balance remains.
You can use the app without signing in. You can sign out, update your phone number on each order, or delete your account. For privacy requests, email mostafahajj9931@icloud.com.
Mostafil is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
