Miniblog skin

So, I'm not really going to host this in a separate directory for anyone at all. After all, it's live on my blog. You can literally click here to go look at my miniblog in action. Hell, this is where I confess that the usual template version of this is up on this site already. It's "Bakura Goes to the Dark Arbys." But, while I was organizing some of my other stuff to go up, I was asked to put this online as well. So, I suppose for anyone who really wants to break apart the code even more and mimic some of the alternative customizations I've done to it, here you go.

The main way to use this layout is to put every entry as a div ID. Then, in the index, just put "posts.html#DIV_ID_HERE" and it should hop down to the part of the page you want to look at. As you can tell, this is most ideal for things like a blog, or some sort of really long entry that needs to be split into multiple parts, such as talking about a game playthrough or a deep dive analysis of some sort of media, or maybe even a log of learning progress. Honestly, it's up to you.

As with all of my layouts, you're free to do what you please with it. Once again, I really don't care because once it's out of my hands, it's free for the internet to do what they want with it. Then again, as I said, it's been free for the internet to do what they want with it. Past my blurb on how I get the link to hop around on the page, I don't see the point in instructing any further. Like I said, I customized one of my own layouts. This is just here to give you a downloadable version of the page. If you don't want to download, just rightclick on the miniblog, you can literally look at any of my code at any point.

Also, there's a lot less images in this. In fact, normally I don't even have my avatars in this directory, as they're in a higher layer of my site. But for the sake of people being able to click the index file and preview in their browser locally, one of them is in the folder.

Once more, I need to find the links to some of the resources I used for this blog. I think the issue of having a ton of things saved over time is that you just lose track of it all. If you know anything, feel free to let me know. I have no problem modifying stuff to include those credits.

Also there's like 2 div classes with assorted borders for stuff. One being text, the other being images or videos. I didn't put them in the HTML for this but I'm pretty sure it's not that hard to figure out what they are. If you're in need of help, like I said, go check the miniblog. Just know that I haven't cleaned the HTML in there in ages, so none of it is probably valid anymore. If you care about that, I suppose it's pretty bad, but life just kind of happens.

But yeah have fun with this, I suppose.
