DDIM Sampler, 100 steps, denoise: 0.2-0.3, CFG 30!
Depth aware img2img mask: midas v21.
Generate a batch and select fav. send back to img2img. Select Invert option select fav.
If image looks overcooked set CFG to 15-20.
For upscale sampling use txt2img sampling you had used. Don't use extras. Use SD or Ultimate SD upscale with low 0.05-0.1 denoise.


Outpainting MK2(Not required):
If you use it, remove all prompts related to humans. add humans to negative and remove Sora part of prompt. High denoise: 0.7+, high steps. 50+ 
Use only one side at the time. left or right are preferable. Generate batch. Select best suitable one and with no prompt generate another batch with low denoise.
Don't forget to turn off script when you're generating with low denoise. If you want to do up/down don't use 128 pixels. 
Also play around blur settings in MK2.

Edit: Sometimes you would get only landscape, thus a batch is recommended.
