A battle near Busan & mass refugees..
{1
The U.S. and South Korean troops were forced to
take advantage of the guidance and protection of
displaced people who traveled south. A large
number of the displaced were involved in the
battle. Taking advantage of this, the Chinese
troops infused special forces into the refugees
in small units and disturbed the rear. For this
reason, operations and pinpoint attacks in which
{2
the U.S. military mobilized its strength were
not successful. Due to guerrilla warfare, the
U.S. military suffered damage that had never
been experienced in recent years, and morale
was greatly reduced. The U.S. military has been
considering the use of suppression weapons such
as vaporized bombs that can destroy a wide area
{3
at once, but the Chinese side said, "The
destructive power of vaporized bombs is the same
as tactical nuclear weapons. " For these reasons,
the U.S. and Korean troops continued to recede
and were being driven to the southeastern part of
the Korean Peninsula. The U.S. and S.Korea
governments have reached this point, and have
requested the Japanese government to assist the
{4
escaped refugees to escape from the sea, in
addition to the supply activities behind them.
In response, the Japanese government has
decided to dispatch aircraft groups such as
C-130 transport aircraft, CH-47 transport
helicopters, and gOsumih class assault
landing ships for the transportation of
{5
displaced persons including Japanese nationals.
Also, it was decided to dispatch a combat unit
including an escort fleet and support fighter
planes, assuming that a certain amount of
gdefensive armed forceh is required for the
rescue operation in battle. The dispatch of
ground troops was strongly controversial from the
public opinion that "It means overseas
{5
dispatch and conflict resolution by armed
forces & constitutional conflict."
However, the pressure of both the U.S. and
S.Korea, and the reality that many refugees are
already overflowing at the southern tip of
S.Korea, resulted in the movement of public
opinion with the Japanese government.

Operation name: Operation 1
{1
The situation on the Korean peninsula is in a critical state. Both the
U.S. and Korean troops are dedicated to supporting the current front.
The final goal of the Chinese army seems to be in Busan, the largest port
in Korea, and the final source of the US and South Korean military. The
mission of this Self-Defense Force is to safely guide and rescue Japanese
as well as other displaced persons to Japan. Currently, many refugees
{2
have been evacuated to friendly control areas
near Busan, but there are many refugees left in
competing areas and enemy-controlled areas
where fighting continues. Your mission is to
ensure the safety and swiftness of these
displaced persons and transfer them to Japan.
For that purpose, the effective use of
helicopters is the most important issue. It
{2
should also be noted that more displaced persons can be rescued quickly.
We would like to avoid the use of heavy weapons, but it is necessary to
maintain the front, the controlled area in order to rescue refugees
safely, and the enemy's rearward disturbance that permeates across the
front. It seems that there will necessarily be a situation where this
equipment must be used in order to compete with the troops. In addition,
{3
this operation is the first overseas activity
with full-scale armament for the
Self-Defense Forces. The whole world is
paying attention to your activities. I want
you to perform your duties brilliantly with
as little human wear as possible.
