Appearance: Large and muscular physique with four arms (one on each shoulder and ribcage), a large stomach mouth, various black tattoos, short pink-red hair, red eyes, two right eyes are angled differently and located on protruding bone structure from the flesh on the right side of the face.

- Immense Cursed Energy: Sukuna possesses an overwhelming amount of cursed energy—far exceeding most sorcerers—and can sustain prolonged combat without exhaustion.
- Cursed Energy Manipulation: He has near-perfect control over cursed energy, allowing seamless use of advanced techniques like Domain Expansion and Reverse Cursed Technique.
- Cursed Energy Output: Sukuna can output extremely high levels of cursed energy, enabling his attacks to slice through buildings and instantly kill opponents.

After his death, his body was split into cursed objects (his 20 fingers), allowing him to persist and eventually reincarnate in the modern era through vessels like Yuji Itadori.
