Laveta Crepes Station (“we”, “us”) is a crepe ordering and delivery app for Werdanieh Village, operated for Dani, Eva, Leen, and Cynthia. Contact: mohamedhage@gmail.com.
When you place an order we may collect: your name, delivery location in Werdanieh, phone number, order items and extras, optional order notes, and village notes you choose to post. We also store language preference and cart-related preferences on your device. Payment is cash on delivery — we do not collect card numbers in the app.
We use this information to fulfill and deliver orders, contact you about order status, improve the menu, operate the admin tools for the cousins, and meet legal obligations.
Order and customer data may be stored on your device and on Supabase (cloud database). Push/local notifications may be used for order updates. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only as needed to prepare and deliver your order (the Laveta team), with hosting providers that run our backend, or when required by law. We do not share data for third-party advertising.
Orders may be kept for bookkeeping and dispute resolution. You may ask us to update or delete your saved name, phone, and location by emailing mohamedhage@gmail.com.
The app is used by families in Werdanieh. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 for marketing. Orders are fulfilled as food delivery requests for the household.
We may update this policy. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
