Good cooking oils:
✅Coconut oil (Unrefined would be the best option)
✅Avocado Oil
✅Extra virgin olive oil (makes sure it comes from only one country)
Good animal fats:
✅Grass fed butter
✅Grass fed ghee
✅Grass fed tallow
Bad cooking oils:- DO NOT use the following oils:
❌Sunflower oil ❌Soybean oil
❌Palm oil ❌Peanut oil
❌Safflower oil ❌Vegetable oil
❌Corn oil ❌Any type of Seed oils
❌Canola oil
❌Sesame oil
Note - These types of BAD oils are toxic, highly processed and are full of Omega 6 fatty acids which are extremely inflammatory. Also it can lead to cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases and including cancer.
Note - Unfortunately most restaurants use the bad type of oils to cook with, especially fast food joints (Which you shouldn’t be eating at anyways). I understand eating out is mostly for social events with loved ones. So if you do eat at a restaurant, you can ask your waiter/waitress to see if they got any of the healthy oils or butters as mentioned above.
❌Processed meats - These include: hot dogs, sausages, sliced bacon, sliced turkey bacon, sliced ham, sliced salami, sliced turkey breast, sliced chicken breast, sliced pastrami, sliced roast beef, baloney and other cold cut meats that are packaged or come in a can.
Note - Processed meats are mostly known to cause colorectal cancer, but can cause other varieties of cancers as well. Processed meats contain: Chemicals, additives, emulsifiers, preservatives, stabilizers, binders, etc.
❌Ground turkey, Ground beef, Ground meats (PINK SLIME🤢🤮) - I’ll let this quick 3 min video below explain ⬇️

❌Certain dairy products- These include: Slices of cheese & shredded cheese.
Note - Purchase the whole block cheese. Whole foods will always have less harmful ingredients added to them. Also it is better to consume raw unpasteurized dairy products. When dairy products get pasteurized, they lose nutrients and enzymes. You would most likely need to go to a local supplier who raises livestock for these types of dairy products.
❌Refined Carbohydrates - These include: Breads, pastas, noodles, rice, tortillas, tostadas, chips, cookies, crackers, cereals, waffles, pancakes, pizza, refined grains and any other refined carbohydrates.
Note - Refined carbohydrates are hard on our digestive system. These types of foods can damage the mucosal lining to your stomach, can irritate our digestive system and possibly cause leaky gut.
❌Processed sugars - These food products should be obvious.
Lifestyle changes
Note - Most of the fruits and veggies we buy at the grocery store are sprayed with chemicals such as: pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, glyphosate, Shellac (cockroach feces) and other deadly chemicals.
Note - If you do happen to shop at your local grocery store, be aware of the cancer causing warnings. Most states have them so check for your state code/warning. For example if you are in California you will see P65 Warnings on some food products and especially at fast food joints (Which you shouldn’t be going to any fast food joints to begin with).
Note - Most of our day-to-today products are filled with chemicals that disrupt our endocrine system, reproductive system, hormones and much more.
Note - You can go to your local water supply store to get these types of waters.
Note - Bottled water has been stored for several weeks and months before you even buy it & bottled water contains fluoride & microplastics in them.
Bad cookware - DO NOT use the following:
❌Teflon – Exposure to PFAS, PFOA, Lead, and Cadmium, which can lead into liver disease, kidney cancer and other chronic diseases.
❌Non-stick – Cuts or chips on a non-stick pan can expose harmful chemicals to your foods.
Good cookware:
✅Stainless steel
✅Cast iron
