The GitHub repositories identified below provide tools specifically designed to circumvent technical protection measures and facilitate unauthorized access to FAKKU copyrighted hentai manga and doujinshi content hosted on piracy sites. 2. TECHNOLOGICAL PROTECTION MEASURES FAKKU employs multiple technological protection measures to control access to its copyrighted hentai manga and doujinshi: FAKKU Unlimited Subscription Service: Subscription-based access requiring user authentication, session management, and access controls on digital content. FAKKU Digital Store: Individual purchase system with user authentication and download authorization requirements for permanent digital purchases. Geographic and Age Verification Controls: Access restrictions based on geographic location and age verification requirements for adult content compliance. The piracy sites targeted by these circumvention tools ([private], [private], [private], [private], [private], [private], and others) host unauthorized copies of FAKKU-licensed manga that have been stripped of these protections. Many of these works were originally scanned and uploaded without authorization from FAKKU or its Japanese publishing partners. LEGAL ANALYSIS Each identified repository violates 17 U.S.C. § 1201(a)(2) and/or § 1201(b)(1) because the tools: (A) Are primarily designed or produced for the purpose of circumventing technological measures that effectively control access to FAKKU's copyrighted works, or circumventing protection afforded by technological measures that protect FAKKU's rights; (B) Have only limited commercially significant purpose or use other than to circumvent such technological measures; and (C) Are marketed by the persons who traffic in them for use in circumventing such technological measures. The piracy sites these tools target (nhentai.net, e-hentai.org, exhentai.org, Hitomi.la, Pururin, Hentai2Read, etc.) host unauthorized copies of works that FAKKU has licensed exclusively for English-language distribution. By automating access to these piracy sites, the identified tools circumvent the need to obtain authorized access through FAKKU's legitimate subscription service or digital store, thereby circumventing FAKKU's technological protection measures. 5. STATEMENT OF GOOD FAITH I have a good faith belief that the use of the identified repositories and their contents is not authorized by the copyright owner (FAKKU, LLC), its agent, or the law. The identified tools serve no substantial legitimate purpose other than to facilitate unauthorized access to copyrighted works. 7.
