I reckon taping your fingers shit would be a good start. Your hands can be at your sides, but I'm going to make sure they stay there. I'd wrap tape around each wrist and its respective thigh, then around your your waist several times. More tape goes around your upper arms and chest, thighs, knees, and ankles. And that's before the mummification starts.

I'd wrap your feet all the way up to your head, making sure no gaps are visible. After layer is wrapped around you, I make second layer. Only this time I cover you in vertical strips, to prevent layers from aligning. If you're still feeling confident, I'm about to change that by adding one more layer of tape over your entire body. So if you're keeping count, that's four layers of bindings on your limbs. Good luck with that.
