Ugh, I don't know any php. If it was HTML, it would be easy to put a google search bar in.

Is there a way to find all topics started by a specific member?

I would like to see the search function able to find stories with a certain subject. I want to read all the stories that involve tying up and tickling; mostly kids, but when I put the word 'tickling' in the advanced search box, I get this:

"The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: tickling.
You must specify at least one word to search for. Each word must consist of at least 3 characters and must not contain more than 14 characters excluding wildcards."

I don't know what else to do except try to read every story to see if it has what I'm looking for. It's too bad that it is so hard to find the stories I most want to read.

What it sounds like you more want their vig is a tag based system, where people could tag the forum topic or story with a tag to say what it is about. For example you could tag it with 'tickling', 'cleaver gag', 'spread egal' and then people could search for storys containing them 3 features.

Once again the common answer in my research is/was "get over it". Phpbb is useless when it comes to searching.
