How do you tell someone you want to tie THEM up?

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this.

personally i never ask or tell anyone that i want to tie them up, i just do it.
normally when i tie up someone it is a person i've known for a long time and i know for sure that they know me well enough to understand that it's just for fun.
either that or the person will ask me to tie them up, it happens too some times.
but if not, i just go ahead and tie up the person.
if they don't protest or anything then i know that they are okey about it.
and if they for some reason don't like it they will most likely say NO and then i just stop. i believe that just about 9 out of 10 times that i experienced they appear to understand that it's a joke and don't bother mutch about it.

and if they don't like it then they will tell you to stop.
but try to pay attention to how they'r saying it.
if they are strictly telling you "NO! STOP IT, I'M SERIOUS AND DON'T WANT TO BE TIED UP" then you should stop at once and explain to them that you are sorry and it was not meant to be mean or anything, you where just pulling a prank and thought the person could handle it and then tell them that it won't happen again.

but if they are laughing at the same time they might actually be okey about it even though they are protesting they still think it's funny and knows that you just are fooling around without meaning any harm.
they don't have to enjoy it but as long as they don't have a problem with it, then there is no harm in it and you shouldn't have to worry and just continue to tie them up.
