What is your favorite meat to cook and to eat?

Steak to cook very flavorful after cooking on the grill and its amazing how many dishes you can cook using the ingredients.
To eat, Lamb because its delicious but hard to cook
You will have to subdue me to restrain me. I been a bad boy so make sure you torture me too with anything but pain.

If seafood counts, then broiled lobster in the shell with melted butter.
Dare to be different... and make a difference.

Suggestion: mix the liver (the greeish mucky-looking bit) with crushed garlic and mayonnaise and the coral (the red, crumbly bit) with a little shallot vineger and use both as dipping sauces.
Boxer shorts are cool,
but little speedos rule!

My favourite: Goose stuffed with prunes and Armagnac at one end and apple-and-pork forcemeat at the other.
Towards the end, drain of some of the fat and use it to roast some fairly large-cut potatoes.
The addition of a spicy casserole of red cabbage makes that a feast.

Before I turned vegetarian, sashimi grade fish. Does it count if it's raw?

Certainly. Why not? Meat is meat. Fish is also meat. Not meaning to talk like a Vegan here, but any flesh from any dead animal is meat.

I actually expected that link to lead either to a genuine recipe for porcupine pie or perhaps to a clip from the Beverly Hillbillies! :quirk: I never knew about this particular song; haven't listened to Neil diamond in a long, long time.

Well, duh! Do you honestly think I didn't figure that out at once? What part of meat is meat didn't you understand? As far as a scientist is concerned, it doesn't matter if it's cooked; or even fit for human consumption really- though a gourmet might dispute that.

In any case, I'd say sushi counts as meat.
