Well, what I did was rather simple & basic. I pre-tie coil for my wrist & then tied my ankles together & finished them off in the middle so it'll tighten up, same goes for my knees if I tend to wanna tie my knees as well. Then I'd pre-tie a cinch noose, I would attach one end to my ankle & the other part which was the cinch noose, I'd slide in the pre-tied wrist coil into the cinch noose, so now the wrist coil is divided into half due to the cinch noose being in the middle, I'd slide my hands in the respective holes, when I pull my hands away from my ankles, the wrist coil would tighten due to the cinch noose tightening from me pulling my hands away from my ankle. Too bad I ain't a female, so a crotch rope wouldn't feel as satisfying, lol!
