My sincere apology .... I got thickheaded, insensitive, self-aborbed and are worse than a real DH. I'm terrible. In my lust I completely disregarded you and that is unforgiviable. I can only say I am sorry and add what a jackass I am. No, I don't deserve to be forgiven. I am very sorry.

Hope you get better soon. myself i find a little tie go's along way to take the mind off of pain and other things.

Well, I treated "entertain me" like "get cyber flirty with me". You were looking to be cheered up, not to be like, B&D hit upon. You might have thought that ok, but I failed to consider you might not. So when I saw that jay did The Right Thing, I knew I had to too.
