Housemate Issues: A Weekend Of Hell FFF/F

Postby angim350 » Fri Jan 03, 2014 4:40 pm

So, after my last effort got a mostly OK reaction, I've written another piece. This one is rather different from the last, with no connection to that story.

**Friday**

"OK! This isn't funny anymore!"

18 year old Lucy gazed up at the three girls who stood leering down at her. She began to feel worried.

"Come on. Enough is enough."

"We say when it's enough," the tallest one said. She turned to the other two girls, a fierce look in her eyes.

"Think we should tie her feet?"

The one on the left nodded enthusiastically, laughing. The other girl seemed slightly hesitant.

"I dunno. I don't think she's..."

"She's fine! Don't be a wuss. Come on!"

The other girl stared down at Lucy, her new housemate, sitting on a kitchen chair. Her hands where tied behind her with a scarf, while another scarf had been wrapped around her torso. She was a slim, attractive girl, with long dark hair and brown eyes, dressed in jeans and a T-Shirt. She'd been just coming in from a day at Uni when they had jumped her, dragging her into the kitchen quickly and binding her to the chair. They'd clearly been planning it for a while, and it had gone like clockwork.

Lucy struggled against her hand bindings. They were very tight; far tighter than she had been expecting. She had been twisting her wrists for some time, fidgeting in the chair since they had tied her to it. At first, she had found the situation rather amusing; after all, the girls had only known each other for about a fortnight. But ten minutes later, she was starting to get worried.

"No!" she said. "Come on. A joke's a joke. Untie me now. My hands are hurting."

She strained against her bonds some more, but they held fast.

The tallest girl, Cindy, stepped towards her.

"Stop moaning. We're only having a laugh. Not like we've hurt you or anything."

She turned to the others.

"Go and get some more scarves from your rooms."

The first girl, Rebecca, laughed and rushed off out of the kitchen. The second one hesitated.

"Maybe we should untie her, Cindy. She doesn't look like she's enjoying this."

"Duh! It's a prank! She's not supposed to enjoy it. Go get some scarves, now!"

"Olivia!" cried Lucy. "Please don't. Enough's enough. I've got a lot of work to do tonight, and I have to skype my parents. Just untie me."

"Stop being soft," said Cindy. "We're at Uni. We're supposed to enjoy ourselves."

Lucy began to feel all the more worried now. Her bindings where not shifting no matter what she did, and there wasn't even that many of them at the moment! She couldn't believe her new housemates were doing this to her! They'd seemed nice enough all through fresher's week, going out together, helping each other get ready, and making sure they were all OK. Cindy had even helped straighten her hair just the previous night! So why where they doing this? Was it because she was the smallest? Cindy easily stood six feet, while Rebecca and Olivia were of average height. Lucy was quite small, something she'd always been happy about. Until now.

She decided she'd try and be reasonable once more. She forced herself to smile.

"Look guys. A joke's a joke. Haha, you got me. Next time, just hide my food or something, OK? Now can you get this bloody scarf off my hands?"

Olivia made to move forward, but Cindy blocked her way.

"What's the matter with you?" Olivia cried. "We've done the joke."

"Come on. She's only been sitting there 2 seconds. I lived in a house full of boys last year, and they always did this to me! She'll be fine."

"OK," said Lucy, trying to force bravery into her voice. In all honesty, Cindy was really starting to creep her out. "I'm serious. Get me loose now, or...

"Or what?"

Rebecca suddenly interrupted the moment, running back in carrying more scarves in her hands.

"Brilliant! said Cindy. "Help me grab her feet."

Lucy began to thrash about wildly, desperately trying to pry apart her hands by brute force. She'd never been tied up before; whenever she'd seen it in movies, she always envisioned being easily able to escape if in that situation. Now it was actually happening to her, she couldn't get out, and it frightened her. She felt tears in the corner of her eyes.

No! She would not cry.

Cindy and Rebecca grabbed her feet, cruelly tying them together. Lucy tried kicking out hard, forcing Cindy to hold her legs still. The girls then finished by tying her knees together, making it even harder for her to move.

"Let me go you crazy bitches!"

Lucy was starting to feel hysterical.

"Nasty language there," said Cindy. "Might have to do something about that mouth of yours if you keep that up. Now, calm down!"

The poor girl struggled to control her breathing, straining against the restraints.

"Please..."

"Got some manners now? Brilliant!"

Cindy turned to the other two girls. Rebecca was looking slightly hesitant, while Olivia just looked scared.

"Oh, come on guys. It's only a bit of fun. I mean, let's face it. It's raining outside, we're already snowed under with work. We need something to do."

"Why can't we just watch Breaking Bad like other normal people?" said Olivia. "Look, I'm all for jokes. But she looks scared to death. I would be, if you had done that to me!"

"We did that, not I!" spat Cindy. "And you better watch it, or it'll happen to you too!"

Olivia backed away slightly.

"Olivia! Please don't let them...!"

She looked once at Lucy, then turned and walked out of the room.

"Leave me out of this."

Lucy felt like her last hope had left her. She slumped helplessly in the chair, finally realizing she was going nowhere. She was utterly at the mercy of two girls she barley knew, one of whom was clearly deranged.

Cindy looked at her watch.

"It's getting late. I'm kind of tired. Think we should pick this up in the morning."

"WHAT? What do you mean???"

Cindy laughed.

"Well, you ain't going to be missed til Monday. We might as well make the most of it."

Lucy started struggling again, not caring that her wrists and ankles were loosing blood supply.

"Oh my God. Please don't leave me like this all night!"

"Shut up."

Cindy looked at Rebecca.

"Let's go to bed."

Rebecca glanced at Lucy, then nodded.

"I'll scream!" cried Lucy.

"No you won't!" said Cindy. She pulled another scarf off the floor, wrapping round Lucy's head in a cleave gag.

"You won't scream at all. Now, goodnight."

With that, Cindy and Rebecca left the struggling girl alone, turning the light off as they did so.

Lucy struggled with everything she had. She figured if she could just somehow get her hands free, she could untie the rest of herself. Deciding that, she applied every ounce of strength to her wrists, yet they held fast. The girls had crossed them behind her, and no matter how much her fingers probed, they couldn't find any knots to undo. Cursing inwardly, she cast her eyes around the room, hoping to find something sharp. Nothing seemed to be to hand, any knives probably in unreachable drawers. Damn it!

She actually did start to cry now, realizing that she was, truly stuck. Not only did she need the bathroom, the chair was plastic and not very comfortable. The thought of sitting there all night was horrible.

She couldn't believe this was happening to her. How long where these girls going to keep her like this? Surely they'd have to let her go eventually. Then, she'd move out faster than a whippet.

"Mmmmm!"

Suddenly, the kitchen door opened slightly, revealing the frame of Olivia from the light outside. The girl crept silently into the room. Lucy squirmed and wiggled, almost dying in relief. Clearly, Olivia was here to let her go.

"If I take that off, don't make noise, OK. Or Cindy will be here in a flash."

Lucy nodded frantically. Olivia removed the gag, causing Lucy to drool slightly.

"Thank God!" she whispered. "Untie me before Cindy comes back. That girl's a nutcase."

Olivia hesitated, then nodded, moving around to the back of the chair. She gazed at the bundle of knots, wrapped in a mess around Lucy's crossed wrists. The girl's hands were very red, her fingers clenching and unclenching to keep the blood flowing.

"Christ, that look tight."

"It is! I can't get my hands to even move! Just get it off me. Please!"

Olivia moved her hands to the scarf.

Lucy felt Olivia's fingers on the rope, and breathed a sigh of relief, which was soon cut short as the bindings felt no looser. She struggled again, and found she was still tied up.

"Hey! What are you doing back there? Come on."

Olivia sighed, then stood up, walking back round to Lucy.

"I can't let you go. She'll kill me if I do!"

"No!" Lucy thrashed, more tears coming out of her eyes. "Please don't leave me like this."

"Look," said Olivia. "I don't want her to do this to me! No... shut up and listen! I'm having a friend round tomorrow. I'll tell Cindy I can't stop them coming and that we need to let you go before they get here. She'll have to untie you."

"And what if she doesn't? You do realize you are being complicit in a crime here, don't you?"

"Don't be ridi..."

"It's a crime! Wrongful imprisonment. You're holding me against my will!"

"Shut up. Don't talk rubbish. Now look. I'm putting the gag back in. Hold in there until tomorrow. She'll have to let you go then."

"No...mmmmm!"

Olivia stuffed the gag back into Lucy's mouth, before standing up and quickly leaving the room, Lucy hopelessly struggling against her bonds.

**Saturday

Eight hours. That's how long she thought she'd been sat there, exhausted from struggling. She was drenched in sweat, her hands feeling slimy behind her. Every single bone in her body was aching. She had to be free!

She had tried moving the chair closer to a drawer, in a desperate attempt to get at a knife. But her feet were tied too tight to even move a centimetre. In the end, she had given up, fearful of toppling over. Next, she had tried forcing one wrist through the loop in the scarf wrapped around them. After ten minutes of painful pressure, she had felt it move forward ever so slightly, but then stopped. It was not moving any further forward. Finally, she had desperately continued to probe for knots. Her fingers kept brushing against one, which she attempted to pick at ceaselessly. But it was no good. The angle was all wrong. She might eventually get it undone within a day, but what good would it do? There were still plenty more of them!

In the end, she had slumped in the chair, tired beyond reason. Her heart threatened to beat out of her chest. Surely she wouldn't be like this much longer. Her parents would wonder why she hadn't contacted them, and she'd promised to ring her friend Alice before she went to sleep. Someone would realize something was wrong, surely?

Despite the horror and helplessness she was feeling, a nagging doubt entered her mind. What if she was just overreacting? What if it was just a harmless joke, to be taken as such? What if she stopped acting so worried, and Cindy got bored and untied her?

No. This wasn't funny, and when she got out she would definitely reconsider living here. She'd only chosen this house to not end up living with a group of boys she'd only met once, despite them all seeming friendly enough. One of them had even hinted at taking her out for a drink. Thinking back to that decision, she wished with all her might she'd said yes to them.

She forced herself not to despair. Not only was she exhausted and desperately needed her bed, she was also becoming desperate for the use of a bathroom. At first, it had been easy to forget about it in her haste to be free. Now she'd accepted she was going nowhere, it was the only thing that could penetrate her brain.

She clenched her legs together, hoping against hope she could hold on until morning. There was no way she was going to wee herself here!

It was 8 in the morning when Cindy finally came back into the room, dressed in pink pyjamas. Lucy squirmed at the sight of her, fresh tears dripping down her face. The tall girl approached her prisoner, grinning.

"How was your night?"

Lucy held her head down.

"I'm going to take your gag off. Make noise it's going straight back on. Deal?"

Lucy nodded vigorously.

Cindy removed the scarf from her mouth, to instant relief for Lucy. She moved her mouth up and down again, wincing at the ache.

"T... thankyou."

Her voice sounded weak, unrecognisable.

"C...Cindy. P...please. Just let me go. I'm begging you. I promise, I'll not tell anyone. We'll just put it down to a joke."

"Do you think I'm that stupid? You'll be running to security first chance you get. I know your type. Best friend to your face, then slagging you off behind your back."

"What? I'm not... why are you doing this to me???"

"To show you that you should be careful who you talk about. They'll get you back."

"I don't understand. I haven't done..."

"Don't lie to me, bitch!" Cindy's eyes were murder. She put her face directly in front of Lucy's.

"I saw you with those boys. Flirting round them. Charming them into offering you a house to live in."

"What...?"

"I lived with them last year, and they turfed me out! Couldn't figure out why, then it hit me! They were waiting for an attractive fresher to come along. They didn't need me anymore. And, sure enough, along came a pretty little slut."

"It's not like that! I didn't want to live with them. I..."

"Just enough."

Cindy straightened up, moving to the kitchen counter to switch on the kettle. Lucy forced herself to slow down her breathing.

"I trust you had a comfortable night, anyway?"

"It really hurts, Cindy! I'm sorry. I'm so sorry if I've offended you. I didn't want to hurt anyone! Please. Please just untie me. I feel sick, and I need the bathroom."

Cindy laughed. She poured herself some tea, sitting at the table, looking at her. She seemed to be making her mind up about something.

"If I did let you go, we'd have to reach an understanding."

"Anything!" Lucy was so desperate to be free she literally didn't care what Cindy was about to demand of her. Her probing fingers were finally loosing feeling, and her shoulders were in agony from her arms being held behind her.

"If you tell anyone about this, anyone at all, I swear I'll get you. Do you understand? You know you're no match for me now."

"I promise, I swear. Oh God, I swear!"

"My word, you are pathetic."

Cindy opened a drawer and pulled out a chopping knife, before walking towards her captive. Lucy couldn't believe it. She almost fainted in relief. Cindy was almost there when suddenly the door bell rang. Both girls looked at each other hesitantly, and in that one second Lucy realized something had just changed. Cindy was not going to let her go.

"HELP ME!" she cried. "THEY'VE TIED ME..."

"SHUT UP!" Cindy grabbed Lucy's gag and shoved it back in, before slamming the knife down on the counter.

"You lying bitch! Don't you make any noise. I'm getting rid of them, then you and I are having another discussion."

She stormed out of the room, leaving Lucy silently struggling once again. Her bladder was full to bursting, her desperation at its peak.

Saturday will continue soon.

Lucy tried to make some noise, but the gag prevented this too well. The door was right down the hall at the other end of the house. Unless she could somehow scream, there was no way the new arrival would hear her. Cindy would see them off, and then she would be back. And God knows what would happen.

It was then she saw the knife.

It was there, lying on the counter, looking very invitingly sharp. The stupid girl had left it with her captive! Lucy wasted no time; she knew she had minutes at most. Using all her strength, she attempted to pull the chair along the floor with her bound feet. Sweat dripped into her eyes as she kept going, the chair moving ever so slowly. It was no good! This was taking far too long!

She almost gave up, then the thought of staying like this for another eight hours pushed her onwards. Almost there.

"Thanks for dropping by! I'll give you a text later!"

Cindy's voice from the hall. She would be back any second.

Lucy doubled her efforts, reaching out with her bound hands for the handle. It was barley centimetres away now. Just a little more...

The kitchen door burst open and Cindy strolled back into it, looking dishevelled and angry. She gazed down at her captive with a puzzled expression. Lucy tensed, the knife held in her left hand behind her back. If Cindy noticed it was gone, or if she saw Lucy had moved from her original position...

"Bloody Daniel from across the road. Think he fancies me. Never gets the message. Anyway."

Cindy sat down on a chair across from Lucy. Her captive slowly began to position the knife on the scarf, ever so slightly sawing it back and forward. She hoped against hope that she was being subtle enough for Cindy not to notice.

"I asked you if you would keep quiet. You lied right to my face. So, what am I supposed to think now?"

She turned her head to the door.

"I wouldn't bank on them two sticking up for you, either, you know. They were just as eager to do this as me."

Lucy could feel the scarf's fibres coming apart. A little longer and she would be free.

"Anyway. I've got to go out today. By all rights I should leave you sat here until tonight. But it's too risky in here. So, either I let you go, or I simply move you into another room. What do you think?"

The scarf was almost cut. Lucy could feel the lopes around her hands loosening, the blood already starting to flow properly. She held Cindy's gaze, trying to look less worried than she felt.

Cindy's eyes suddenly shifted to the counter, where she instantly remembered she had dropped the knife. Lucy didn't even bother with being subtle, speeding up her cutting. Finally, the last of the fibre snapped, and she felt her hands come apart. Blood rushed fully into her limbs, prickling at the end of her finger tips. Her arms felt like wood as she was finally able to move them from a position they'd been in so long. However, there was no time for her to dwell on her situation. Without hesitating, she swung her hand round and punched Cindy square on the cheek.

Lucy wasn't a particularly strong person. but her punch came from adrenaline fuelled desperation, knocking Cindy clean off her chair. Lucy quickly stood up, forgetting for a moment her legs and feet where still bound. She instantly fell to the floor, momentarily dazed. By this point, Cindy had recovered, and jumped on top of the smaller girl.

Lucy lashed out with her hands, but Cindy was much too strong for her, pinning both wrists to the floor. She had a murderous look in her eyes, her cheek bright red.

"What the hell is going on in here?"

Rebecca had run into the room, wearing a pink dressing gown.

"What's going on? This little bitch just took a swing at me! I'll make her pay for this, I swear it!"

"What? But I thought you tied her up?"

"She cut herself free. Crafty little slut, aren't you? Don't worry. I won't make that mistake again."

Lucy began to scream behind her gag, begging Rebecca to help her.

"Help me lift her into her room."

Rebecca hesitated.

"I dunno, Cindy. Olivia's right; I think this has gone far enough. Look at her. She's obviously not happy with this. Keep this up we could get in serious trouble."

"It's our word against hers. If we stick together nothing will happen. Now come on! This was your bloody idea, remember? Help me move her into her room."

Rebecca nodded. She knelt down and forced one of Lucy's arms over her shoulder, while Cindy took the other. They dragged their captive to her feet, pulling her out of the small kitchen and down the wall to her bedroom.

Lucy couldn't believe what was happening. She'd come so close to freedom, and they'd snatched it away again. Now they were going to do God knows what, for God knows how long.

Her little room was just how she'd left it. Still only half unpacked into, with her comfy bed and small teddy on the pillow. Her wall was filled with pictures of friends and family from home, while her laptop lay on her desk; she never usually took it into Uni with her. She made an instinctive move towards it, only to be roughly pulled back.

"Put her on the bed," said Cindy. "Then have a look if there's any scarves or something in here."

Rebecca obeyed, moving over to the wardrobe in the corner to route through her clothes. Lucy made a slight noise underneath the gag, making one last pleading glance at Cindy. Her captor pulled it down roughly.

"I won't tell anyone about this, I swear. Rebecca, listen! If you do this, you will get into trouble whether I report you or not. Look at my wrists!"

She held up the hand Cindy was holding down. A thin line caressed the wrist, while around it there was evidence of slight bruising.

"People are going to want to know where I've been and where this came from. The longer I leave it, the less likely I can lie. The only think you can do is let me go."

Rebecca stopped her routing and seemed to be deep in thought.

"Becky..."

Cindy's voice was cold, quiet.

"Why the hell are you doing all this?" asked Lucy. "You can't hate me this much already. There's something else. What's going on here? Tell me! This is more than just some vendetta. You want to hurt me. Why?"

"Shut up!"

"She's right, Cindy. This is just weird. I think you should just let her go."

"I agree," said a voice from the door. Olivia had joined in.

"Step away from her, Cindy."

Both Olivia and Rebecca advanced on Cindy, who stood to her full height. Lucy dared not move, despite now being free.

"So then. What happens now?" asked Cindy.

"What happens now is that you leave her alone."

Lucy carefully watched both girls, who stood next to each other, obviously trying to look braver than they felt. Cindy towered over the pair of them, and Lucy could see her muscular tone more clearly through her pyjamas. She truly was an imposing girl. Lucy started slowly massaging her wrists, which throbbed terribly due to their long confinement.

Trying not to make too much noise, she turned her attention to the knots on her knees. trying to pick them free while Cindy was distracted. She'd have a much better chance of fighting them off if she was completely untied.

"Look at the pair of you," laughed Cindy. "Trying to act all hard. Don't forget, Rebecca, you're the one who said we should tie the bitch up when I told you what I saw last weekend. And Olivia, you wanted to punch her lights out before. Or, has John actually called you back since she met him?"

Both girls hesitated. Lucy kept picking at the knots. The scarf was slowly loosening.

"If we let her go now, she'll report all three of us, because that's the type of person she is. We'll all get into trouble for this. However, if the two of you help me keep her quiet for a little while longer, we can come up with a solution to stop her. Don't you understand, you idiots? We started this. We need to finish it."

Shades of doubt where now on each girl's face. Lucy suddenly did not feel so secure.

"What do you mean?" she asked them. "What could I possibly have done...?"

"Cindy told me you came onto Tom!" spat Rebecca. "My boyfriend! He visited last weekend, in case you've forgotten. She told me you were all over him!"

"What??? That's a lie. I swear to you, I barley even spoke to him!"

"Don't lie." Rebecca's look had turned fierce. "He's not texted me since! Think he's going to dump me, thanks to you!"

"Becky, honestly, I haven't..."

"And I guess," said Olivia quietly. "That you didn't sleep with John last week, either. You knew I liked him!"

"What??? I never... I don't know who this John is. Oh, for heaven's sake, can't you see she's lying to you! Please don't make this any worse for yourselves."

"Any worse for us?" Rebecca now looked ready to kill. "It's all the worst for you."

She turned round, back to the cupboard, and drew out some more scarfs.

"No! Oh God, no! Please! I swear I haven't been..."

"They know you're a lying little bitch," said Cindy. "No point lying anymore."

"HELP!" yelled Lucy at the top of her lungs. "OH GOD HELP ME! THEY'RE CRAZY! HELP!"

Within five seconds, Rebecca and Cindy were on her, flinging her onto her back and forcing her hands behind her once more. Olivia did not move, but gazed down with a dark expression. Lucy just stared up at her blankly. She winced as the girls forced more scarves around her already sore hands. This time, they tied it to hurt, it feeling so tight Lucy wondered if she would even be able to move at all this time. When her hands where tied, she felt them grab her legs, pulling them up towards her wrists. More scarf was added, attaching her bound wrists to her bound ankles. Then, her gag was roughly re-applied.

Cindy and Rebecca straightened up, sweating slightly.

"So, what now?" asked Rebecca.

"Just leave her," said Cindy. "We'll have a think on what to do, then get on it tonight. Get comfy bitch."

With that the two girls walked out of the room. Olivia hesitated a second longer, then followed them.

Lucy really did cry then. Her bonds were so tight this time she could barely move, pathetically wiggling and squirming round on her bed. The position they'd forced her into was agony, her limbs all tied so tightly together over her bum. Unlike before, where she thought she could at least get one knot undone in time, all the knots here were unreachable, unattainable. She was utterly stuck.

It was not true! None of it! Lucy would never have gone after other girls boyfriends like Cindy had claimed. Sure, she'd spoken to both boys last week, but mainly just to introduce herself. Lucy didn't really have a particular interest in boys at that moment; a recent relationship had ended badly. Her eyes turned to the wall, where she saw her happy times with her friends gazing down at her, her usually holding the camera with one hand and putting the other around them. How young she looked! How innocent! Not a care in the world. She'd been so excited to come to Uni, and now she wished more than anything she was miles from here, back in her own room with her own, normal friends.

She was scared now, more scared than she'd been so far. At least before, she thought that it was all a joke, if not a very nice one. Now, these girls had made their feelings plain. They were prepared to hurt her, if they had to. This thought spurred her into more furious and hopeless struggles, cursing herself for coming so close to freedom and wasting it. Her hands had been free, damn it! Now they were tied tighter than ever, wrapped in unreachable knots and immovable bonds.

It was then she remembered how badly she needed the bathroom, now made ten times worse by the position they'd forced her into. The pressure was unbearable. She knew she would not be able to hold on much longer, and also knew she was going nowhere until at least the end of the day. But no! She refused to humiliate herself more than they already had! She would not give in! The thought of lying in her own urine was enough to stop her.

Around half an hour later, when she heard nothing from outside the door and gave up any hope of a rescue from Olivia, she finally realized she had no other choice. Sobbing softly, mortified, she relaxed her muscles and it came rushing out. Instant relief washed over her as she felt the wet patch grow in her pants. She sighed softly, tears dripping down her face, the onrush seemingly never ending. However, end it eventually did, and for the first time since last night, Lucy felt some semblance of relief. However, the wet was now everywhere, and she began to shiver. It was going to be a full day of this, and she could not see an end.

Thanks for the responses guys!

She wrinkled her nose against the smell, which only seemed to get worse even as the liquid dried. She felt beyond humiliated, and beyond exposed. No doubt they would have a thing or two to say when they came back. Maybe they would be very angry indeed. The thought was actually beginning to terrify her.

No! She would not be scared of these girls. That wouldn't help at all. What she had to do now was figure out a way to get free. Then, she could consider what to do next.

Gritting her teeth, she began to probe once again with her fingers, this time attempting to reach for the knots around her ankles. It didn't take her long to find them, though she moaned in frustration to feel how very tight they were. It was going to take a while to get these undone, but then, she reminded herself, all she had was time.

Around an hour later, her fingers seriously aching, she finally felt the knots loosening. Her back was killing her from being in such an arched position, and she forced herself to rest for five minutes before starting again. At last, at long last the last knot came undone, and she was finally able to detach her hands from her feet.

She quickly rolled over into a sitting position, her hands being behind her making it very difficult. She caught a glimpse of herself in her desk mirror. Her ankles and knees were still firmly bound together, her arms still tightly behind her back. Her face was wet from tears and sweat, and extremely red. It was framed with dishevelled hair, her clothes hanging off her. She looked a mess, and that was before she even looked at the wet patch. For the first time, she felt true anger.

What these girls had done to her wasn't funny. It was just cruel. She swore to herself then that she'd get them back for this!

She tugged angrily at her bonds, accepting that she was still no closer to getting free. She had to find something in the room to help her. Her eyes scanned every corner of the place, yet nothing seemed to present itself. It was then she remembered something that nearly made her heart beat out of her chest; she was sure she had a pair of scissors in her desk draw!

Carefully, slowly, she rose to her feet, swaying slightly where she stood. The desk seemed so far away, despite it only being across from her bed. Usually, she could just about reach it from her bed, if she felt she couldn't be bothered to get up. However, one fall and it was all over.

Tensing her whole body, she jumped forward ever so slightly, wobbling dangerously for a moment before straightening. Holding her breath, she repeated the process again, and again, always the desk getting ever so nearer. She was going to make it!

It was on the last jump that things went wrong. Maybe she was a little over excited at finally reaching her goal, or maybe she was just a little too tired. A slight over estimation and she was on the floor, landing hard on her shoulder.

Pain shot through her as she cried out in frustration. It was going to take her an age to get up again.

"Thought I heard a noise," said a voice by the door. Lucy looked up to see the now unwelcome sight of Olivia in the doorway. She appeared to be alone. She coughed.

"Oh my God, have you... you have! Oh my. You should have said!"

She closed the door, kneeling down next to Lucy and pulling the gag out of her mouth. Lucy took several deep breaths, once again feeling hopeless. Olivia sat on the floor next to her, looking worried.

There was silence for a while as both girls regarded each other.

"What do you want, then?" asked Lucy. "Come to see how I'm getting on, have you?"

"I..."

"Because I tell you how I'm getting on! I'm pissed! I've been tied up for hours by a bunch of psychos, I'm now filthy, I'm exhausted and I'm humiliated. So if you've come in here to gloat at me, don't bother. I'm done listening to all of you."

"Lucy..."

"So, what. A girl you've known five minutes says I slept with a guy you liked, and that gives you permission to torture me? What the hell is wrong with you? I've had more than enough. You're clearly not letting me go any time soon, so do your worst. I've already reached the point where I don't care."

Olivia opened her mouth and closed it again. Lucy strained against her bonds in anger.

"Nothing to add?"

Olivia shook her head.

"Go on then. Tie me back up on the bed. If you can bare to touch me."

"You done?"

Lucy forced back tears.

"Yeah, I'm done." Her head flopped to the ground. She waited for Olivia to grab her and tie her in that horrible position once more. It never happened.

"I just spoke to Tom," said Olivia. "He tells me nothing happened with you. He says Cindy's lying. I want to know if that's true."

Lucy lifted her head up once more.

"Of course it's true! As I tried telling you before!"

"Why would Cindy lie?"

"Because she's crazy."

"Yeah, I'm seeing that." Olivia began to look tearful. "She was planning what to do with you before, with Becky. They were talking about driving you out some place, to scare you. It's just crazy."

Lucy felt herself shivering. She pulled on her hand bindings once more.

"I think Cindy wants to hurt you," she whispered.

"Olivia, look, Cindy's crazy. If you just sit back and let her do what she's planning, you'll be complicit. Please, please, please."

"She scares me, Lucy."

"Me too. But we could get her, maybe. If we work together."

Olivia looked up.

"And what about us?"

"You didn't really help, did you? And if you were the one to help me now..."

"I want you to promise. You won't tell on me or Rebecca. Promise."

Lucy hesitated. Olivia might be willing to help now, but it seemed only after finding out Lucy hadn't done her harm. This did not say much for her, if anything. Lucy knew she could never trust this girl again. But that was a worry for another day.

"I promise."

Olivia nodded once, then moved behind Lucy.

"These knots are so tight."

"I've got scissors in my drawer."

Olivia nodded, quickly standing up and routing for them. Lucy stirred.

"Hurry up! Cindy could be back at any moment!"

"She won't be back for a while she said. Not until the end of the day."

Olivia pulled the scissors out of the drawer. She quickly knelt down again, and sawed through Lucy's hand bindings. The relief was instantaneous. She quickly brought them before her, massaging them thoroughly.

"Oh God. Thankyou."

Olivia didn't stop, quickly freeing her legs and ankles. These had been bound for almost a full day, and the feeling of freedom was almost overwhelming. Slowly and carefully, Lucy rose to her feet, stretching out fully. It felt so incredible to be free! Blood rushed to the end of every limb, her aches and pains beginning to die.

"So, what do we do now?"

Lucy turned to Olivia, who looked more nervous than ever, still holding the remains of her bindings. Now she was free, she began to feel angry.

"Now, I'm going for a shower. I bloody stink. You keep watch for Cindy and let me know when she gets back."

"And when she does... what we going to do?"

Lucy paused.

"I dunno. But we have to do something. I promised you I wouldn't tell, so I'm not going to. But be ready. We're getting her back!"

Mister M: I realized it was getting a bit dark, so I'm going to lighten it up a little bit. Don't worry! Nobody's dying here! That would be horrible, not to mention very mixed up! But I think Lucy's about to get some sweet revenge :)

LITTLE NOTE:
Re-reading this, I realize that it was very dark indeed at times. My intentions where never to go this dark, and I guess I got a little carried away. I would like to re-iterate nobody is going to get hurt here, and that was never my intention!

Lucy was shaking slightly as she stepped into the shower, wincing at her still aching muscles. The feeling of freedom, so long denied to her, threatened to overwhelm her. She sobbed slightly as the water came on, realizing that, for a while there, she had been scared. Really scared.

These girls had overpowered her and left her in torment. And she honestly didn't know what to do about it.

After an hour, she dried herself and put on fresh clothes. All her bed sheets would also have to be changed, which she set about doing. She tried to ignore the marks on her wrists, and the decision she was going to have to make. The room scared her now; the memory of being confined there for so long still very fresh in her mind. One thing was for certain; she couldn't stay here.

Hands trembling, she began to pack a bag, shoving all her possessions into her little suitcase that had only been emptied a few days ago. She revelled in finally being able to use her hands again. Then, she opened her phone, and left her parents a quick message.

She was going home.

It was another hour later when she finally walked back into the kitchen, where both Olivia and Rebecca were waiting for her. They looked very worried.

Lucy sat down wordlessly, surveying the both of them. They noticed the suitcase by the door.

"Are you leaving?" asked Olivia.

"Am I leaving? Is that some sort of sick joke?"

"What do you..."

"You made me wee myself. You helped that psycho tie me up for hours. Damn right I'm moving out."

"We're sorry," said Olivia. "Truly."

Rebecca said nothing.

"Urm," Olivia continued. "We just wanted to know if, well, you were going to keep your promise."

"What promise?"

"You said, if I let you go, you wouldn't, urm, tell anyone."

Anger once again surged in Lucy. She forced it back down.

"Are you kidding me? Do you honestly expect me to keep quiet?"

"You promised!" Rebecca spoke for the first time.

Lucy hesitated. She looked down at her wrists, which were still sore.

"I won't tell anyone," she said finally. "But I'm gone."

"You also said you'd help us with Cindy," countered Olivia. "If she gets back and she sees we helped you..."

"Fail to see how it's my problem."

Lucy stood up, and the other girls did likewise.

"I'm going now."

Both girls hesitated, then moved to block her way out.

"Not yet," said Rebecca. "We can't let you leave until we have dealt with Cindy. Us two can't take her on by ourselves."

"Get out of my way."

"Just think, Lucy." Olivia looked determined. "We'll all be OK if..."

"If what? What, exactly, do you want me to do?"

"Stick around and help us get her. Or... we're going to have to put you back where we found you."

"What??!"

"We can't risk it," said Rebecca. "We've been talking. Either you help us, or we'll put you back on that bed."

The two girls produced two scarves from behind their backs. Lucy felt herself go pale. The thought of confinement again was too much to contemplate. She stepped back, but they both stepped forward, grabbing her roughly. Despite her protests, they began to wrap a scarf around her hands, in front of her.

She forced her brain to think about another thing. Another idea that had come to her in the shower, unbidden.

"OK! OK I said! I might have an idea!"

The two girls paused.

"Go on."

Lucy fidgeted against the already tight scarf. All traces of forgiveness where now gone from her mind. She was going to get all three of these girls. She had a plan.

"Get this scarf off my hands. Now."

The girls hesitated, then obeyed.

"Now then. We need to wait for Cindy to get back. Then, this is what we do."

LITTLE NOTE:
Anyone find the smilies really distracting when they're writing? I can't help looking at them!

Cindy Thompson had always been a strange girl. Even when she was little, her parents had recognized something was not quite right. Her regular anger outbursts, coupled with her already large physique, frightened her mum and angered her dad. Although they'd managed to tone it down in her teen years, it was always there bubbling under the surface. The slightest event, and it would be set off. That was why Cindy was closely watched, and also why she couldn't risk Lucy blabbing.

Cindy wasn't even so sure what Lucy had done to get her so angry. Ironically, she figured it was because the girl was so nice. In her experience, people weren't nice. So what if everything she'd said about her wasn't true. Didn't mean squat. Lucy was the same as every other pretty girl she'd met. Ready to turn on you in a second if it suited her. And she was done with it. She'd show this little slut!

It was pushing five when she returned to the house, having pondered all day what to do with her captive. She knew Lucy was not escaping her bonds; she was an expert knot tyer, having played many tie up games with her unsuspecting little cousin in her youth. Having complete domination over someone pleased Cindy, and it was not a feeling she'd been able to bury. Olivia and Rebecca wouldn't have helped the bitch, either. Now, the question was what to do with her?

She knew that she couldn't just keep her tied up forever. For one thing, the girl would probably need the use of a toilet soon; Cindy was not cleaning up any of that mess! For another, the weekend was already running out. Soon, Lucy would be missed. By lecturers, and by parents. And yet, there was no other solution presenting itself. Cindy couldn't let her go now. So, what the hell was she to do with her?

The house seemed empty when she walked into it, pondering this conundrum. Her car was outside, and ready. An idea came into her head. She didn't like it, but it wasn't going away. An idea born of necessity.

She walked into Lucy's room, a wide grin on her face. It was then two things happened.

First, Cindy saw that Lucy was no longer on the bed, remnants of cut scarves lying there instead. Then, three girls jumped her from three different angles, taking her completely by surprise. Before she knew it, she was on the floor, two girls pinning her down while the other tried to force her wrists behind her back.

"Help me!" she heard a voice say. It was Lucy's.

She let out a cry of anger, suddenly lashing out with her hands. She caught one girl square on the cheek, who howled and let go. This gave Cindy the help she needed. With a massive surge forward, she pushed the other girl off her and kicked the one attempting to bind her hands. She then jumped to her feet, practically growling.

Olivia, Rebecca and Lucy lay sprawled on the floor. She looked down at them with disgust.

"Was that, truly, the best you could do?" she laughed. "Pathetic!"

She reached down and grabbed Olivia, pulling the girl to her feet by her throat. The others stood up too.

"Enough, Cindy!" said Lucy. "Enough, already!"

"So, you two little cowards untied her?" laughed Cindy. "Typical. Now I'm going to deal with all three of you!"

Rebecca backed away, looking terrified. Lucy stood her ground.

"Let her go, Cindy. It's over. You need help."

"I need help? I don't think so."

She quickly moved forward and made to grab Lucy, but the girl quickly stepped back.

"That's it. Run!"

She reached into a pocket and pulled out a penknife, which she flicked open.

"Now!"

Rebecca was already gone. Lucy hesitated a minute longer, then ran out of the room also. Olivia squirmed in Cindy's grasp, petrified at the sight of the knife.

"Shut up. I guess you were the one who let her go? Well, I warned you what would happen."

She threw the girl on the bed, before picking up a bit of discarded scarf and grabbing one wrist roughly. Despite Olivia's struggles, Cindy was much stronger, and she soon had Olivia's hands roughly bound to the headboard, another scarf shoved in her mouth.

"God, it stinks on this bed. Enjoy. I'm off to find your little friends."

Lucy raced towards the front door of the house, to find Rebecca already banging on it futilely.

"She's locked the door!" she cried.

"Do you not have a key??" asked Lucy.

"Do you?"

"It must have got lost when you guys tied me up last night!"

Rebecca hesitated.

"I'm..."

"Never mind that now. We need to get somewhere and hide. Come on!"

The two girls raced upstairs, heading for one of the rooms. Lucy felt her heart beating faster than it had done even when she'd been tied up for hours. This weekend had been one big chunk of hell.

"In here!" cried Lucy. They rushed into Rebecca's room, closing the door as they did so.

"Quick! Find something to help me barricade the door."

Rebecca hesitated, seemingly thinking about something.

"What are you doing?"

"It's just, I mean... maybe she might..."

"Oh no. Don't you even try it."

Lucy was suddenly very tense.

"She might let me go if I give her you."

"It's too late for that! No, don't you come near me!"

Rebecca had lunged forward, causing Lucy to run to the other end of the room. Lucy surveyed Rebecca. She was slightly taller than she was, but with a different physique. She wasn't sure who would win if they came to blows. Rebecca had a dark look in her eyes, though. One that unnerved Lucy deeply.

"You're not tying me up again. Try, and I'll drop you."

Lucy mustered up as much bravery as she could feel. In truth, she wasn't a fighter.

"I'm sorry," said Rebecca.

She lunged forward once again, this time Lucy ducking her advances. She tried to run towards the door when she heard the loud footsteps outside it. Her slight pause gave Rebecca a chance to grab the upper hand, grabbing hold of her from behind.

Lucy struggled against her captors grip, twisting and turning. She stamped down hard on Rebecca's foot and the girl wailed in pain, letting go of her. Lucy then turned round and planted a punch firmly on Rebecca's cheek. The girl went down hard, hitting the floor clutching her face. Lucy raced towards the back of the room, where the window was open. If she could get outside it, she would be free. However, a wrist caught hold of her foot, and she fell hard on the floor. Rebecca was suddenly on top of her, trying to twist both arms behind her back. Lucy struggled mightily, scratching Rebecca's wrist with her nails. The girl howled, and hit Lucy's head hard.

Lucy saw stars and felt her body go limp. She was dimly aware of Rebecca lifting her into a sitting position, positioning her hands behind the bed post. She saw two Rebecca's reach into a drawer and come out holding some tape. She felt the tape wrapped six times around her wrists. When she finally regained her senses, it was too late.

"No!" she cried.

It was then the door burst open. Cindy stood there, murder in her eyes. Rebecca stood up and approached her warily.

"I got her for you!" she cried.

"Looks like she put up a fight," grinned Cindy. "Well done, Rebecca. Knew I could count on you."

Rebecca smiled and turned around, allowing Cindy the chance to smack her hard on the head. She fell down, limp.

"Unfortunately, you need to pay as well. For trying to attack me. I don't like that. Now then..."

She turned to Lucy and winked.

"All nice and trussed up again I see? Splendid. Looks like I've got all three of you to myself now! And you know, I know just what to do."

Alice Maxwell read the text that her friend Lucy had sent her once more, feeling more worried by the second.

ALICE. NEW HOUSEMATES ARE NUTTERS. THEY TIED ME UP AND LEFT ME FOR HOURS! I'M MOVING OUT. JUST CALLED MUM. I'M SCARED. PLEASE CALL ME

She turned to her boyfriend Matt and showed it him. He frowned.

"What the hell?"

"I know! I think Lucy's in trouble. How far are we from her city?"

"What? You want to go?" Matt frowned some more.

"I've tried calling her a dozen times. No answer. We're not too far away. We should at least see if she's OK."

"I dunno, Alice. I mean, they might only have been kidding."

"It's not like her, Matt. I'm telling you, something's wrong. Please can we go? I'll give you petrol."

Matt sighed, then saw how worried she looked.

"OK, fine. Let's go see if she's OK."

WRITER'S NOTE: It occurs to me that, in my haste to move the story along, I haven't described either Olivia or Jessica to you! Bad, bad writing, I know!!! Apologies! Well, here you go.
Olivia was a medium length girl, with a freckly face and long, very red hair. Rebecca was another blond, who was slightly shorter and a little stockier. Most of the time, she wore glasses. Not today though. In this part of the story, Olivia is in a denim skirt, while Rebecca is also wearing jeans.

Now, on with the story.

Olivia pulled against her hands restraints, realizing with sudden horror she wasn't going anywhere. Shame filled her as she realized this must be how Lucy had felt, except she'd helped the others do it to her. And now, she was paying the price. She guessed this was some sort of karma.

Her shoulders ached from being positioned above her, and she started to pull once more, hopelessly. Her hands were tied tight above her head, and she wasn't going anywhere, no matter how much she squirmed and twisted. She thrashed and kicked about on the bed, trying to ignore the faint smile of Lucy's urine that still lingered. It reminded her with a jolt she also needed the bathroom.

"Karma, bitch," said a voice. She looked up. Lucy was standing there, gazing down at her with disgust.

"Mmmmm!" cried Olivia through her gag.

"What? Do you think I'm getting you go after what you did to me? Enjoy it! You're staying put!"

Lucy started laughing then, a horrible laugh that seemed to last for ages. Olivia cried out, and closed her eyes hard. When she opened them, Lucy had vanished. In her place stood Cindy, looking thoroughly pleased with herself.

"What's up with you?" she asked. "Look like you've seen a ghost!"

She walked right next to where Olivia was bound. Her captive strained against her bonds.

"Oh, stop it. You're behaving like an idiot. I told you what would happen if you helped that little slut. Now, I have all three of you to myself!"

Olivia felt true fear then. The look in Cindy's eyes was terrible to behold.

"The question is... what am I to do with you all?"

Lucy gritted her teeth hard as she twisted and turned her wrists behind her back. The tape was tight, very tight, but she could feel a slight give after the ten minutes she'd been pulling against it. If she kept it up, she thought she might be able to slip a hand out. The question was, would she do it in time?

Her eyes turned to the squirming and crying Rebecca, who'd been trussed up in a tight hog-tie by a laughing Cindy. She'd then stood up, winked at Lucy, and walked out of the room. As it stood, Lucy was only bound by her hands, but this was not going to last long, she was sure of that. And Rebecca had no hope of escaping, her knots tight, her pathetic struggles useless. She shot a pleading glance up to Lucy, who glared at her.

"Don't look at me for help. In case you've forgotten, you tied me to this bloody post!"

Rebecca thrashed about some more. She rolled over on her side, offering her hands to Rebecca. They were wrapped roughly in a tie, the knots completely out of reach of her fingers. Lucy instantly understood the implication.

"Give me a minute. I've almost got my hands free."

She doubled her efforts, pulling as hard as she could on the tape. It chafed her already very sore wrists, and she felt yet more fresh tears threatening to come out of her eyes. The tape was slowly moving over her hand. She strained some more, Rebecca watching intently. Just when she thought she'd almost done it, she heard footsteps on the stairs. Cindy was back. And she was carrying a knife.

Rebecca cried out through her gag. Lucy just froze, not daring to give away that she was almost free.

"I've been thinking," said Cindy. "I've been thinking very hard. And I've decided that you are too much of a problem. These two, hell, I can keep them them quiet. But you... I'm going to have to do something about you."

Lucy fell silent in shock.

"We're going to take a drive."

"A drive to where?"

"You'll see."

Cindy made to move forward.

"Just one question," said Lucy. "Why are you doing this to me? Why any of it?"

Cindy paused.

"You think I don't know you tried to get them to attack me?"

"That's inconsequential. You started all this. Just tell me why."

Cindy's smile wavered.

"I honestly don't know."

"You don't have to do this," Lucy whispered. "You don't have to take this any further. You can get help."

"Had help all my life. It never does anything. Waste of time. As are you!"

Lucy pulled one last time. Her hands slipped free. She jumped up, surprising Cindy enough to run around her to the door and rush towards the stairs. Cindy leapt after her, Lucy already half way down to the first floor. She ran like she'd never run before, not daring to look behind to see if Cindy was catching up. She knew the front door was locked, but maybe there was a way out through the living room. She didn't care if she had to smash a window.

She ran past her room, seeing Olivia still very much tied up on her bed. The girl caught her eye and sent her pleading moans. Lucy couldn't stop, continuing on the way towards the living room. There was a small coffee table just beside the chair. If she could lift it hard enough, she might be able to break her way through.

It was then that the front door knocked.

"Hello!" called out a voice. "Lucy! Are you in there?"

Lucy froze, hardly daring to believe it. That was the voice of her best friend, Alice!

"Alice! Calm down! You're being ridiculous!"

Another voice. Matt's. Alice's soldier boyfriend. Alice's soldier boyfriend who stood six feet, six inches tall, was extremely muscular, and knew very much how to handle himself in a fight. Lucy nearly collapsed in relief. She was saved!

She opened her mouth to call out to her friends, only to have a large hand cover it. Cindy grabbed her arm, pinning it behind her back. Lucy struggled for all that she was worth, but it was useless. A small click, the feeling of metal... Cindy was putting cuffs on her!

"MMMPHHH!" cried Lucy.

"What was that?" asked Alice's voice. "LUCY! ARE YOU OKAY?"

There were more vigorous knocks, louder than before. Lucy surged up the remainder of her strength and bit down on Cindy's hand as hard as she could. She tasted blood. Cindy hissed and moved her hand, allowing Lucy to cry out.

"HELP ME! THIS GIRL IS CRAZY!"

Cindy roughly grabbed her other hand, clicking it into place behind her.

"Don't think for a second you're getting out of this," she hissed. She punched Lucy in the stomach hard, then shoved her over her shoulder. The banging on the door had increased tenfold.

"Scream all you want. We're going out the back way. Shame you won't get a chance to say goodbye to your friends!"

With that, Cindy turned and walked back through the house, pausing only to wink at the still struggling Olivia as she did so.

LITTLE NOTE: Mr M: I promise you, nobody's dying here!

"Break it down," said Alice to Matt.

He turned to her, a quizzical look on his face.

"Are you serious? No way I can break down that thing. Besides, it's criminal damage."

"Come on, it looks ancient. What's the point of all those hours in the gym if you can't break down a little door?"

Matt pulled out his phone.

"I think we should just call the police."

"Definitely. But first we need to get in there. Lucy might need our help now!"

"Ahhh, fine! Stand back!"

Olivia felt sweat drip into her eye as she pulled on her bindings, hoping to slip one hand through. Her hands were bright red, her teeth gritted, as she applied every bit of force she had. And still the bindings didn't move.

It was then she heard the banging. And a second later, the smash.

Voices filled the hallway. She thrashed some more, making loud noises under her gag. Two people instantly rushed into the room. A small girl with brown, curly hair, and a tall, muscular young man. He quickly moved forwards, taking out the gag.

"T...thankyou," Olivia coughed. The man made to untie her bindings, but the girl held him back.

"What...?"

"Where's Lucy?" asked Alice, anger flashing in her eyes.

"Where's... who the hell are you? Come on! Untie me!"

"What have you done with Lucy?" asked Alice again.

"I did nothing, I swear. I don't know where she is! Now, my hands..."

"Alice..."

Matt pulled his girlfriend to one side.

"What are you doing?"

"Lucy told me they all tied her up. She knows something."

"OK."

Matt turned back to Olivia, still straining on the bed.

"Tell us what you know and I'll untie you."

Olivia suddenly felt very uncertain.

"Cindy told us loads of stuff about Lucy! Nasty stuff! Becky thought it would be funny if we taught her a lesson, so they tied her up! I let her go, but Cindy has gone full on crazy! She's taken her somewhere. Now, please..."

"Where has she taken her?"

Olivia paused.

"I'm not sure, but I think I have an idea. Let me up and I'll tell you!"

"Tell us first," said Alice. There was a murderous look in her eyes now.

"Heard her talking to Becky earlier. She was going to take her out to some farm nearby, to scare her."

"Good God, what's the hell is wrong with this Cindy?" Matt, for the first time, sounded worried. "Where is this farm?"

"Just on the outskirts of town, I think. Crystal Fields or something!"

"Alice!"

Matt walked out of the room, beckoning Alice to follow.

"Hey! Get back here! Help me!" Olivia continued to pull hard on her bonds.

"We need to call the Police," said Matt.

"Yeah, but we need to go there too! This Cindy sounds crazy."

"I know."

He walked back into the room, staring down at Olivia.

"Alice here is going to stay with you and wait for the Police. I'm going up to this farm to get Lucy back."

"The Police? But, what...?"
"No way! I'm coming with you...!"

Alice and Olivia both spoke at once.

"Hush! Alice, you're not coming. This girl sounds insane. Stay here, wait for the police. As for you," he turned his gaze to Olivia. "You're going to tell them everything. The whole truth. Understand. Or we're both going right now, and leaving you here."

Olivia felt like the bottom had dropped out of her stomach. She gulped.

"I'm going to get into so much trouble..."

"You should have thought of that!" spat Olivia. "OK, Matt. Go!"

Matt nodded, running out of the house. Alice sighed, opened her phone, and dialled 999.

Cindy's windows were tinted at the back, and it was already dark. Even so, Lucy still dared to hope that someone would look through and see her, handcuffed, lying on the back seat. Cindy had been so quick getting her into the car she doubted this had even been her first time doing so. Now, she was scared.

"Please," she sobbed. "Let me go."

"Shut up!"

Cindy was in the driver's seat, looking dishevelled and worried. Her eyes constantly scanned her mirrors, in case she was being followed.

Lucy pulled against the terribly tight cuffs. Cindy had quickly wrapped her feet in some duct tape from the boot, to ensure she would not be kicking the seat in front. Once again, Lucy was utterly helpless.

"What are you going to do to me?"

"What did I tell you? Shut up!"

"If you didn't want me to keep quiet, you'd have taped my mouth. Which means you want me to talk. You want me to... to beg you, don't you? That's what this is. Just yet more showcasing of you being in control."

Cindy remained quiet, gazing ahead at the road.

"My God. You are insane."

"Yeah, that's it. Call me insane. Everyone else does. For years now."

"And you've wondered why that is?"

Lucy bit her tongue, afraid she'd gone too far. Cindy just laughed.

"That's it. You say what you want. It won't change what's going to happen here."

Lucy felt her breathing suddenly get erratic. She was unable to slow it down.

"Oh God. You... you're not going to..."

"You should have just agreed to keep quiet. You should have just done what you were told!"

The car slowed down, coming to a complete stand still. Lucy looked out of the window, seeing nothing but blackness. Cindy sighed, switched the engine off, and got out of the car. She walked around to the back seat and opened the door.

"Time to get out."

"No!"

Cindy reached in and pulled the struggling girl over her shoulder. She stood up, just in time to see headlights coming down the road towards her very fast. She hissed, looking around the fields, seeking cover. There wasn't any. Within seconds, the car had speeded to a stop in front of her, the door banging open.

"Let her go!" called out a male voice. Matt's voice.

WRITERS NOTE:
While I envisioned this as taking place in the UK, it can technically be city in the country.

Rebecca moaned consistently in frustration, thrashing about vigorously on the uncomfortable floor. Her wrists burned and her whole body ached. Angry tears dashed from her eyes. Her bonds were just not shifting, no matter what she did. And she had no idea how long she was going to be stuck there.

"Hello?" called out a voice. Rebecca cried out as best she could behind her gag. The door to the room opened, and Alice stepped in. She quickly knelt down and removed the gag.

"Oh God, thankyou! Get me out of this!"

Alice nodded, a look of disgust on her face.

Both Olivia and Rebecca looked everywhere but at each other, Rebecca holding an ice pack to one wrist where she'd bruised it in her vigorous struggles. Olivia continued to rub her writs, where a deep red line was easily visible around each. The girl who had untied them, Alice, remained standing at the window, looking out for the police.

"Urm..."

Rebecca opened her mouth.

"I don't want to hear it," replied Alice.

"It's just... what's going to happen now?"

Alice turned around, eyes flashing dangerously.

"What's going to happen is you are going to tell the police everything that happened here. Everything you did to help Cindy."

"But we didn't do anything! Tell her, Olivia! We only..."

"Enough with the crap," said Olivia suddenly. "What we did was wrong."

"But, I mean, do we need to involve the police? My parents will kill me if I..."

Alice walked forward and slapped her across the face, hard.

"You should have thought of that," she spat. "You'll get no sympathy from me!"

"She tied us up too!" wailed Rebecca. "We're the victims here as well!"

"Only after you refused to keep on helping her," replied Alice. "Olivia told me everything before I decided I'd come up and untie you. Figured I'd leave you to think about your actions some more."

"You can't judge me! You have no idea..."

"I would NEVER have ganged up on someone like this. What you did was criminal, and cruel!"

The noise of sirens cut through the room like a knife. Olivia sighed, an accepting look on her face. Rebecca looked terrified.

"I won't tell them anything! If we don't say anything, Olivia, we'll be..."

"Rebecca," said Olivia. "Just shut up."

Cindy grabbed Lucy's throat.

"Don't you come any closer, arsehole!" she spat.

"Let her go, now," said Matt.

Lucy winced as her cuff bindings were pulled on. She tried to open her mouth, but Cindy shook her hard.

"It's over," said Matt. "You bloody psychopath. What, exactly, do you feel is going to happen here?"

"Untie her now."

"NO!"

Lucy felt herself suddenly pushed forward. Without her hands available to steady herself, she hit the ground hard. Eyes streaming, she looked up at Cindy and Matt, Cindy rushing towards him in madness. Matt held his ground, ducking her punch, tripping her up and pinning her to the ground. She thrashed about wildly, but he held her firm with all of his strength.

"Keys to the cuffs!" he spat. "Give them to me. Now!"

"Screw you!" hissed Cindy. She knocked her head backwards, catching him square on the nose. He winced and relaxed his grip, giving her enough time to kick out at his face. She caught him square on the nose, busting it. Blood streamed down his face.

"You see what happens when you mess with me!" said Cindy, rising to her feet. She reached into her pocket and pulled out her knife, towering over him. Lucy struggled mightily against her bonds, but as usual with Cindy, it was pointless.

"No! Please don't hurt him!"

"Shut up."

She rushed forward with the knife, but Matt was recovered. He grabbed her arm and twisted it behind her, the knife falling from her grasp. She threw another punch which he ducked, before aiming a blow himself at her head. He caught her straight on, the blow knocking her instantly to the floor. She lay, motionless.

Wiping his face with his sleeve, Matt bent down and started to search Cindy's pockets, Lucy looking on.

"Oh God, Matt. I've never been so happy to see anyone."

"You actually live with this crazy bitch?" he asked, still searching. "Why is she doing this to you?"

"She's mental!" cried Lucy. "I've no idea why. Argh, these cuffs are tight."

"Got em!" said Matt triumphantly, his hand re-emerging from her pockets holding a small set of keys. He quickly rushed to Lucy's side, releasing her hands. The girl winced as blood once more rushed into them, bringing them before her eyes. This time, they were deeply bruised.

"Oh my, Luce. I think you need to get those looked at."

"Later. What we going to do with her?"

Matt walked back over to Cindy, handcuffing her.

"The police are waiting back at the house. I suggest we get back there now. Use her knife to cut your feet free. Are you okay to move?"

Lucy shivered, and not just from the cold. No, she was not OK. She doubted she would be OK for some time. She knew what it was like now to be truly, completely helpless. To be tied up and not be able to escape. Something she'd never thought she'd know, a mental scar she would now always bare. If the state of her wrists was anything to go by, maybe physical also. But she'd gotten through it. And, at last, it was over.

"I'm fine. Let's go back."

The police had just taken a statement from Olivia and Rebecca when Matt and Lucy finally returned, Matt supporting Lucy slightly as they walked through the door. Alice immediately rushed into the arms of her best friend, horrified at her white face and weak look. Lucy couldn't help tears streaming out of her eyes.

"Thank God!"

Lucy smiled at her friend, wincing slightly. Her whole body was one big ache.

"It was Matt who did it. I don't know what would have happened if it wasn't for him."

"Excuse me." Two police men had just entered the hallway.

"I'm Detective Jones," he said. "I would like a statement from both of you, if you are able."

"Yeah, we are," replied Lucy.

"Where is Miss Thompson?" asked the second.

"Got her handcuffed in the car. She was unconscious when I, urm, left her." Matt swallowed slightly. Detective Jones frowned. He motioned to his partner.

"Take my partner out to your car please, young man."

Matt nodded, leading the other cop away.

"We have a few more cars on the way," explained Jones, motioning them into the living room. It was there Lucy noticed a very scared looking Olivia and Rebecca.

"Thank God you're okay!" cried Olivia, jumping to her feet.

"Stay sat down please, miss," said Jones angrily. "I do not want to put handcuffs on either of you, as you are both clearly injured from what's been done to you, but I will."

Olivia nodded, sitting down quickly.

"I'll take your statement in a moment, miss, but first I would like to know if you intend to press charges. On all three of the girls here. From what I've been told, they have conducted Wrongful Imprisonment and Assault."

Lucy gazed down at her two housemates, Rebecca sobbing quietly, Olivia just retuning her stare. Becky was still holding an ice patch to her wrist, while Olivia had clearly hurt herself while tied to the bed. It was true what they had done to her was unforgivable. They'd humiliated her, tortured her, and for what? Because one girl told them she'd shown interest in guys they liked. It said horrible things about the pair of them, worryingly horrible things. And yet...

"On Cindy, definitely. I dunno..."

"Lucy!" cried Alice. "They helped her do it! Don't let them get away with it!"

"They did help her. But she intimated them into it." Lucy paused. "I think they learned their lesson tonight, to be honest."

"You would do that for us?" whispered Olivia. "After what we did?"

"I think you'll think twice before listening to vicious rumours again, to be honest."

Both girls breathed massive sighs of relief. Lucy looked away from them, confused even with herself. She figured that the sight of them, sat there looking scared and beat down, had effected her more than she would have liked. It was Cindy who had been the route of all this. Cindy who needed proper help.

"Sir!" cried out a voice. Both Matt and the other officer rushed back into the room, out of breath.

"What is it?"

"Miss Thompson is gone! She broke the window and slipped out!"

"WHAT??"

Jones stood up in anger, raising his radio to his mouth.

"Yes, this is Jones. I need backup, now!"

Hands cuffed behind her, Cindy raced through the night, not knowing where she was heading. Thoughts of anger entered her mind, giving way to more darker thoughts of vengeance. There would be time for this though, at a later date. First, she had to get away. But she knew, in her heart, Olivia, Rebecca and Lucy had not seen the last of her!

END. FOR NOW.

Glad you all enjoyed this one. It did get a little dark sometimes, far darker than I intended it to go. I may well re-visit these characters at some point; I was even considering combining this story with my last one. Until next time!
