Democracy Protests in Hong Kong

Hong Kong wants Democracy in Beijing, but its being refused. Now its like a war zone in the city. Protests has injured people, and has led to arrests. The government has turned a blind eye to the issue. What should be done?
You will have to subdue me to restrain me. I been a bad boy so make sure you torture me too with anything but pain.

I wouldn't say they turned a blind eye. I think the Chinese government is paying very close attention and if things go wrong anymore I suspect its per their direction.

Jay, as Chris has posted, it's Beijing itself that orchestrated the reprisals against the protesters. It's not even their first rodeo--that whole Tianenman Square thing a few years ago...
