Nuclearo I cant help but wonder, is that sarcasm, or are you actually amazed :P I think I know which one it is! :)

Maybe, he/she should express this more, one paragraph is a bit 'cheap'. I think you should explore more into your experiences, and write a proper detailed story about it :) As this is pretty much pointless xD

hey be nice! we're all here because we share a common interest in "this thing" so I'm glad he did. If you want to give some criticism like that, just send him a private message. We're not posting our college dissertations.

I am curious about a few things such as your gender since you said your brother tied you up whislt you were naked. I also wonder why your entire family tied you up for two days in your basement.
I do agree that a story formed detailed post would be appropriate and possibly quite interesting to read.
I too have had many experiences in being bound and gagged for several days at a time.

Give the kid a break. According to his profile he's only 12! I'll bet a lot of you guys weren't any more literate than this when YOU were 12!
Well, I was, but then again I was a bookworm and a geek anyway...

When you are 12, you are usually very literate in spelling. We have dictionaries right now that people can use.

You were perhaps, and I definitely was (I was in fact high school level when I was 12), but not everyone is.
I've seen about as bad or worse on and off this Tugsite from people who were (or supposedly were) a lot older.

But Chris, English isn't your primary language, right? I gather that Dutch is; so (despite my occasional teasing about your spelling in a few PMs I sent you a while back) the fact that you are as literate as you are in English as well is actually pretty impressive - by American standards at least (I certainly can't write worth beans in Dutch!). Kieran on the other hand is British according to his profile, so many people figure he should be more proficient in English than he is.
As is, your writing skills are better than his are, to the point where your stories are among the most popular here (spelling and grammatical errors and all). Your spelling may need some work yet, but as it is I kind of think they add an innocent charm to your stories you may not even have been aware of but which I bet others have noticed and appreciated too. I have rarely have had problems with understanding your stories and none with enjoying them. :-)

Hey, Jay, glass-houses and stones. Dare I use the word "grammar"

Let's try that again:

Hey Jay, glass houses and stones!

Dare I use the words "grammar" and "syntax"?

Usually, if I don't have anything encouraging or (hopefully) witty to say, I hope I say nothing (unless in pm). But in this case my manners deserted me!

At least you didn't kidnap him - yet - though he might've liked that!
Speaking of which, were you planning on continuing that story? I'd like to know what happened to us!
It's funny but I can't remember the incident! Must've involved a memory wipe! ;-)

Actually, yeah xtc - all teasing aside, I'm a little vague on what you were talking about myself now that Jay mentions it. I know what grammar and syntax are of course, but am unsure what Jay did wrong concerning either here, other than the fact that all the words following 'dictionaries' (and perhaps the use of 'very') were redundant.

Yeah, I can see what you are hinting at. Many kids develop quicker or slower then their peers.
