Hi, this is not really a tie-up story, but a true story of one that "almost happened." This was back in the late 1980s, I was around high-school age. I'd tied up girls lots of times playing cops and robbers, or similar games, growing up, but had stopped playing those kinds of games many years earlier. (Although I continued to be just as excited by the idea of tying girls up!!)
Anyway, our house had a backyard pool, and several neighborhood friends would regularly come over to swim in the summertime. There was a cellar door out back, which led from the pool area to the basement. I was down in the basement one summer day, with the cellar door open. Half of the basement was set up for storage--camping gear and the like. I'm down there with racks of backpacks, tents, ropes, etc.
I hear someone coming down from the backyard--it's Sue, a neighborhood friend. Sue is a year older than me, so also high school age, a pretty blonde who I always had a crush on, but grew up next door to, so never asked her out or anything. Sue comes down the stairs, and is looking great--wearing a little black bikini! "Hi is it OK if I swim?" she says.
"Sure of course," I reply, stealing little glimpses of her in the bikini but trying not to get caught looking. She comes over and sees all the camping gear I'm sorting through. She sees a coil of rope and picks it up... "Ohh no! Are you going to kidnap me and tie me up??
Gulp. I froze, didn't know what to say. Sue takes the rope and starts winding it around her wrists in front of her playfully. A few times like she was tied up! I still didn't know what to say. Then, someone else called from outside. (I can't remember who, but someone else we both knew, there to swim.) Sue called back up "we're down here!" and quickly unwound the ropes, tossing them back on the shelf. She gave me a flirty little smile before turning and heading back outside to swim. I never figured out if Sue ever really liked tie-up games or not! But that was a fun "almost tie-up game" that's fun to remember. It was a few years later before I tied someone up for real (first year in college, will tell you that one soon).
Thanks,
Jeff
