Yes. First, go out and buy yourself some rope. What you have won't be enough to seriously tie yourself up.
Meantime, take the 4-5' piece and tie the ends together. Take the 10' piece, place your ankles together and use about half the rope to tie them together, run the long end between your ankles for a simple cinch and leave hanging.
Gag yourself good and tight!
Take the rope loop and double it over. Lay on the floor on your tummy.
Put your hands behind your back and through the loops. Twist one hand once or twice. Bend your knees and grab for the dangling end of your ankle rope and wrap it around one wrist, then the other, until the slack is taken up. You're hogtied!

Remember, though, which way you twisted which hand so you can twist it the other way and let yourself out when you're done!
