safe hogties

one thing ive always wondered when i hogtied people/got hogtied is how safe hogties are on your hands. I've always noticed my hands feel a tad bit tingly after a while and when i hogtie people, their hands are a bit discolored from their arms. Now the feeling isnt like the numbing sensation you get when a body part normally falls asleep and the discoloration doesn't make me think "whoa somethings wrong!" as i figure a little is normal, but it does make me wonder exactly what are the warning signs that somethings wrong. Plus does anyone else notice this? I've heard of people tied up in hogties for hours and hours which makes me wonder how some people can handle it!

generally speaking hogties are pretty restrictive, they are my favorite tie no doubt, but they can be very strenuous depending on the person you are tying. Really it comes down that everyone is a little different; that could be the reason why they are having trouble with the hogtie. Someone might have different circulation, and also how flexible the person, or even how you are tying there wrists or arms is as well. I have yet to find someone who I can make their elbows touch and tie them together, though from what I hear it is still uncomfortable for even the most flexible of models. Discoloration gets me worried as well, if things go purple then you must release and if there black...well they might have to amputate. I would suggest tying the hogtie rope to a harness that is around the chest, that would solve the problem of the arms losing circulation, unless you are using to thin of rope. Hope this helps!

(revives an old but important topic).
All the above..plus make sure the bonds can't tighten itself once your victim starts pulling his/her feet.
Distribute all pressure as widely as you can.
