Sleeping gagged

Postby duct_t@p3 » Mon Nov 02, 2009 10:15 am

Do you sleep sometimes gagged ? I like to sleep with a tape gag or a medical tape gag. I also like to wear a cleave gag with 2 strips of tape over it.

It's dangerous, more so because you could choke than anything to do with breathing. Although I suppose you could end up suffocating yourself if you nose became stopped up, your body will wake you up if it can't get oxygen. I also can't imagine it would be comfortable. I used to wear braces and had to wear that headgear stuff that goes around your head. It hurt a lot every morning, and that didn't really fill my mouth up at all (just pulled on my face a little). A gag would have to be really painful in the morning.

Hallo Kyle,
on braces with headgear I can remember as well. I should wear it for the night what I not often did. :) So wear most day time. Today saw TV detective story where somebody was killed with tape gag was to deep inside. I watch it not all the time so do not know if was only accident or she would kill him. So me a no go for sleep.

I slept several times gagged and nothing happened. I was either tape gagged or cleave gagged with a scarf. I would never sleep with my mouth stuffed with packing or with a ball gag

Well, there are some gags you can breathe through (like cleave gags or ball gags with holes) but expect a pretty wet pillow.
I personally think any gag that can't fall down your throat or accidentally block your nose would be ok, but don't test that theory alone!

As some have pointed out, it's quite risky. Choking to death is a real danger there. Mind you, it's not that this will hapen one out of ten times or so- but the danger is there, and is it really worth the risk?
What if the stomach "throws up" some of it's contents? This does not have to be food, it can be liquid. This can quickly lead to problems, even if your mouth is "just" taped.
And keep in mind- most people don't really act rational when suddenly woken up from sleep. So if i.e. your mouth stuffing starts to clog your windpipe and you wake up already half choked, are you sure you will act rational enough, don't panic and pull the stuffing out?

IMHO, it is too dangerous to do, especially alone.

Without stuffing the mouth, it's safe. Use a strip of medical tape, you can breath through it.

I've slept with a bandana knot gag and a bandana blindfold plenty of times. The knot gag is pretty comfy so your mouth doesn't hurt in the morning and it's still very easy to breathe around.

I slept with a cleave gagged a few times but wouldn't try it with tape or stuffing
