How-To Series

Postby myself1931 » Mon Jan 02, 2012 7:27 pm

So, since I have some free time during my winter break, I have decided to start a how to series. My intent is to use this post as a main directory, and each post after this will be dedicated to a specific tie. I would welcome any contributions the more experienced members of this board are willing to offer. I would LOVE it if Tom Ford would be willing to write some sections. For now though, lets go onto the most important tie: the HANDS!!

1. Hands

Lets get started, shall we? There are many different ways to tie a persons hands, so I will start with the simplest, and progress from there. In all cases, you will need approximately 6 feet of rope, although that will vary from person to person and tie to tie.

a)
Step 1. Take the rope, fold it in half, and locate the middle of the rope.
Step 2. Taking the middle section in one hand, loop it around the persons wrists, and pull the two loose ends through the loop.
Step 3. Tighten by pulling on the two loose ends, making sure not to cut off circulation, or pinch the skin too much.
Step 4. Continue to wrap the two loose ends around the wrists twice more. Try to keep the loops as close together as possible, and make sure to keep the rope tight.
Step 5. Now take the two loose ends and wrap them between the wrists, first over the horizontal loops, then under. Repeat until almost out of rope.
Step 6. To finish it off, slide the two loose ends down the inside of the horizontally loop, bringing it back under and up the vertical loops. Then just tie your favourite know using the loose ends. Make sure to keep the knot on the top of the vertical loops, to ensure the person can not pick at the knots. 7

Thats it.
