Just a TUG I've been developing:

First: LEGS
With one piece of rope, tie a loop around one knee, knotting the loop on the front of the knee and leaving several feet of rope free at the other end. Do the same to the other knee. This is not tying the legs together. You should have marionette-like strings attached to your knees. You'll see where this is going.
Next, position for a frogtie, close legs so the calves touch the thighs. Duct tape the calves to their thighs in a frogtie, not binding the legs together like in a true frogtie.

Second: BREASTS
Take a loooong piece of rope, cutting off a piece that could almost wrap all the way around your body. Drape the rope at its mid-point over your neck so that it falls over your shoulders and in front of you. Tie it in front above the breasts in a collar of sorts that doesn't strangle you. Take the two lengths of rope now tied together, and pull them in between the breasts, separating them. Tie them together in another know below the breasts. Tie them together in another knot around the crotch. There should be a loop (closed) now between the knots below the breasts and at the crotch. Take the length you cut off earlier, tie one end to one side of this loop, and wrap it behind your back, tying the other end to the other side of the loop, opening the loop into a sort of diamond with a length of rope running behind your back. Take the remaining length of the rope below the crotch knot (which now should be around your belly button), and run it under the crotch and up the back. Loop one end of the rope through the length running behind your back and pull the rope taught, which should pull down on the back length and tighten all the rope work in front, dividing the breasts further and putting pressure on the crotch. Secure it in place by tying the other end of the rope appropriately. Now, duct tape around the body (avoiding the arms) above and below the breasts (making them buldge), even adding duct tape x's on the breasts just to be kinky ;)

Third: GAG
Option 1: Stuff the mouth with a couple of bandanas (however many until the cheeks buldge and the tongue is immobilized and the sound is muffled). Then close the mouth, and Microfoam tape it shut. Then Microfoam tape in a strap below the chin to pull the jaw closed.
Option 2 (since Mircofoam tape is not so easily accessible): Stuff the mouth as mentioned before, Put on a hood (like the kinky rain hoods they sell at the drug store) or whatever to cover the hair. Duct tape AROUND the head over the mouth many times, then in a chin strap many times, possible all around the head vertically. Extra over-the-mouth gag on top, just for extra.

Fourth: LEGS - PART 2
I have a lofted bed with planks going across the short length at various heights. One of them is about two feet off the ground. Do what you need to for similar effect. Get on the ground, facing down, close to these. Take the remaining length of the rope tied to the knees, and run them behind, up, and over the plank, looping them bakc to you. Pull on the ropes so that your knees are lifted off of the ground a foot or so. Yeah, you're face will go into the floor a bit, but so? You'll have to secure the ends of the ropes somehow so your frog-tied legs stay up in the air like that, but I haven't figured out how yet.

Fifth: ARMS
I don't know about this either. Do whatever you do to bind your arms behind you safely. I do not want to secure the knee ropes to the arms or writsts in any way - that could get scary.

As you can tell, I've thought through some things way more than others. Comments? Suggestions?
