Take a length of rope, and, near one end, tie a bow (like a shoelace tie). Use the tail end to tie your ankles, and leave about two feet toward the end with the bow. Gag yourself, then roll on your stomach, and curl your legs up to your wrists. Find the loops of the bow, and put your hands through them. Then, lower your legs. and the loops will tighten up on your hands.
To get out, raise your legs, and exert outward pressure with your hands. The loops will widen, and you can pull your hands free.
