I did get tied in a straight jacket. I was forced into a seat by my 17 year old friend who is into TUGs and has LOADS of equipment. he has his own apartment. I went over to his house one day and we had some TUGs at his place. One of them, he put me in a straight jacket, cuffed my legs, blindfolded me with a bandana and ball gagged me.

If anyone wants, I could post some of my experiences with him

Nope never been tied in a straight jacket. always wanted to be but never have. the closest i have ever been was to have my arms crossed and the sleeves of my coat tied together behind my back.
Let's use all the colors.

I have a straight jacket a-like jacket which I wear a lot, it's more of a fashion type item but it still actually works as a straight jacket with padlocks included! ( http://cn1.kaboodle.com/hi/img/b/0/0/3e ... AD7PVg.jpg )

same style as the one in the link above however, the zip on my own is gold instead of silver.

The first time I wore a straitjacket (please note the correct spelling!) was for an amateur film, a parody of "Return of the Jedi" where I played the Han Solo character. (The situation was the briefing for the attack on the second Death Star. As the commander is giving instructions, there's a shot of me sitting normally, a cut to the commander saying, "And General Ham Radio will lead the attack!" and a cut back to me in a straitjacket with duct tape over my mouth, wildly shaking my head "no" and trying to get out "Uh-uh! Uh-uh!" through the gag.)

Since then I've managed to play with one a couple of times. It's not my favorite. There's the practical consideration that a heavy canvas jacket can get rather warm if you struggle vigorously. The Posey is not the best design for intimate play. There is only a single crotch strap buckling up the center. I have seen another design with two thinner straps running along the insides of the thighs to leave the center clear for - well, whatever you might want to leave the center clear for.

I've just recently purchased my own straitjacket. It is AMAZING!!
Plus I was lucky enough to get one with two straps at the bottom, so the privates region is a lot more, uh, accessible
Will hopefully be putting up some new stories soon, may even get some photos up

Never been inside a regular straitjacket btu have been inside a homemade bondage outfit that covered the entire body not just the torso. It was made of leather and came complete with straps that were secured with padlocks in back. I don't know how it compared in tightness to a regular strait-jacket but it was pretty secure as far as *I* was concerned! I got very hot wearing it though!

Yes. I was put in one as part of a game. It was from a costume shop, but I still found it impossible to escape. Part of that story is written down in True Tugs if you want to see it.

I've never been in a straitjacket but I would love to try it. Is there any way that I can "make my own", maybe by using an old sweatshirt or something?

I like Jason's idea of a full body sack. Would love to make my own, any ideas on where one could get a design or instructions on how to make one? And to answer the question, I have never been in one, but would love to try one. There is another story on this site by Stan parks I think that has a SJ in it. Was a good story too!

My girlfriend got one from the hospital she works in. I was really surprised how constricting it was, and how hot it got when it was on. Check out my stories for the full details!

On that subject, have you worn it since you posted that last story? If so, many of us would love to hear the details.

If you're asking me, then no; though I wore it a number of times, my memories of it after nearly forty years are faded. I am fairly sure I made numerous mistakes in my depiction of it; some deliberate (the buckles were all in back, for one thing - there were none in front) but most just from forgotten details. I couldn't begin to tell you where half the parts (especially the metal ones) even came from; they didn't seem to be standard belt buckles. I'm not even sure what some of the materials it was made from were called. I never thought to write down the details since at the time it never once occurred to me I'd want to remember such things. I guess I always thought David would always be around and could tell me or simply make a new one! As a teenager, t never ooccurrred to me how lives could change so much as to make that impossible.
If you would like a sleepsack though, Snobound is the site expert on those! :big:

I wore and owned my own Posey straitjacket for around fifteen years at 2 or 3 times a week. On a good day, I was out in under 5 minutes. Only once did I get out in 3. The crotch strap can be used to hold dildoes and vibrators too folks. I had my straitjacket for so long because it was the only hugs I could ever get.
Technically...Jason Toddman's experience with the restraint he mentioned does qualify as a straitjacket if you consider www.jtposey.com's web site, and http://www.juronco.com

I've never worn a straightjacket, but I've always wanted to!

The closest I ever got was wearing a white jacket backwards with the sleeves pulled behind me.
