The dungeon

Postby lasse672000 » Tue Sep 15, 2009 1:22 am

One day last spring, my class got an invitation to go to a big house for an entire weekend. One strange thing was that no teachers were allowed to come along. Little did I know that I would be spending it in the cellar of a big house, chained up to a wall in a dungeon!
We went there by bus on Friday afternoon after school. We got there by 5 o’clock, and we were greeted by a man wearing black robes, like a magician. He brought us into a big room, where a bunch of other kids was already waiting. There were two rows of plastic chairs, one row red and the other one blue. He told us to sit down, my class on his right side (i.e. the red side) and the other kids on the left. Somehow, none of us felt like talking.
“Welcome all of you,” he said, with a gravelly voice that sent shivers down all of our spines. No other introduction was made. We all noticed he was always talking in an archaic fashion. “You are here to play a game! Here are the rules: two kids, one boy and one girl from each team will ‘volunteer’ to be taken prisoners and held in the dungeon of this big house. Who it will be, will best be decided by drawing straws. They will then be brought before me, and will be taken from here to the place of your detention. The task of your classmates will be to free you. It may sound simple, but beware; I will be out there as well, and if you get caught by me, you will join the ones already in the dungeon. So your task will be twofold, free your classmates in the shortest amount of time and avoid me! You will have until this time on Sunday to complete this task, so there will be plenty of time. But beware, you will not be allowed to leave before then, even if you have completed the task!
There are four dormitories already set up for you; two for the girls and two for the boys. There are clothes laid out for you in there, in the same colours as the chairs. Put them on, as fast as you can. There will a meal served shortly. Before that, you will conduct the drawing of the straws in your rooms. Now go in silence!”
We all looked at each other, but quickly did as he said. We all had an eerie feeling that it would not be a wise thing to do, not to do as we were told when we were told to do it. He told the others to wait in the room, and brought us to two rooms. He opened the doors with a set of keys he had in his belt, pointed at them and said: “Boys! In here! Girls! In there!” We went in and found some beds that stood along the walls of the room creating an empty space in the middle of the room. In a pile on one of the beds were the clothes. Each set, consisting of pantyhose and a jumpsuit made out of some coarse material, was neatly tagged with our name and all of them bright red. We once again looked at each other in silence, shrugged, but changed into them. We soon found out, they were a perfect fit. On the table in the middle of the room, lay some sticks, one noticeably shorter than the other ones. One of us boys gathered up the straws, and we proceeded to take one each. To my horror, I got the short one, and the others looked at me with sadness in their eyes.
We went out of the room and went down to the vast dining room. Shortly thereafter, we were joined by the others and we sat down to eat. I can’t remember what we ate. I was too nervous to notice, anyway. It could just as well have been cold refried porridge, for all I cared. During the whole meal, the room was so quiet; you could hear a pin drop. No one said a word. When we all had finished, I along with one girl from my class and a boy and a girl from the other team went up to the man. On his silent command, we turned around and faced the room:”Behold!” he said. “These are the four selected, for you to try to liberate, during the course of this weekend! Now, say goodbye to all your classmates, for you will probably not see them until this time on Sunday.”
Having said that, he cuffed the hands of the four of us on our backs and told the others to remain in the room, until he came back.
He marched us down some stairs, and up to four doors, He opened each one of them, pointed at the first one, then at me and said:”You! Get in!” I went in and he stood me up against the wall. Then he released my hands and told me to raise them above my head. I did as I was told, (as I said, there was not much point in arguing with the man) and he put my hands in cuffs attached directly onto the wall so I could do little else except sand up straight. Then he ordered me to spread my legs, so I would be forced to stand like an ‘X’. Then he said he’d be back in a little while to see how I was doing and slammed the door shut leaving me all alone.

I looked around as best I could. Along the walls, there were other attachments, like the ones holding me. At the centre of the little cell, there stood a table and a stool. In the corner was a bucket. That was about it furniture-wise. The door of the cell had bars halfway down, so I could at least hear the other kids (at the moment being locked up), even though I couldn’t see them.
A little while later, the man came back the corridor, gave me a glance and went out the door to the cellar. When he had left, we started talking to each other, to give ourselves some comfort, I suppose. I found out the names of the other two kids, and from where they came. They had a similar story to ours’. They had been invited to spend the weekend here, playing a game. They hadn’t known what type of game it would be. Not until they came here, that is. We all agreed that ‘the man’ (as we of course called him, not knowing his name) was as scary as they came! The girls started crying with fear when we discussed him, so we quickly changed subject.
I could clearly hear the others rummaging around upstairs, trying to find us. Suddenly, the house fell quiet. ‘The man’ came down, chuckling.
“Oh, I’m evil! I’ve sent them on a little detour,” he said still laughing. “I told them, you were held in a little hut in the forest nearby. I don’t think it’ll take them long to figure out, I was lying. But that’s gonna take a while, I guess! In the mean time, who wants to use the bucket?” We all said we wanted to. When it was my turn, he came into my cell, shut and locked the door and released me from the wall, so I could do my business in the bucket without him having to run after me if I escaped. When I had finished, he locked me back in the cuffs and told us all to have a good night and to sleep well. Then he left us alone, turning out the lights as he went out the door and locking it.

The dungeon pt 3

Postby lasse672000 » Tue Sep 15, 2009 11:13 am

After a largely sleepless night ‘The man’ came down, switched on the lights and gave us all the opportunity to use the bucket and to sit down at the table that was put in our cells to eat some breakfast, consisting of a largish sandwich with a combination of cheese and ham and a glass of milk. As he was leaving, he turned around in the doorway and said to us all: “Your mates aren’t exactly the brightest candles in the box, are they? This house isn’t all that big, but they haven’t even begun to suspect that you’re in the cellar, right below their feet! They’ve looked here, they’ve looked there and they’ve looked everywhere pretty much, except in the right place! I’m having so much fun. Aren’t you?” With those words, he left us.
It wasn’t long however, before he returned. This time he had a boy dressed in blue with him. This new boy was put in the same cell as his classmate. And so it went on for most of the day, until he had captured most of the blue and some of the red teams. When he wasn’t delivering kids into the cellar in a semi-steady stream, he gave us food and the opportunity to use the bucket from time to time. As we had become so many prisoners in the cellar, one of us in the cell had to feed the others while they had their hands cuffed behind their backs, before he (or she) could eat him (or her) self.
In what I supposed was the afternoon (I couldn’t tell what time of the day it was because the cellar had no windows), I asked one of my, now captured, classmates: “There can’t be many of us left, can there?”
“No, suppose not!” he answered. “If there are, they’d better get a move on! I’m getting sick of this, and besides, my legs are really starting to hurt!”
“No complaints from you about hurting legs, if you please! I’m the one that’s been forced to stand up like this since yesterday. Remember?”
“Yea, sorry!” he said looking sheepish. “But it’s true! They are starting to hurt like crazy”
“Well, get over it, already!” I said, not feeling the least bit sorry for him. In the back of my mind, I had started forming a plan of how we, in a worst case scenario, would get out of here. I started fantasizing about jumping ‘The Man’ and doing all sorts of crazy things like that, happily ignoring the fact that he only allowed one of us to be completely free at any one time. Besides, it was against “the rules of the game”, as stipulated by ‘The Man’ himself.
Suddenly, we could hear commotion on the other side of the cell door, but we could see no one. A girl dressed in blue appeared in the door and we could hear a key being turned in the lock. A moment or two later, the door swung open. She held in her hand a large and heavy ring with a substantial amount of keys on it. Right then, at least I was so glad to see anyone else but ‘The Man’ outside that door, I didn’t care who she was, or what she was wearing.
“Hello y’all,” she said in a low voice. “Anyone and I do mean anyone, of you boys, who does not want to get out of here? Raise your hand, please!”
“Ha, ha, ha, very funny!” we said in chorus equally as silent.
She turned to me:“I’d better start with you, hadn’t I? If I can only figure out which key out of all of these...” she said, while trying most of the keys before giving out a grunt as she found the right one. Luckily, for all of us, she could use the same key to all of the locks of my cuffs. But, to our dismay, that it did not fit the locks to cuffs of the boy standing next to me, so she had to start searching all over again. We soon realized however, that it was one key to every four locks. So, as soon as one boy or girl was free, we could throw that key away. They were also colour-coded, which made the search even easier.
We were all afraid that ‘The Man’ would hear us move about down there, as thirty-odd people do make at least some noise, no matter how quietly they try to move about.
The last girl had just been released from her cuffs, when we heard the door open...

Hey! I love this story - good plot! However, I would really like to see some gags/more tie-ups. Is that possible? Anyway, thanks for doing this story, and keep it going! Thanks for putting the game back into TUG.

Pt 4

Postby lasse672000 » Wed Sep 16, 2009 10:30 am

The door opened, and we could all hear him come down the stairs. “Quick,” one of the boys in the blue team said, “let’s hide!” Great idea, except for one simple thing; exactly how do you hide thirty-odd people in a cell, that’s only 5 meters squared and that only has walls going halfway up to the ceiling? The simple answer is: you can’t hide yourself very well and therefore you don’t. We all hid as best we could and when he came running into the cell we were in, some of us simply jumped him and wrestled him to the ground. We could of course only do that, because there were more of us than there were of him.
We wrestled him thoroughly to the ground and made him admit he was defeated, before we even thought of letting him stand up again. Then we cuffed him to the wall, as he had done to us. One of us went up to tell the rest, that the coast was clear and that ‘The Man’ had been captured.
When I pushed him against the wall, I noticed something strange about his face. I reached up and gently pulled at a flap I had noticed. To our horror, his whole face suddenly seemed to peel off! Then someone started laughing: “Look,” he said, “It’s a mask! I wonder if something else if fake?” Sure enough, when we started looking, we saw that his costume had been heavily padded, to make him look bigger and more muscular and he had platform shoes, to make him seem taller. In the mask was an inbuilt microphone. It was connected to a small loudspeaker on his chest. It turned out to be the source of his deep, gravelly voice.
Stripped of all this, he turned out to be a scrawny man, about 1 meter 60 in height and with a squeaky, high-pitched voice. He stood there, noticeably feeling sorry for himself. “What are you going to do to me?” he asked. “The jury is still out on that one.” He was told “Let’s take him upstairs and tie him up.” As the last part was said, the rest of the red and the blue team came down. They all congratulated us on having captured him. Someone asked “The Man” if there was any rope anywhere. He said there was some upstairs. “What are we waiting for? Let’s go then!”
We all assembled in the room where we had met “The Man” for the first time. We forced him to sit down on a chair and we tied his hands behind the back of the chair. Then his legs were tied together, at both the knees and ankles. Having done that, a boy in the red team turned to the rest of us and said;” It’s a shame that not all of us have been restrained in some way this weekend. What do you say: shall we tie the rest of them up as well? The ones who haven’t been cuffed up in the cellar for most of the day, that is.”
“Yea, that sounds fair to me! But how do we keep them apart?” several of us said. “Well then. What are we waiting for? As for the ‘keeping them apart’ thing, it’s easy-peasy. You know which ones who were there when we captured this guy, don’t you. Just close the doors so no one gets out and grab the rest!”
A couple of minutes of chaos followed, but soon we had 10 or 11 people tied up, hands and feet, on the floor. Then we once again turned our attention to “The Man” and asked him, if it was possible to get the buses there a day early. He refused to answer, but when capturing him, I had noticed that he was very ticklish especially in the ribs but also under the feet, so I enlisted the help of a girl, took off his shoes and socks and started tickle-torturing him mercilessly.
After bravely having endured 15 minutes of relentless tickling, he finally gave in and gave us the information we wanted. He said his name was Jim-Bob Humperdinck (a name he passionately loathed) and that the reason he had arranged this weekend was to hopefully make some friends.
The only thing he had to do was to make a phone call, and then the buses would be there in less than one hour. “Well, then, make it already! We all want to get out of here ASAP!” I said, handing him the phone. He also said that the last time he spoke to the bus-company; he had used the voice scrambler so we gave it back to him, for the time being.
True to his word, he called the company and told them that he wanted the buses now instead of the next day, as was arranged and, sure enough, they sent the buses within the hour. That gave us plenty of time to change back into our normal clothes. The ‘prisoners’ clothes were put in bags so they could change back when they had been freed.
The buses arrived as arranged and we freed the ‘prisoners’ feet, so they could climb onboard.
The very last thing done before we left the house was to free Mr. Humperdinck. I obviously don’t know what the other team did, but our team did not free our ‘prisoners/classmates’ until everyone was safely at home, or rather we let their parents do it.
On the first day of school, after our return, many of the now former prisoners said that they had been kept tied up the whole weekend, right up to the time it was time to go to school.
What then, became of Mr. Jim-Bob Humperdinck? I really do not know, and I am not so sure I even bother to care!

Epilogue

Postby lasse672000 » Sun Sep 20, 2009 7:35 am

This is from the notes found in the house of Jim-Bob Humperdinck:
Before I begin this story, let me introduce myself; my name is Jim-Bob Humperdinck and I hate that name! Ever since I can remember, I’ve been teased and tormented for it, even though there were several kids at my school who had, in my opinion, worse names. I specifically remember one time, when I was caught by surprise by a bunch of kids on my way home from school. They tied me up hand and foot and tickled me mercilessly for ages. For a good 15 minutes, anyway and I hated every minute of it! The list goes on and on, but you get the picture I hope.
You would have thought I’d grown out of it when I reached a certain age, but then you’d be wrong. One day I came up with a plan, to get my revenge. Why don’t I play a game of my own? I started searching the phonebooks and found out, that the kids of my tormentors were attending two schools in the same area. That gave me an idea. After careful planning, I devised a plan to get my, in my opinion somewhat devious, revenge! I’d simply capture the kids of my tormentors and get my revenge that way! It couldn’t be simpler, could it!
I started searching for a suitable house and soon I found it. It had all the space I could wish for, so I bought it and started rebuilding it, or at least the cellar. In the end, I had divided it into four cells. I sent the invitations and then I engaged a bus-company to come and pick the kids up. I spent hundreds of dollars on costumes for them to wear, not to mention the costume and all the rest of the equipment for myself to wear. I was going to get them, and get them good.
I set a date and sent out the invitations and in the afternoon of that Friday, they all came. I got dressed, met up with them at the door and took them into the room, where I was going to introduce them to my little game. It was so much fun to see the fear and wonder in their eyes when they saw me for the first time. They all sat down and I explained the rules to them. Judging by the whispered comments, they all seemed to enjoy the prospect of playing the game.
After my little speech, I let them have a little time to eat and decide who to choose first. When they had eaten, I sent for ‘the chosen ones’, cuffed their hands behind their backs and took them town into the cells I had spent so much time preparing. I divided them so there would be two girls in one cell and two boys in another. Then I cuffed them to the wall and left them. I snuck up to a little room I had prepared in the attic and turned on some TV-screens by which I could observe the other kids as they were running around, trying to find their classmates. Whenever I saw one of them getting close to where I had installed my ‘prison’, I would sneak out and capture him or her, tie their hands behind their backs and put them in the ‘prison’ as well.
As day two went on, the ‘prison’ became quite full. Little did I know the little brats were cooking something up; I only became aware of when I went down to check on them and saw the door to the cells opened and the cells empty! As I went down the aisle, I thought I heard a noise coming from the last one. I looked in, and just then, the little brats jumped me! In no time, they had me trussed up and several of them hauled me upstairs. They dumped me like a sack of potatoes on the floor and started debating what to do with the kids that hadn’t been in the basement, so far. In a couple of minutes, I was joined on the floor by several other kids who, like me had been bound. Some of the chattier of them had been gagged as well.
They asked me:
1. Who I was
2. Why I had done this and,
3. How they could get the buses to come and pick them up early.
After first having refused to say anything, they started tickling me. Having endured as much of it as I could, I finally told them who I was and an entirely false version of why I had done this. I couldn’t believe it when they bought it, hook, line and sinker. I also told them, on the threat of more tickling, how to get in touch with the bus-company.
Somehow, they managed to persuade them to come and pick them up as soon as possible, which meant about an hour later. They picked all, except for the prisoners, changed back to their normal clothes and went out to meet them. As a final gesture of good-will, they untied me, at least to the point where I could free myself later. As soon as they had left, I broke free and I am planning to be out of the house soon. I leave this, in case somebody wants to read it in the future. I’ve learnt a lesson, anyway. Never, ever, tie up a bunch of kids and leave them in the same room, without gagging them first!
It is hazardous to your health!
Whazzzz up!.
