Self TUG spread eagle

Postby Jh2001 » Sat Jul 15, 2017 3:34 pm

Hey everyone! This is my first post on this site. I don't use these types of websites often, so please excuse my lack of know-how.

I have been experimenting with tying myself up for a while now, and I think I'm getting the hang of it... I am a 15 year old guy and I don't have anyone to play TUGs with so it's just self bondage for now.
Something that I've tried time and time again is a spread eagle tie (my wrists and ankles tied to my bedposts). Every time I try this I end up tying both of my ankles and one wrist to the bedposts, but I can't seem to manage to get the last wrist tied. Whenever I get close, my parents arrive home or I end up losing interest and getting bored. The tie can't be inescapable as I need to be able to get out quickly if my parents come knocking. I found some carabiners and I think they will come in handy (get it?) for clipping my wrists to the bedposts and quickly being able to escape.

I've tried tying the ropes more loosely, but it isn't very fun. The ideal result would be a very restrictive tie, i.e. It wouldn't allow me to move my wrists/ankles at all.

Does anybody have any suggestions? Perhaps you have had similar experiences in the past?

Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't consider a self spread eagle particularly safe. If, for some reason, you need to get out of it, and get out quickly, then how do you do it? Best to have a friend or partner for that kind of "adventure,"

I agree with drawscore in that if you do a self spread eagle and something bad happens and you can't get out, what will happen? You will either very much injure yourself or worse, or you may get lucky and be found by your parents. Either way your going to have to either explain something to your parents which may not be too bad compared to the high potential of death in what seems like the way you want to do it.

I agree with other posters. While I think there's a way to make the self bondage spread eagle very secure, as in tightly stretched, but yet escapable with ice lock setups or timed locks, or scissors/knife attached to a very long cord secured to your wrist (not to mention candles, which should never be used!!!), these would not be immediately escapable, and the immediate release mechanisms take away too much of be fun out of being tied up.
And as much as I would like to believe I can have a fail proof release setup 100% of the time, along with a fail proof backup, there is always the small chance all of your release mechanisms will fail.
So either do self bondage with a reliable partner in the same room or nearby, who won't leave you behind in case of fire, etc.
I love tying and being tied up! Struggling hard but unable to escape. Mouth filling gag. Helpless. Vulnerable.

When considering self bondage, consider also, Murphy's Law: "If anything CAN go wrong, it WILL go wrong, and usually at the worst possible moment."

Murphy's corollary also applies: "Murphy was an optimist."

Okay, so before you try this, I recommend a lot of practice. Like so much you feel very confident in your abilities to unlock a pad lock with just one hand. I'm warning you, there's a lot that can go wrong as others have said. Only do this with other people within earshot. Never gag yourself while doing this. And use comfortable restraints for all 4 limbs. The last thing you want is to lose circulation. I spent the money and invested in leather cuffs for this. What you want to do is tie two loops in a piece of rope. Attach one loop to the bed post and another loop to the wrist restraint that will be the last limb that you secure. Tie the other 3 limbs and then use the padlock to lock the two loops together. To get out, use one hand to undo the pad lock.
