I'm sure you'll find many people here who enjoy it. ;) Or at least, many tend to incorporate tickling in their tie-up games.

But of course, therein lies the difference between TUGs and the stuff we're more used to at the TMF or TT (supposing, by your username, that you're a member at either of those sites :P ). Most tickle enthusiasts like us tend to utilize tying-up as a means of enhancing the very act of tickling. You'll notice in the stories that a great deal of detail is used to describe the course of the tickling, but the bondage part is often only given a sentence or two, or perhaps a little more for the more elaborate machines/monsters/other unusual aspects of securing the ticklee. It's very much the opposite for a TUG story. With TUGs, the very process of tying, the materials, the victim's reactions to it...all of that are the main focus when offering readers a visual, and the tickling is valued as a sort of punishment or "torture," but not in the sense that we tickle enthusiasts would call it torture.

So, from my observations, I don't think there are many here who are "into" tickling like you and I are, at least on a pure fetish/interest level, and if you're looking for serious role-play opportunities here, you better know what cinches and square knots, cleave gags, [etc.] are.

yes, I think that tickling is a sort of "soft" torture. I am not a real fan, but others who I have tied are

Tickling is indeed a soft torture as mentioned above which is why it's so popular. I'm not sure if people have a tickling fetish per se, but rather need to do something to their captive to keep the interest, so why not tickle 'em?!

I think tickling is more fun for the one doing the tickling then the victim. I actually fear tickling myself.

Tickling is a soft torture but - I think - only to a point. It is easy to endure at first, but after a while if there's no let-up there's nothing 'soft' about it if you're ticklish enough. :big: :big: :big: :big:
As a kid I had been tickled mercilessly enough so that I ended up crying like I was REALLY being tortured (though I admit I was a bit of a crybaby at the time anyway). Once my 'tormentors' stopped and I could catch my breath though I recovered quickly.
Maybe that's part of what makes it so much fun for tickler and tickled alike. It is so versatile. Plus it leaves no marks. And it doesn't hurt until you exhaust yourself laughing. So it's a problem only if your tickler(s) is/are really, really EVIL! The FUN kind of evil, anyway.
Dare to be different... and make a difference.
To boldly go where no one in their right mind has gone before...

I happen to think tickling is great from either side of things personally, but that is just my opinion since I just happen to like it :P

I think tickling is pure torture, but yet great at the same time
