I would have you in shorts only... tie your legs at 3 places Ankles, and both above & bellow the knees to keep you from gething free then do the same to your arms... Tie em behind your back Palm 2 Palm then above and below the elbow... Then using rope to put you into a verry tight Hogtie... then I would stuff my balled up bandana into your mouth and keep it in with another bandana or perhaps duct tape rapped around your head... Not to forget a blindfold... and Perhaps some rope to ristricked your wiggling to a minimum.....
