Neither I do. It seems everything has a phobia nowadays (google antiadeaphobia, I dare you), so why wouldn't this have?

Under less than optimal conditions however it would be a perfectly reasonable fear to have.
Imagine being tied up by, say, Hannibal Lector or an ISIS terrorist. You'd have to be crazy not to be scared then.

Well, there is a fetish about getting eaten... Someone would probably enjoy Hannibal then. :D

On a serious note though, we still have stockholm syndrome too. Who knows what might happen!
Also, phobias are rather unreal things; there is nothing wrong with getting tied for five minutes by your best friend as a joke, even if you are not into TUGs.
