I live with my parents, and to avoid some embarrassing moments, when I buy stuff, I have it delevered to the empty house across from us, and walk over and pick it up. I used my job income to buy a pair of leather cuffs, a couple one way rope cinches, a padlock with a large clasp, and a ballgag with a eyebolt in the front.
So after a few almost disastrous selfbondage tries, I took a break and started looking for safer, less injurious ways to tie myself up. I finally came across an electric timer, that you can set to any time between 1 minute and 10 hours. I used a small electromagnet and a wire mesh bag, and I put a pair of scicsors and/or keys into the mesh bag, then use the magnet to hold the bag shut out of reach. The magnet is plugged into a lightswitch controlled plate, and the timer controls how long the bag is suspended. And the best part is that if the power goes out, or something bad happens, I can turn the light out and get the bag free. MUCH safer. I experimented for some time figuring I might as well be safe.
I waited for my parents to leave, then got set up. I put the keys in the mesh bag, and another backup in a pile of screws, so I can get free if it fails, but it won't be comfortable. I tied my legs together, then used the climbing harness (remember that? http://www.tieupgames.net/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=12208) and the cinch to tie my legs back securly. I then put on the ballgag, and pass the rope through the lock, but I don't close it yet. I put on the leather cuffs, then set the timer for 10 minutes. I then padlock the wrists together, then cinch them tight to the gag. (I tied the other end, the pull rope to my knees, so all I need to do is pull up. This also limits how far I can bend backwards. I am now helpless, (ignoring the backup key, I will make a less tempting backup next time....) and can only roll around. I didn't blindfols myself or put in earplugs because I want to be able to see and hear for the first time.
It seems a second later I hear a metallic clinking. I look and the bag had fallen to the floor. Not wanting to release myself just yet, I wait a few minutes. Then I roll over, and after a minute of fumbling with the bag, (remember my hands are pulled up to my pouth, I can barely see) get the key. After one heart-stopping moment where I thought I put the lock on backwards, (keyhole facing down, where there isn't a chance in hell I could reach it) I got the key in and unlocked it. I took me a few more minutes to take everything else off, but I did, put it all away, then sat down and started to type this.
