So what I used to do was take the 45 gallon contractor bags from Home Depot, slice one open at the bottom and duct tape it to another one so that it made a bag that was twice as long as a normal bag. Then I would put tape around the neck of the vacuum and the lip of the bag. Lastly I would get in, usually with something linen that would help the air flow up to the vacuum head, and clumsily tape the rest of the bag shut around my neck from inside and turn it on. You could also plug the vacuum into a timed outlet, but I didn't have one of those. To get out it takes a lot of effort and you either need to find a way to work your hand up to your neck and reopen the bag or rip the bags open. I found the easiest way to rip the bag open was to use my feet by keeping my feet together when I was being vacuumed and tearing the bag open by pulling up with one big toe and down with the other. Please be safe when trying this method. Never put your head inside an unprofessionally made bag like this. Also, for the sake of getting out I do recommend using an electronic outlet of sorts that will turn the vacuum off after a certain amount of time.
Edit: emphasis on safety
