It's cool to know that you're making up a copycat of a made up story.

resembles it a bit so far

Now now... Moocoe let's not jump to conclusions, although the stories are similar that ok if he is not copying. There are many stories on here that do copy the same plot, but all add their own unique twists. Let's see what he comes up with completely before we accuse.

I agree..and am curious how this will develop. There can be very different stories with the same premise- so I think it's wrong to speak of a copycat.
Btw, the other story never did get finished anyway.

cheers

Shouldn't this be going to the fictional section then? The description for this section even specifies for true stories...

I wasn't going to add to this at all until I saw the somewhat confession of being a copycat. What lead me to believe it wasn't a true story was how you started it off with here is the characters. Characters are made up people in a made up situation such as short stories, books, movies, plays etc.
You also said "I" meaning you then you confess it was your friend that it happened to. So with all that said and done I have a hard time with believing any of this happened at all.
It could however make a great fictional story.

Ummm, I may be mistaken, but technically this IS the fictional forum, and since the original was not finished, as long as he plans on adding to it, technically it IS his story, right?

Yeah, but this thread was moved from Intimate TUGs at the time I posted. So now, I'm sure you understand the context

It could be a good story if it had substance and details to it. By the way you spelled the title wrong. "Stepmother" perhaps.
