Post notifications

Is there a way to turn on post notifications even if somebody doesn't quote you? It's been bugging me for a bit that I have to quote people so they actually see it (and it means its harder for me to see replies to my threads, too).

If you press the "full editor and preview" button, at the bottom of the page, there's a box you can tick, "notify me when a reply is posted." Not sure if that's what you're looking for though.

You can also click the little wrench icon at the top of any thread and select "Subscribe topic" or "Bookmark topic".

That is quite helpful, so thanks, the only problem being id have to do it on every post and it would only work on topics of which I was the original poster. But good idea, I might use that now.

Thanks for that info. I didn't know that or the thing which Steak pointed out. I'll use these now.

If you click "quick links" at the top left of the page you can view "your posts" which essentially gives you a list of all the topics you have posted in in the order that you posted, there you can see relatively easily which of those topics have new posts on them. Not really ideal but still helpful.
