Don't feel bad. These incidences are happening all over the country. My vote is for security and police not to be in schools at all but in guard shacks watching parking lots. One child recently has been put through the whole legal system and possibly faces charges and fines against him or his parents for having a toy pistol in his back pack that shoots plastic pellets( and no plastic pellets were found in his possession)...It's just that these officials (and that homeland security program initiated them) are going overboard with hysteria making small stuff into mountains. Its unbelieveable the horrors these so called school authorities and security peoples are perpetrating against the innocence, and general authorities seem to back them up taking it steps further. P A N I C ! Is what they're doing. They're teaching it and inducing it and using federal funds to finance it.

This is outrageous. No child should be taken away in handcuffs for this offense. I hope the education system will change. Even if he brought a pistol to school, I think kids need to get a stern lecture instead of being arrested.
You will have to subdue me to restrain me. I been a bad boy so make sure you torture me too with anything but pain.

Honestly these police stuff is just getting outrageous. Arresting a kid for talking in class? If I was the jury of the court problem I would say this: cops YOU are aresstesded for arresting a 6 and 7 year old for talking in class. I talk in college and look at me; not in jail so either give those cops sense or arrest THEM.

At our school, the security guards have plastic flex-cuffs. The ones that are like zip ties. If a fight breaks out, everyone involved gets "arrested" until the vp can hear everyone's stories. I don't think the possible suspension is worth an hour in handcuffs.

Back when I was in elementary school, just getting a time out made a kid turn pale. Imagine being arrested. First grade is too young. Maybe high school, but not first grade b
