Looking for Selfbondage ideas

Hi everybody. Looking for different ideas to get tied up. I know the hogties and simple stuff for some harder things. Pretty much anything is a go except nudity. I would also like the explanation of the ideas some of you have as well. Please let me know! I also have rope and duct tape if that helps.

Sorry, forgot. So your tie or tape you're lower legs to your thigh as close as possible, lay on your stomac, make a binding for your hands, blindfold and gag yourself and bind your hands behind your back, with scissors to help you get out. If you need to.

Take a length of rope, and, near one end, tie a bow (like a shoelace tie). Use the tail end to tie your ankles, and leave about two feet toward the end with the bow. Gag yourself, then roll on your stomach, and curl your legs up to your wrists. Find the loops of the bow, and put your hands through them. Then, lower your legs. and the loops will tighten up on your hands.

To get out, raise your legs, and exert outward pressure with your hands. The loops will widen, and you can pull your hands free.
