Postby Jay Feely » Sun Apr 01, 2012 5:09 pm

How were you tricked/fooled or pranked in either this April Fools or in the past ones?
I was tied up to a tree and itching powder was dumped all over my body not to mention I was naked in a backyard 1 year ago
You will have to subdue me to restrain me. I been a bad boy so make sure you torture me too with anything but pain.

  1. I went on my moms computer
  2. Took a screenshot of her desktop
  3. flipped the screenshot upside down
  4. hid her taskbar and icons
  5. then set the screen resolution to landscape(flipped)
The result: the computer looked normal except none of the icons worked and the mouse was upside down.

I hope you had a good place to hide afterward!!! Unless your mom is as clueless about computers as mine was, she was probably pretty annoyed once she got it figured out.... and she probably didn't have very many suspects!!!

Yeah, she knew it was me right away and made me fix it. But it was worth the laugh.

Okay animal lovers will not like my prank but back then I was a lot more foolish and not as wise as I am today. Back when I was in elementary school, one April Fools Day it had snowed the night before and the temperature was below 32 degrees Fahrenheit. I got up that morning and quietly put our sleeping and very pregnant adult cat outside then quickly rang the doorbell before closing the door and leaving the poor kitty outside. When my sibling opened the door a few minutes later, she found our cat hanging by its claws literally from the screen door meowing its head off. It came in headed to me, gave me several agonizingly painful swipes across my legs and chest and then went downstairs for the rest of the day.
From whence I came and whence I went heaven said I was too evil and sent me to hell. Demons and devils succeeded in breaking my soul.

At least the cat got its revenge. Just be glad she didn't go for your eyes!

Muffin hated me already before that. She hated all us kids.

Considering what you told us already, the cat probably had plenty of good reason to dislike you. From my experience, most cats and dogs are excellent judges of character.

If that's so, then I'm definitely a kind soul. When I come home, my dog jumps high enough for me to catch her in mid air. And if I even look at her, she starts wagging her tail.

Same with my dog when I was a teenager. He was often the only one there to greet me when I got home from school, but he was always so glad to see me that I never really minded that there was no one else. There wasn't a single time when he didn't act as if he hadn't seen me in weeks instead of just a few hours! Wish I'd had more human friends who acted that way toward me!
And my idea of pulling a prank of my dog consisted of nothing wprse than prtending to throw something he was supposed to fetch and watch himtry to chase after something that wasn't there, or flick a long rope running along the ground near him to create a wave that he'd try to chase, and watch him be puzzled when the wave disappeared at the end of the rope. But he was an exceptionally good natured dog and I think he even enjoyed tricks like that. :quirk: I certainly never pulled the kind of prank on him that Chase described with his cat, anyway. I loved my dog much too much for that.
