First, this assumes you have the equipment to, and know how to, fry bacon without burning it.
You'll need a plastic deli bag. That's one a bit bigger than a sandwich bag. Maybe about the size of the bag used by delis, for sliced turkey breast.
You'll also need sugar, cinnamon, paper towels, and, of course, the bacon.
Take a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon, and put them in the bag. Close and shake the bag, to mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Fry the bacon. when done, remove the bacon from the frying pan, and place it on a paper towel to drain for 15-30 seconds.
Take the bacon, put it in the bag with the sugar and cinnamon, and shake.
Remove bacon from bag, and eat. It's goooooood!
