Bondage as a way to relax.

Postby truly_trussed » Fri Oct 07, 2016 6:04 pm

Saw this article from the New York Post, a tabloid. It seems some people find being bound rather relaxing. I could guess it might be the adrenaline and endorphin rush. Maybe someday this could be as mainstream as yoga is today,

What say you?

Play safe! T.T.

PS- I should add that these classes are most likely limited to those over 18.

A few years ago when I was stuck doing only self-bondage, I did it because it was super relaxing to me. Something about being restrained tightly and unable to move or do anything meant that I was forced into focusing on my body and my breathing and that sort of stuff. I often went into a almost sleeping state. It was very awesome and peaceful.

Very relaxing, especially with the right person. It's a state of mind...

In addition to the above print article the NY Post made a video with another correspondent. She went to the Brooklyn studio and joined Ms. Houdini's class for Meditative Bondage. This looks like it was her first time tied up. Enjoy. It looks like she certainly did. :tied:

I don't know if I could relax in bondage. I'd get too turned on.

I think it's a mix of feelings, somewhere between relaxation and pleasure... depends by how bondage works on a person!
it's like when you scream, you create a lot of noise and and after you get tired, with deep breath and the heart that beats faster! you feel that you have downloaded the stress, you feel beet... relaxed!
Bondage is like that but it's not your body, it's your soul that feel relaxed :)

that's probably why I love it!
Love bound and gagged girls, feet, socks and more :tied: :gag:

Agree with this
You will have to subdue me to restrain me. I been a bad boy so make sure you torture me too with anything but pain.

It's my state of mind for sure!

Definitely.

I was once strapped down and locked in a wooden box. It was lined with lots of egg crate foam, so it was very comfortable. It even had a fan pumping fresh air in. Being tied up and comfortable, coupled with the white noise from the fan made it very relaxing. I probably could've napped!

A similar time when I was in a sleep sack, strapped down on a cot, with a blindfold and ear plugs. I couldn't move an inch, couldn't see or hear. The only thing I could was relax and let the bondage control me. It was wonderful.

I always found being bound very relaxing, though I prefer not to be left alone in such a state.

For me there's some excitement because it's fun, but I agree it's also relaxing. I guess I enjoy it so much that there's almost a COMFORT feeling to it once I'm tied. It's familiar, and I'm in my comfort zone (in terms of activity :) ).
