Obviously you are referring to me; even if you hadn't PMed me saying as much.
I never claimed you were a terrorist equivalent to say Osama bin Laden. I simply pointed out this very thread when someone else asked you if you are a terrorist - and so let you explain in your own words. You must admit that your own claims do not make you sound like a normal, rational person. I any case, I make no claims about you that you haven't made about yourself.
Thing is, Cricks, well... read the title of your own topic. Okay? Now change the words 'a RPer' to 'anyone'. See, that's just as true; there's nothing special about RPers in this sense. You should never upset anyone in terms of crazy stress.
Yet for some reason that's exactly what we seem to keep doing to each other! Only where I deride you indirectly by pricking your pomposity, you like to attack me directly with personal smears - such as implying my story-telling skills are inadequate because I supplement them with drawings. That would be ike my telling telling you create a story without RPing it first; if I accused you of that, how would YOU feel?!
Having AS myself, I know that offending peope by accident is difficult to avoid (BOY do I know it!) but you do it so often and so casually concerning me that I just find it difficult to give you the benefit of the doubt anymore. Most AS sufferers though (including me) are usually willing to see their mistakes when they are pointed out and try to correct them, but *you* seem to be an exception to this. You simply interpret these attempts as personal attacks and just get more obnoxious... making yourself out to be better than everyone else (espcially in terms of RP; something that interests only a few other members on this board and has little to do with TuGs).
Perhaps I have been stressing you out. Well, it works both ways; you've been stressing me out big time and I've been simply paying you back!
To tell you the truth I'd much rather have a truce than to continue all this damned fussing and fighting. All it does is upset me (and probably you) and probably pisses off the people who get caught up in it. That makes me feel bad, as I am normally a pretty reasonable guy.
Problem is we've done this route several times before and each time it just starts up again. I say something you take the wrong way or you say something that hacks me off (often because i is based on a false assumption on your part), and off we go with the War of the Words all over again. I am at least as sick of it as you probably are, and would like a final solution to this that doesn't involve either of us having to eat crow~!
Dare to be different... and make a difference.
To boldly go where no one in their right mind has gone before...
