How to develop the 6-pack?

Postby Steak in a Tree » Tue Oct 04, 2016 10:19 pm

Been working out a lot more, what with my wrestling club and all. The 6-pack is very much visible now, but it doesn't look like a 6-pack. The line in the center won't develop, so it looks like a... 3-pack. So, if any of you muscle-y gentlemen could give me some tips, that'd be great

You need to be eating right. Drink water only, and have a high protein diet :)

Why would anyone want a six pack on their stomach, I simply placed a six pack of Pepsi during downtime from delivering pizzas, sure I was on the rowing machine at bally's, try this start from the down position kick into a crab then reverse it back to the down position or go into the crab set your other leg to spin into the down position facing the other way multiple times until you get tired then do it some more

Dragon drops, whatever you call them, stand, drop, mule kick back then stand back up drop down, mule kick back then stand back up, repeat over and over, something I did in karate, the kneel to crab back to kneel the out to crab spin to kneel, I did in wrestling

Do different types of crunches like bicycle crunches, twist crunches, reverse crunches, vertical leg crunches and long arm crunches to get your as more defined. I do these and it is working well :big:

Good thing I'm already doing that. Thanks for that.

Not gonna quote your entire thing.
The main reason I want the 6-pack is because it's already developed, it's just the line down the middle isn't there. Thanks for the excercises though, will definitely try those.

Probably gonna start doing these a lot more, as well. Thanks for those.
