How to Trick my Friends

Postby TUfriend » Thu Mar 22, 2012 1:25 pm

The athlete lockers at my school are big enough to fit a person in. The last time they locked me in the locker, it was totally random. How do I trick them into doing it again without looking like I want to be locked in the locker?

Try pretending to shove one of them into *their* locker in "revenge"! They'll likely retaliate in kind, since they've done it before.

Oh, and the best part is, if it works once you can keep right on doing it.
Just make sure the mood stays light so that things stay friendly. Pretend you're a bit annoyed but still being a good sport about being shoved into the locker, perhaps even swearing dire vengeance, but keep the tone light enough so that they'll find it amusing to keep doing this to you and find your 'threats' to be funny. That way you can laugh about it too without their catching wise to the fact that you're egging them on to this on purpose, and you'll ALL have fun doing it. Play your cards right and they may make a habit of it; thinking it's a prank that mildly (but only mildly) annoys you rather than realzie they're beign manipulated into it. Some day you might even get shoved in totally by surprise!!! :big:

Well that backfired. I tried pushing in this one kid(I kind of have a crush on him) and then everyone helped me and pushed him in instead. Meh, at least I got to see him trapped for a while.

Oh dear! Maybe you picked the wrong kid? Someone with no friends? I thought of (but forgot to mention) that idea that you should do this when as few of your own friends are around as possible while as many of the other kids friends as possible are around - or, ideally, when there is no one else on either side to interfere. The best target is someone who has friends who will help HIM rather than help YOU, and/or who is capable of defeating you without anyone's help.
However, unless this caused genuine ill will, you can simply try again... as long as no one gets really mad at you, it'll never get old and maybe next time they'll decide it'd be funnier to stick YOU into the locker! Or maybe you can egg on the kid who got trapped into seeking revenge! Just be careful not to truly alienate someone you want to have liking you instead of hating you.
If he DID get too angry to see the intended humor in it, try apologizing and (privately) offering to let him get revenge if you think that would work... especially if he's someone you'd want as a friend.

No, you see, it was my own friends who shoved me in the first time so it's playful and never intended as bullying. There is usually a smile on both parties throughout the event. What'll probably happen us every so often someone new will get stuck in a locker. I'll just have to wait until the next time it's my turn.

Oh well... as long as the mood stays light there's always hope. :big:
Never experienced that myself. I think our gym lockers were much too narrow for the purpose anyway.

Yeah, we'll our lockers have to fit athletic bags for baseball and golf and have to be deep enough too. But they have a really thick, see though wire mesh like door instead of the traditional door.

Cool! :big: Hope you get locked inside one to your heart's desire soon.
BTW is it possible to lock yourself in? If so, maybe do so and tell others someone else did it. Maybe eventually someone will find it so funny he'll be temptd to do it to you himself and start a trend! Just be sure others are around who'll let you out again if you do it yourself! :D

No, the locking mechanism is openable from inside and it's impossible to put a lock on from the inside. If I got inside one, I would be instantly locked in probably, but people would question me.

You can put a combination lock on it and it won't open, inside or out. You just shove their body in, lift their feet over the barrier and close the door and lock it with a lock.

So, so self-locking inside. Undoubtedly a safety feature, though it seems like a darned useless one under the circumstances.
Oh well. I guess you'll just to find a way to egg someone on into doing it TO you. Good luck with that!
I still think though that if you persist in shoving your friends into their lockers, they'll eventually decide it's payback time and do the same to you.
Just make sure it stays light-hearted and friendly so that rather than shove you into a locker they don't beat the piss out of you instead!
