Bondage while working out

I'm not sure if this was asked before or not, but I finally hit the point in my life where I want to start working out again. I'm pretty sure this is because of a couple of reasons, one being that I now live in Florida where it is essentially beautiful and sunny every day. At the moment I am about 50 pounds over where I actually want to be and am the heaviest I have ever been.

I'm not good at actually starting to exercise, and this is the thing I need to do to lose the weight. I'm wondering if anyone knows of some good exercises that include some bondage elements. I'm also thinking about buying some of the ankles and wrists weights, and potentially a weighted vest for inclusion into some self-bondage adventures as well. I do not have any gym equipment in my house right now so I would have to buy things for cheap as I am on a very tight budget.

I do know there is a branch of yoga known as "bondage yoga."
To tie or be tied? I'm not one to care as long as there are gags!

Just be careful with the increased heart rate and gags. Would rule that out. But it is an interesting prospect to think about. Could always tie yourself to some weights safely. Also, there is bondage wrestling.

Good on you for making the choice to exercise! Personally I am an exercise addict, so here is my opinion. I don’t know many, if not any ways of including bondage into exercise, and if you are looking at losing weight I would recommend ditching the idea of bondage exercise until you start making progress. If your really keen on combing the two of them, maybe do one session a week including bondage, and the other few sessions of just regular things like running or weights.

However a way you could include bondage would be to perhaps tie your wrists to a pull up bar, so that your feet are 10cm or so off the ground, so that you are suspended in air. Then you have to do pull ups while trying to free yourself. Just an idea.

I've ideas of tennis players and joggers being captured. Female of course
love cooking, panty/knicker gags, nappies, handicapped.

I persuaded my aunt and a gf on different occasions not to shower after the gym and to tie me up while they're wearing their sweaty workout clothes.
