What the computer hacker did is conflicted because yes he did expose USA surveillance programs but now he has access to sensitive us information making him guilty of espionage, but what ya thinking about it?
You will have to subdue me to restrain me. I been a bad boy so make sure you torture me too with anything but pain.

I believe Frosty was innocent, in all likelihood framed by Rudolf or a team of disgruntled elves

Hadn't thought about it that way yet. I agree :big:

As for Snowden, I think its less clear cut then with Manning. Snowden released important information he felt the world needed to know and he was probably right in doing so. His info was arguably much more important the that of Manning.

Manning also released information he felt the world needed to know and he was possibly right in doing so. The difference is that as for as I know Snowden stopped at that while Manning released any information he could get his hand on, even things that had no relation to his or Wikileaks ''mission''.

I feel Snowden did the right thing but I also feel America can't just shrug it off either. Its omplicated.

Oh I'd say it's equally important that Americans know about and see the war crimes that are being committed in their name. The fact that most of them wound up not caring is the really tragic part.

But the information coming out that America spies on all of its allies on mass seems more embarrassing and will cause more problems for them then news of what their soldiers are up to.

OK, hands up all Brits who were surprised that the USA spies on us.
Not that GCHQ would reciprocate, of course.

More problems domestically, but as far as foreign policy and our image abroad I'd say Manning did more "damage" than Snowden.

Infowars? I'd learn more about the state of the world reading the ingredients on a packet ramen noodles than I would listening to that idiot's paranoid ravings xD

Clearly preparing your ramen with the NWO's fluoridated water has blinded you to the truth!

I actually think its the reversed. I don't think American citizens have all that much of a problem with their government spying on all their allies. Their allies on the other hand very much have a problem with it.
