You pretty much answered your own question when you posted this question. See how easy that was?
Not sure why Nuc moved it from Tugs talk to here though. Made sense to me where it was.

Ok thanks i just didnt see the post new thread button on any thread but 2 i think just wondering if that is a pre-accepted admission limit or just a bug on my side?

Anyway, Jeffrey, you should have no problem finding the new topic tab on any forum you wish to post in now.
The basic idea for limiting new posters is to prevent spambots from cluttering up the more popular forums (usually story posts) with ads and garbage. since you're clearly not a spambot, you're good to go.
