I do at least 5 days a week and eat like a caveman, which pisses off my wife because I fill the fridge up with meat and she thinks throwing away the egg yolks is "a waste of fucking money".

Pushups are great for hitting your chest and triceps but you need to counter that with pullups to target your back and biceps and even your abs if you do it under-arm. You can do some basic squats and lunges for your legs, but if you jump into the squats, you get a more explosive movement.

depending on your overall goal, you said you were going swimming so you have cardio on top but remember, it's at least 70% diet, especially when you're an old fuck like me, one Guinness and game over man.

Henry has a good idea but to follow it up, hop into the same getup in chapter 1 of TALk IS CHEAP... whenever you are home. Great for the diet --- you can't even reach any real food.
