Hero vs Villian

Hero- A 4 legged dog but it has the ability to jump high, breathe ice, and disappear

Villian- A dragon but adapted to humans, looks and feels like a human but in disguise it can shapeshift into a dragon that breathes fire, acid, and tails that has spikes.

Any ideas you have of heroes and villians?

You sure come up with some weird topics, Jay. But assuming what you want are our own depictions of heroes and villains, I'll bite:
This is from a story series I've written but have never posted here (though I may do so eventually):
Heroes - a group of teenaged boys with numerous superhuman powers (super strength, flying, invulnerability, shape shifting, invisibility, telepathy, telekenesis, miraculous healing of self and others, supersenses, conjuration of common objects or food - in short; almost anything you can think of) who derive them from being tied up and (of course, since I am the author) sat on by normal kids, or playing consensual TUGs with them - being able to temporarily pass on a portion of their power to normal kids in exchange. Usually play a subordinate role (being tied rather than tying) when charging their powers so that no misunderstandings or abuse of power occurs.
Villians - much like the heroes, except their TUGs are non-consensual and they are always in the dominant role. In addition, they make their powers much stronger by inflicting torture on their captives, whom they keep prisoner against their will indefinitely. They are sadists rather than masochists. They also have like-minded allies to whom they give super powers, but these have often been 'programmed' by telepathy into servitude.

I'll probably start posting those stories someday; once I've re-written them to remove the darkest and most explicit elements in them. I was in a much darker place in my life than I am now when I first drew and wrote these stories in comic book form with no idea I'd be thinking of sharing them with anyone someday, so I made them as dark and as explicit as I wished. Not so graphic as to depict blood and violence, but dark enough in places to depict what essentially amounted to gay rape. Overly dark stuff like that will be filtered out when I post this; these elements aren't very important to the story anyway.

Why you were dark back in the days?

Long story. Too personal to share it. Let's just say it wasn't the high point of my life.
Have plenty of problems now too, but compared to back then I'm in seventh heaven.
