I am looking to write a female detective story and I was wondering if anyone had anything they would want to see me include?

- Chloroform
- Tight ropes
- Sturdy gags
- A classy detective and her nerdy assistant
- Some vile villain
- And just a touch of romance !
What I say is, a town isn't a town without a bookstore. It may call itself a town, but unless it's got a bookstore it knows it's not fooling a soul.

Chloe and Natalie. The great french detective and her bungling sidekick who is always getting her self into trouble.

The villan is Glen Close as Cruella de Vil.

I agree with everything else Chloe suggests with the addition of some bare foot torture to get the girls to talk.
 :tied: :tickle: :gag: NAUGHTY NATS :gag: :tickle: :tied:

Maybe blindfold, maybe gagged, always barefoot

Have a scene where the peeking heroes get caught and tied up and gagged by a bunch of goons, then have some description of light torture. Something involving tickling and girls' bare feet...and of course, gotta have a good sidekick. Maybe turn the two heroes into strong, superwomen types? (The main hero of course. Her sidekick should be a little smaller, weaker, and geeky but adorable.) :big:
Sorry I can't talk now, I'm a little tied up at the moment.

I like where Canuck33 is going, except I prefer more realistic characters.
