The vampire prison

Postby MoonDust » Sun Jan 06, 2013 11:42 am

Based on a roleplay I made two years back. Escape has been one of my most successful roleplays and since it's a lot of tie up in it I thought: why not write a story? This story is dark, but I will try to keep it at a low level.

It has been a few years since the vampires occupied my town. I have been in this dark, empty cell for who knows how long. I can guess it's already been half a year since I arrived chained and blindfolded, pushed to my limit by merciless vampires. I don't know how much more I can take of this place, very slowly I'm turning mad. My head is empty, my feelings gone, the only feelings I have left is anger, fright and sorrow. They took everything from me, but I managed to hide my diary, blood stained pages, dirty and rippled. I can't take this anymore. I'm so scared, I have to get out, I have to escape this place of madness!

Suddenly dim light shoved into a man's cell and blinded him a short while. He crept closer to the corner, he felt like a scared animal. A tall man equipped with the same old hand cuffs, -thick metal cuffs around ten centimeters, the chain was very short,- was standing there in the door way and his face was cold and ruthless. "Leave me alone.." His voice shivered lightly. "I can't give you anything else than what I already.." His words were cut off as a bowl of food was placed down in the middle of the hard, cold floor. "Make sure you eat it, you are of no use to us if you're dead" The vampire then slammed the door shut and locked it.

This place is filled with vampires. Blood sucking creatures that always give me a terror of fright when I look into their eyes. Because in these eyes, I see nothing but blood lust. Such empty holes of disaster. Each day, they give me food and water. It's two meals each day, just enough to keep us all alive. We never get much oppertunity to talk to each other, us prisoners. They lock us into these cells with walls all around, no windows. And there is this thick door that seperate us from the freedom we once owned. Now we own nothing, not even our free will.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The big hall was filled with vampires of all kinds, it was a mess of cold voices and movments all around. It was a huge crowd, arguing and laughing everywhere. Some was angry, others mockingly standing there with their hands in their pockets. Everywhere on the ceiling there was hanging beautiful chandeliers that lit up the big room, and gave the room a touch of warmth. On one wall was a sculpture of a monster, or that could resemble one. It had a high touch of a human-like appearance, except that the features of the face was rough, the eyes and seemed almost inhuman. On the other wall stood a sculpture of the same kind and in the middle of the two sculptures was a giant old-fashioned desk, a beautiful ornate chair. Behind the desk sat a tall man with beautiful blue eyes.

He jet black hair pulled back shimmering of oil. He was absolutely beautiful but if you saw how his eyes shone cold and gray, with blood dripping from one corner of his mouth and with a grotesque smile, he wasn't just as pretty and handsome any longer. Everything was in old fashioned elegancy; it did not appropriate enough to the grotesque depictions of vampires. In the middle of all these vampires sat a girl. She was kneeling with her hands tied tightly behind her back. A vampire dressed all in black had a hand on her shoulder which pushed her down. Her head hung limply, her body shaking with cold, dark hair fell down in her face, covering her tear stained face.

"What should we do with her?" The one holding her said and roughly pushed her further down so the tip of her nose almost touched the grey floor. "Escaped her cell, stolen keys, unlocked cell doors to other prisoners, attacked one of the guards.." You would never have guessed that this slender and crying girl had done all that, but she had. She had even sworn to them; they was never going to break her will. The man stood up and walked over to the helpless girl on the ground. He tipped her chin up with the tip of his shoe, so she was forced to look at him. In panic she wriggled her arms, tried to get her hands free of the rope keeping them together, palm to palm.

"This will be the first and the last time you cross us.." His lips curved into a evil smirk. He looked at all the vampires chatting. "Be quiet." He didn't shout, still his voice was clear as bell. When they were all silent, he turned to the crowd and pointed at two vampires. The first one had brown hair and green eyes. He was wearing the normal guard uniform, brown shirt, a black leather jacket, black pants and had lots of different types of hand cuffs hanging from his belt at both sides. The other one was also dressed the same way. It was a female with brown eyes and dark brown hair. "You two. Take this girl to the dark cell.." The girl, which name was Alina had heard about the dark cell once before, but only once. She wasn't sure if the rumors were true, but she had heard it was terrible and you would slowly go insane.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Deep down in the basement of the big castle -which was the vampire prison, - a boy was lying. His legs was chained to the ground and so his arms, this way he was lying stretched out on his belly with no chance of moving much. He was a stubborn, brave boy, around the age of sixteen. His shirt had been removed. Also he was soaked in cold water. This was a very mild way of being tortured. First he would be splashed with cold water, and then they would splash him with really hot water. He moaned in pain, very aware that they would come back and he knew what they wanted. It was something important and something that could be threatening to the human race. He was the key to the humans’ survival, but also the key to be the vampires slaves for eternity.

Wow, I quite like this. I mean, a lot.

I'm not sure what you're planning, but I'm hoping for a happy ending...and maybe some awesome heroines??? And heroes too I suppose.

This story is very interesting. Once upon a time I too made stories here based on rp adventures on other sites. Looking forward to reading more as it progresses.

Thank you for the feedback, it gives me warmth and courage to continue the story. The second part will be here soon enough, I've just had alot to do lately.

I'm not going to spoil the story by saying too much about the ending, the only thing I can say is; anything can happen.

Hello Moondust
When I was looking at the active posts earlier, I decided to open this one, even though this sort of thing does not interest me much...vampires and all.

When I started reading the first few lines, I was unable to stop and had to continue reading.
I was not going to post anything, but a few hours after reading your story here and the text is still fresh in my mind.

I do not want to discourage you when I mention that this kind of setting is not my thing...but I feel it is important I mention this, since it only emphasizes the point I want to raise.

What I want to say is...you write very well. The text flows smoothly and it is a pleasure to read it.
It is very beautifully written. Please continue ! You have much talent.

(Oh my god, thank you for such kind words. I could almost not believe my eyes of these lovely comments. Thank you all! The things you wrote, bondagefreak, was never discouraging. I was so happy, and I'm so glad that I achieved what I had hoped to achieve with the story. You people rock! I hope I can keep up with your hopes of a good continuation.

So I almost came to a second part of the story, too bad it doesn't have chapters. Mostly because I really don't know where I want with this story. It's like a never ending tale of madness. But I want to say that everything I write has a deep meaning behind. How ruthless a world can be, but you still have the guts to go on, keep on believeing and be strong. Even if you're only one and have to fight the world back. That our world is in an eternal war, not only against each other, but against ourself. This will be a bit shorter than the other one. I have lots of stuff to do.)

The things we do is right. We have always been the strongest race, because we don't own what people call love. Humans is such weak creatures, with their love for everyone. But I have met one person. This one person who never begged for his life, not once, he was aggressive, but calm, he showed nothing but strength. Fearless even though I could see his fear in his actions. I want this man. I want to change him, make him a vampire. He is the perfect fit, he is just perfect.

He shouted in anger. This prison felt like sickness to him, every muscle hurt, his limbs felt cold and unused, his frustration of not going anywhere, not see light, not to talk to anyone. Just be all alone in a black silent cell, made him mad. He yelled. It was the first time in many months, many years since he had used his voice as much as now. He yelled out his anger, his disappointment and frustration, the air was almost vibrating of power. And then, the blood. First he didn't understand. What had just happened? Where did the blood come from On the wall, it was a faint look of blood splashed like paint in a circle. Who's blood? Just then he grabbed his own hand, with a moan of pain and stumbled a bit forward as he clutched his hurt hand to his chest. Blood trickled down his knuckles, dripping down to the floor. It felt like the world just stopped there for a minute. The drops of blood echoed in his ears in slow motion. In his anger and frustration, he had hit the wall several times until his hand was bleeding. His aggressive strength, unable to stop hitting.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

/I fell.. I fell in the pit of darkness. But I was picked up by an angel of bright light. In every breath I saw the faint look of a devil, but in the garden of angels I fly tonight/

The song she had been lullabied by her mother when she was just a child. It kept her alive this awful time of loneliness and fear. "Alina". A voice so soft and familiar spoke her name. was this just a nightmare all along? "Alina" Again she heard the voice, chiming like bells. she wanted to answer: "mother" But her throat was so dry, it was like swallowing sand, and her lips so dry, cracked and awful. She wanted to move, but she couldn't. Her wrists was chained to both walls, standing opposite to one another, and so her ankles. A cold metal collar of some type was locked around her neck with a heavy padlock and her limbs were now so stiff, and shaky, she had problems standing. Even then she was forced to stand, she was standing like a cross, her head still hanging. There was no more tears to cry, they were all gone. She was wearing the same clothes as three months back, but without shoes and socks.

There was a layer of dust in the room so thick it looked like fog. Thick, horrible fog, and in every breath, she inhaled the acid of dust. She felt suffocated, not only because of the bad air, but the room itself. It was narrow and claustrophobic, so narrow that she could wipe the dirty wall with her fingertips. Would this never end? Why did not the humans attack back at the disgusting race of bloodthirsty beasts. These greedy mouths, it was the only thing she was able to see. Hideous beast who almost roared of toxicity and disgust. They were treated as .. There stopped her vocabulary, for there was no such word describing what they were treated like. They were treated as nothing, as scum, or maybe even worse. She knew one thing, no matter what happened, not matter what they did to her, the human race would stand their ground and fight when the time came to an end. The thick metal door opened just a crack and she could see, in the light of the hall lanterns, an eye. A blood red eye that was eyeing her up and down, then the sharp and slick smile. it went across the face of this pale looking man. He was a beast in disguise. "Human.." he licked his lips like a greedy creep. She couldn't say anything at all, too tired to speak. The door opened a bit more and a tall man she had never seen before stepped in. His hands reminded her of claws that would tear her apart. "Time for lunch."

The cold chuckle had haunted her ever since she was left back in one of the more normal cells. The contrasts was shady of grey and black. She could still feel his tongue running down her still warm skin, feel his claws ripping her arms and shoulders. The first thing that had surprised her was how he released her from her chains. She had fell forward and almost ended up in his strong arms, but he just forced her back, wrinkling his nose in disgust, telling her she stinked. Right there she had a sharp comment on her tongue, ready to free it, but she never got that far to even speak up or clear her throat enough to say it. He had flipped her over as easy as nothing. His strength was unbelievable. Then, laying on her stomach, he shoved her hands behind her and tactically wrapped her wrists in thin rope. She had no idea of what kind of material it was. Only that it was the strongest rope she had ever felt. He had tightened it too tight, her fingers pulsing of the pressure it gave around her wrists and dug into her pure skin. Then he had roughly pulled her up on her feet, shoving her hard out of the cell and blindfolded her.

What would they do to her, but quickly she had figured she was only replacing the room with another one who probably had acted up. The hallways or corridors in the vampire prison was sharp and long. Long paths of dim light. The light was not comforting, not at all. It just gave the corridors the feeling of emptiness and horror. On each wall stood doors, they raised from the ground as monsters to almost touch the ceiling above, and chains hung from the ceiling, cold steel it was. They lit faintly by the lights. Now, her life mirrored the empty hallways, just as gruesome as they were, filled with the blood of men and sweat of desperate fighting until blackness fell on them once and for all. "Alina.... come to me.."

Re: The vampire prison

The question was there. How long? The question lay as a mist around the boy and his aching body. The air was filled with blood red trails of spider web; the floor was so cold it iced his belly, chest, arms and legs. Even his face was feeling frozen and immobilized by the death hand of cold. He couldn't think, couldn't move, everything inside him was just cold. Even if he hadn't given up just yet, it was still hope flaming in his heart, it just felt so cold and hopeless. This boy was of course the key to everything and the evil ones wanted to keep him and trick him into pain and agony. They wanted his soul lifeless and and his face stained of tears, and they would never give up before they had received just what they wanted. The darkness felt like a pressure on him, he was so depressed, he didn't even know if he was going to cry or shout. Laugh was not an alternative that was for sure.

Footsteps was coming down, he didn't dare to open his eyes to see who it was, besides he didn't need to either because he already knew. Another one to poison his soul, and torture his innocence with the cold steel, raging hatred and evil chuckles. The storm had just begun, and it wouldn't stop. Not yet.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Harm me, I don't care! Crush me to death, I don't care! Leave me lifeless on the ground, I still won't care! As long as you don't hurt my family close to me.

The air was still filled with the blood of this man, this stubborn man who wanted his freedom and was near madness and hatred. His eyes had changed since last time and his bleeding knuckles whitened in a mix of red. It was like a horrific red mist of darkness swirled around him as an aura of danger. You can just guess what he fantasized. To kill them all once and for all and never let anything stand in his way, and if it did. He would crush them, and so his hatred spoke as ancient letters on a bloodstained wall of horror. Monstrous, he kneeled with his palm facing the wall as he was about to caress it, but his body was stiff and motionless. His face pulled into a mask of something hard; a gruesome snarl went across his lips and threatened to kill his pretty face, or what was left of it. His now beautiful character was accident by his own hatred.

These monsters, such cold beasts. They were really in contrast to the once beautiful castle. Now there was not much left of its beauty. Everything had been so false to the open nature around; it was as if all the great castle of blood was filled in with shadows. These people, locked behind square metal doors, saw the world with black eyes. How did the sky look from behind the square walls? Was it now different? Had anything changed? The atmosphere? No, for the outsiders nothing had changed. For this world nothing had changed at all, just for those who suffered distress, their sickness. Their joyful life was slowly drowning in a sea of eternal sorrow and longing.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cry for me human. Cry me a song from the now dead crewman. Tell me a tale about your body aching. Your graceful need the world is making. Mankind you are owned by beasts. We lust for your life and now it's time to feast. We tie you up in chain, humiliation, pain we will fill your world with tearful rain.

Again the man was blinded by the light. His eyes were sensitive to the light for being in the dark for so long. The only time he saw light was the times they were fed by the vampires or they was forced to a stroll to breath fresh air. These times were their only light bobble in an eternal world of darkness. A dark shadow was standing in the square of the doorframe. He held his arms out to hold his palms to both sides, and he looked down on his prey with eyes shining like a nightmare of cold steel. First he didn't understand what was happening, but soon he realized his blood had caught attention. He inhaled with a tremble and he moved back into the corner. Blood lust.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"What do you think you're doing!?" A hand grabbed her by her shoulder and spun her around. His eyes flashed of cold danger, his lips curled up into a snarl on his narrow, pale lips and he flexed his muscles. The corridor behind them went far, far and deep into the distance and the lines met at a invisible point in the middle. Black hair fell into the vampire's face and now hid his expression fully for Alina. Her own appearance was beaten, or maybe not. One light shone down on her face to light dimly, not yet broken. "I need water.." She could feel how it hurt to talk and just to move her lips. It cracked up as she moved her lips and with a dry tongue she attempted to wet her sore lips. The vampire studied her with his steady cold gaze. His hand moved to grab around the back of her neck and he pulled her closer to him. So close that she could smell his breath, so close that she could clearly see stripes of grey in his face and his eyes that held hers with such an outrageous aura. Every fiber in her body vibrated in terror of this scary appearance.

Suddenly another vampire passed by. He was pretty much blonde, and his face was a quality of beauty, but also this face had killed its innocence of blood and the darkness that covered his face. A cruel smirk. Not like the gentle one, the one without real feelings. The one that warned of danger. "Again, Mr. Anderson?" The question was so normal and so commonplace, Alina was caught by surprise, but there was nothing normal to his sly, brutal voice. As if he couldn't care less about anything else, than himself and his own pleasures. He was wearing the same uniform, but had a red scarf around his neck which gave a sudden contrast to his pale skin, and his dark uniform. "You bet" The dark haired vampire, also called Mr. Anderson, replied. This was such a normal conversation. The blonde one laughed. "Short of words as always, Mr. Anderson" His laugh went straight through her body, flesh and bones and gave her the shivers down her back. Never, ever in her whole life had she heard such an awful laugh and right through evil. Poison. It's cold, dripping toxic! "She escaped right before I closed the door, such a sly little girl."

And then the whole commonplace conversation was over as he replied a short: "Take her to the master. He will know what to do" Then walked down the corridor to at last disappear around the corner at the far end and trotted into the shadows. It almost looked like they ate him. Now what? What would they do to her? The vampire looked down on her and without saying a word, pushed her forward, she looked over her shoulder and the only thing she could see was the blackness, shades of brown and grey mixed into his skin and made him turn to seem mystical, dark and cold. It was like no light could ever touch him.

I actually thought of making the rp on this site, Dan. Maybe.. I'll wait and see if I get the time to at least, but I think it would be interesting though it's dark and horrible twisted with lots of blood... guess it will be too much since there is younger people here as well.

Thank you! I might get the time to continue soon enough. I hope I will get a new part done by the end of the week or the next.
