Part 4 -
The boys came over to the others with smirks on their faces.
"Art class is cancelled!" Eduardo exclaimed. "Isn't this great?"
The girls were about to correct him but Anton beat them to it.
"Well, actually I rather like Art."
The girls smiled at him gratefully. They knew he was bending the truth - he DID like Art, but not nearly as much as they did.
Ron snorted. "Well, that's because you're a nerd. I mean, it's not your fault that you're not manly enough to enjoy sports, but that's just how the world works. Hey, you know it makes sense for you to hang around these girls all the time. After all, they're the only ones who will understand being as weak as you."
Anton's fist clenched but he said nothing.
Viola marveled at his self-control, but turned to see that Susie was having a harder time keeping her emotions in check.
"You jerks would know about being weak, wouldn't you? After all, you DID lose to us at Volleyball."
This memory made the three girls smile.
The previous week, the boys had challenged them to a sport.
Ron had given them the choice of sport, since "girls weren't as good at any of them as boys were".
So the girls had chosen volleyball, and Susie and Tiffany had wiped the floor with Eduardo and Ron.
Anton and Viola had been watching together and Anton was pretty much the only guy who cheered when the girls won.
It was, as Susie put it, a "great victory for girl-kind". Ever since, she loved rubbing Ron and Eduardo's noses in the victory.
Ron went red. "That was unfair. You chose a sport we weren't good at."
Susie giggled. "So boys aren't good at some sports, eh?" She smiled triumphantly.
Viola saw that things were about to get ugly.
Fortunately, Anton pulled Susie back.
"I...uh...think we should all calm down."
Eduardo smirked. "Yeah, Susie. Listen to wimpy here. After all, you wouldn't want us to hurt you!"
Susie fought against Anton's arms, but Anton didn't let go. "Let me at him!"
An idea came into Viola's mind.
"Hey, guys, I have an idea for what we could do instead of Art class. Could you three boys give us a few minutes then meet us at our dorm?"
The boys shrugged. "Sure thing," said Ron.
Ron and Eduardo knew that the three girls were fit, and they decided that this would be an opportunity, no matter what Viola had planned.
They walked away, followed by Anton who left after giving the three girls a little smile and wave.
The girls waved back, then turned on Viola.
"What are you doing?!" Susie hissed.
Viola smiled. "Girls! I have a plan. Let's walk and talk."
