In a wheelchair

My sister, who works for a company that fits out, and repairs, wheelchairs to disabled people, one day asked me if I wanted to help her find out what was wrong with one of the wheelchairs that had been sent to them for repairs. They couldn‘t find out what was wrong with it. “Sure,” I said.
The next day, she brought home the chair and told me to sit down in it and give it a ‘test run’, as she put it. She told me to sit down in it. When I had done so, she strapped my knees to the sides of the chair, using the welded-on straps. Then she strapped my feet to the footrests and fastened the seatbelt around my waist. After that she proceeded to strap my arms to the armrests. When I was all strapped down like that, she told me she had to give it back two days later and asked me if I would mind using it for the whole of next day, strapped in it that way. “No problem,” I said. “I kind of like it!”

The next morning, she woke me up and told me to sit in the chair, so she could strap me in like she had done the night before. When she had done that, she wheeled me to the bathroom, where she let me out of the chair and let me do my business. Then she told me, that in order to make this experience as real as possible, she would help me get dressed, feed me and so on and wondered if that was O.K with me. Of course I said, “Yes”. Just imagine the thrill of not having to do anything for a whole day, just having someone else do it for you! “There is just one thing,” she said. “You will have to wear diapers. Is that still O.K with you?”
I wasn’t sure about the diaper thing, but in for a penny, in for a pound, as they say (I think). So, after I had been to the bathroom I let her put it on me.
The day that followed was one of the strangest of my life, up until then. I had to rely on my parents or my sister to push me around. We even went out for a stroll. When one of my friends saw me in the chair he, naturally, asked me about it and I told him I was helping out my sister. The only downside to the whole experience, was that I had to ask either my sister or my parents to help me, when I had to use the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a great day!

When I had gone to bed that night, my sister told me she had a hunch about what was wrong with the chair and asked me if I would be willing to help them out in the future if they needed any.
I said I would love to. ”I had a great time today! Thank you so much for letting me try this! But next time, skip the diapers! At least in summertime. It was a bit hot and uncomfortable.”
Whazzzz up!.
