Bbq

What are your favorite bbq meats?

I love baby back pork ribs along with brisket.

Sides?

I enjoy cream corn

And what if someone offered you a plate of bbq and sides for exchange for a couple of hours of you being tied up and tortured? Would you say yes?
You will have to subdue me to restrain me. I been a bad boy so make sure you torture me too with anything but pain.

Burger, sausages, black pudding. Corona.

Anyone that turns up with veggie burgers is politely asked to leave. With my boot.
There's always time for a nice cup of tea.

Hamburgers? Sausages? I thought this was about barbecue, not just grilling. Never mind, I forgot barbecue in some places isn't quite as narrowly defined as it is in these parts.

Ribs done right is one of the best things you'll ever eat.

I only went to an American BBQ once.

We drank blue moon and the ribs were the best ever. EVER.

Ever.

The worst thing about ribs is all the work that goes into them, which is why I usually just go with a BBQ sandwich. Those can be pretty good, although it can be hard to get the amount of sauce right. They're either drowned or dry, and I have a tendency to screw it up myself so I'm not calling out anyone else for this.

Steak. A nice, medium rare, rib-eye steak. And lots of sauteed mushrooms. And corn on the cob.

Dang it! Now I can't wait to get out of the hospital and fire up the BBQ!
