That would depend on what your parents know you have. If you can get someone to order them for you with a credit card, then your parents wouldn't know about them. Unless you have a credit card of your own at which point just order some, right?

If money is no object, get a PO box of your own and have them sent there.

Handcuffs are a dime a dozen. There are toy steel handcuff with a safety release, plastic ones, etc.

I'd recommend like your local Walmart or grocery store.

I may be wrong, but I think he was more concerned with how to keep their delivery a secret from his folks rather than where he gets them from.

Hi

Any one who sells tools at a flea market usually has them or can get them. Also novelty shops quite often have them.

If a PO box is out of the question, do you have any understanding (perhaps adult) friends who can keep a secret or at least not ask questions to whom the package could be mailed to instead for you to pick up later?
Of course, the problem there is that they'd guess something was up, and might even assume you were receiving illegal drugs. :?
If not, you might have to try finding a store in your area that sells handcuffs and whatever else you want. Afaik, you don't have to be a certain age to buy handcuffs unless it's from a sex store.

If a P.O. box is out of the question, for a few bucks more, there are places like Mail Boxes, Etc., who are not prone to asking questions.

Do you go to the mall at all? If so, check out Spencers. They've got handcuffs, as well as some other "goodies."

spencers like marks and spencers? and do u have to be 18 to get in?

No, it's a different store. And you don't have to be 18 to get in. Last time I was there, a 12-13 year old kid was buying handcuffs.
Here's their website.

I wonder who he wound up using those on?
Man, it's so much easier to but the thing now than it was when I was that age.

When I was that age every policeman toy came with a plastic gun and a plastic badge but the handcuffs were metal. I had several sets during my childhood and often imagined using them on my sisters friends or babysitters but never actually had the courage to try.

Oh, we had the cheap metal handcuffs that came with the safety catch of course. I remember those being used on me every so often long before i evn hit puberty. I meant the real handcuffs like the ones the police themselves use.

i got them stuck when I was a kid. id got some from the dollar store and didn't check to make sure they key actuley fit first. so I had them on and went to get out and the hole was too small for the key. so I went ok.. and then went for the safety catch they usually have but of course with my luck it snapped off

At least at that age you can claim some bigger kid you never saw before put them on you and left you like that.
