OK think its time I start another tug story from my past . So for this story and any from now on if i write them, imp am going by details i have in Journals I kept at the time. First a little background. Things have changed a bit from the last story. My family had moved. My brother and sister had started public school that September but I was not able to start school tell that October when my uncle had enrolled me in the private school where he was the headmaster. I was now eight and the reason for my late start at going to school was that I had just been released from the hospital and the public schools would not take me in until after the new year.
This story actually starts a bit on my first day back to school My uncle had brought me to school that day. Being a private school I was wearing the school uniform for girls in my grade. It consisted of a long sleeve white blouse a grey tunic/jumper navy blue knee socks and black mary janes. I was seat belted in my wheelchair with my lags buckled in to lag braces attached to the foot rest pretty much immobilizing my whole lower half. My uncle was showing me around the school yard when he was called away to deal with some thing. Before he left he called out to three boys that was near by to show me around and see to it we were not late to class. Lets just say their names were Adam, Mike and Mark the three of them were friends and they were dressed in the uniform for boys in our grade. IT consisted of long sleeve white dress shirt a navy blue vest, grey dress pants and a tie and black shoes. We talked and they showed me around tell it was time to go in to the school. It was at this time our first problem became all to apparent. The school had not yet had ramps installed at the doors into the building. The boys being boys decided that the best thing to do would be to just lift me and my chair step by step (four steps) to the front door. Me not being to keen on their ideal was told to just close my eyes and “trust us”. So not left with any other option I closed my eyes and let them do it. Once we were in side the school we run in to my uncle who was coming with a board to use as a ramp. It was at that time we found out we were to be in the same class. After that my first day went by with out any problems . But there was two things I did not know at that time first was that these three boys would end up becoming my best friends and second any time they would tell me to trust them it would normally mean I was going to do some thing I would rather not. That is all for this part of the story in the next part I found out “trust us” is the last thing I want the hear from my friends.

The next part of this story takes place a few weeks later. I was getting adjusted to my new school and friends. We were in music class when the fire dill sounded (I think we were told that their was going to be a drill). Our class being the close to an exit meant that there was a very straight forward way out. The teacher by now knowing that Adam, Mike and Mark were the ones I was normally always going around with had instructed them to take up the rare with me wile she lead us to the exit. With out much fuss we all lined up and headed to the exit. It was a fine plan if not for one over looked detail witch we found out very soon.
The teacher went on ahead to hold the door. It was at this point we noticed the problem in the plan. We were on the second floor and the exit was down a flight of stairs on the first floor. The rest of the class went on. But with me in my wheelchair I was not able to follow as easy. The boys right away knew what they wanted to do. And that was to carry me chair and all down. Now me being afraid of heights and still not the most trusting of people. and knowing at this point lifting me was not that hard for them, I grabbed the railing and refused to budge. They tried to get me to let go but as I said I was having no part in it (don’t know how long this took it seemed like forever to me). At some point I guess they was tired of me not listening so the took matters in their own hands. Two of them wrenched my hands away from the railing and held them to the chairs armrests. I fought there grip but was out matched. Shortly I realized what they were doing when the third moved to my side and used one of their ties to tie my wrist in place. He crossed in front of me to do my other wrist. At this point if I was able I would have hulled off and kicked him but with my legs strapped in to the chair the way they were it was never going to happen even if I could. He tied my other wrist and the moved behind me. The other two moved in front and got ready to lift. The one behind me (at this point I have no ideal who did what. wish I did) bent over and said “ok we are going to bring you down now try not to move to much.” he thin took the last tie and tied it over my eyes as a blindfold then said “ ok just keep your eyes closed and trust us”. I then felt myself being lifted. It was a bit bumpy but we got to the bottom with out problem. The tie that was my blindfold was then removed and the used to wipe a tear from under my eye. I was the told it was ok to open my eyes. My wrist were untied and then we went out the door. I was a bit up set at them but I learned to forgive them. So that is my little story of the first time my friends had ever tied me not a lot but it was just the start. And as time went on I learned that “trust us” meant I had no choice but to trust them.
So that is all for this story. Hope some one enjoys it.

Certainly an interesting story, I can see why you were upset but I can also understand why they had to tie you on that occasion.

I may have missed something in an earlier post of your, but why were you in the hospital?
