How many people on here have...

Postby NoMeansYes » Thu May 02, 2013 1:52 pm

met someone via the internet in real life for TUG/Bondage purposes?

It appears that in this day and age we're all convinced that everyone from "The Internet" is going to either murder or rape us, or both, should we meet them in a real life setting, so I was just intrigued to know who took the plunge with someone that they didn't previously know in real life, and if so, how that experience was, was it awkward initially etc...

Any stories of experiences welcome :big:

Well, to cut a long story short: I got to know a certain woman on the internet. We met a couple of times in a "normal" cafe and then went to the first bondage session.
Today, we are still a couple (since 8 years) and married (since 2 1/2) years and no one has murdered anyone...yet.

Cheers

There are 10 kind of people in the world.
Those who understand binary numeral system, and those who don't.

I don't think I would. Only because I couldn't bring a friend without them wondering why the hell I'm doing it. I just couldn't be open about this stuff with them x
Tie me up, gag me, do whatever you want to me. Just don't untie me

There are people on this and similar or not so similar sites that I really like and even consider ''Friends'' as much as an offline relation allows but meeting people? no thanks.

I just wouldn't feel comfortable doing so and it would be quite the hassle explaining such a thing to my parents.

While i'm not convinced everything on the internet is out to kill or rape you, you can still never be to sure.

I once met up for an intimate TUG with somebody I met online once. It was a bondage personal ad website (collarme, I believe). She was the only person remotely near my location. We chatted a bit, she showed me herself via webcam, then we arranged to meet in a public place. I approached a girl who vaguely looked like the girl I saw on webcam, and it turned out to be her. Let's just say that the picture quality of the camera was vastly deceiving. She was not nearly the cutie she appeared to be, but I had already engaged her in person and wasn't going to be a jerk and walk away immediately. Both of us young and still living at home, we were forced to engage in a TUG in the back of my mini van (seats removed) in a very deserted road in the country. Looking back she was very brave to do that with essentially a total stranger. We parked, discussed limits (of which she had few) and she stripped naked. Upon performing the first tie (her hands behind her) I noticed that she had some very unsightly growths on her back. I like to think I'm not a very shallow person (after all, I was still here with her after seeing her not so pretty face/body), but those growths pretty much did me in. I still managed to follow through with the tying, and proceeded to have sex. Afterwards, driving her home, she said she enjoyed it, I said I did too. I then did the stereotypical guy thing for a "first date" and said we should do it again...only to cease contact with her altogether.

So there it is. Not a very charming story, but meeting people from the Internet is doable so long as both parties are careful.

Jesus that's fairly brutal, but I guess it's kind of the risk you take, and of course cameras can indeed not tell the whole story. Would you say you gained anything at all from that meeting? Like increased confidence in yourself or whatever?

Ha, can't say that the incident did much of anything for me but give me a little practice with my knots.

I've met play partners often - more of my "TUG partners" come from online than casual encounters. Looking back, they range from "a lot of fun" to "addictive," so I'd have to say I've been pretty fortunate!
