There was a small article in the April issue of the libertarian magazine, Reason, that said the Adam Walsh Act of 2006 requires states to register as sex offenders those people convicted of false imprisonment of a minor. They gave as an example a 17 year old boy who "imprisoned" another 17 year old boy in order to make a drug deal--in other words, he made him go along with him against his will. As a result the first boy is now considered a sex offender for life. I imagine you can see where this could easily be made applicable to anyone on this site who says "yes" one minute and then "no" the next.
Just shows you how the law is perverted.
