Any gags used in the 50 Shades series?

Postby Matthewtheman » Sun Feb 15, 2015 9:10 am

I'm rather curious. I'm sure several of you have already read the books and/or seen the movie, given the heavy use of bondage in the series. Please be as descriptuve as possible when describing scenes where a gag is used, and be sure to mention which book it's in and when, or if it's in the movie, how far into it is. And please don't leave any comments on how bad the series is or anything of that sort, as I'm well aware of that stuff.

If you are that aware of the crapiness of it, why bother to ask?
Besides, bondage isn't exactly the focal point of "shades"....

50 Shades is atrocious. It promotes abuse, as well as portraying BDSM in a very negative light.

Please, don't read/watch it.

I saw this on Twitter, sums up the plot in a single frame.

Haha that photo is very good at capturing the situation. Please spend your time trying to make a better bdsm romance novel instead of reading these books.

I guess I should probably explain the main reason I want to know this. I'm going to write a parody of this series(a Mario parody specifically, starring Waluigi in the place of Christian Grey, to be titled 50 Shades of Purple), so I'll have to read it anyway, and I feel like bondage is lacking without a gag, so I want to know if there are any scenes that will actually be a turn-on or if I'll end up sorely disappointed that gags were never used.

Maybe not read, but in case you're not aware, there's a movie adaptation of the books. He's making a parody of the movie, not the books.

And I honestly don't like such a great gaming series being associated with this medicore(putting it nicely...) movie. I can't stop you from making it, but I believe Mario and Peach deserve better.

A novel idea, I hope to see it published!
