I'm planning a photo shoot in a few weeks with a model. She is going to be fully clothed but hands and feet bound. Done in a public area.
Has anyone have had trouble with law enforcement while doing public tie ups?

That's my biggest concern is police showing up with guns drawn. So I might give them a heads up as you suggested.

I guess it's not a company or an organisation? You may want to just explain to the local council or its equivalent. Or try to make it short.
