thanks for the comment, much appreciated

less tying in this part, but its an important part for the story so hope everyone likes it
As Katie finally began to stir from her deep slumber, the first thing she noticed was the temperature and the light. As the effects of whatever the substance she had been injected with began to wear away, she gradually became more aware of her surroundings. She tried to rub her eyes but she couldn’t. She looked down and was a little surprised to see herself heavily zip tied to a chair. “Mpph-phppphh?” was all she was able to speak thanks to whatever was inside her mouth, wrapped with a rag in a cleave-gag fashion that limited the capabilities of her verbal confusion. She was trying to ask ‘where on earth am I?’, but it soon became apparent she was alone in the room. Then there was the way she was dressed that made her consider things in her limited struggles. As she glanced down, she saw she was barefoot, with what appeared to be a pair of tan tights covering her feet and legs. A matching black bra and panties completed her look as far as she could see, however these 2 items appeared just by the look and feel of them, to be of quite an expensive taste.
As she faced the window, she listened to sounds and looked out at the beach that lay before her. It was peaceful, quiet, suggesting it was possibly privately owned. As she listened, she could hear the waves of water, crashing against the shore in a calming way. The sea appeared to mirror her state of mind, unusually the last few days had changed her. She wasn’t in particular distress in her current bindings or outfit, in fact she was rather enjoying it. However she was a little startled when the door opened behind her and footsteps were heard approaching from behind meaning she couldn’t yet see who had interrupted her peace.
“And how are are we feeling today Katie?” the voice began, slightly different to the one that had previously been on the phone, but still slightly recognisable. He pulled the cleave gag down to her neck and pulled what looked to Katie like a pair of silk panties.
“Um…confused, but also calm” she replied, intrigued at just who this person was.
“Good, good! I see you’ve noticed a little of your surroundings. I like it here, nice weather, nice area, quiet.” he said in a voice that had an instantly relaxing tone to it.
“Yes, I was just listening to the sea crashing on the shore, very relaxing.” She smiled almost in a trance when she heard it.
“Quite. So I guess the next obvious questions are to do with your current state in that outfit, in the chair that you do possess with beauty and innocence. Am I right?” he paused before continuing. “I guess you must also wonder about the safety of your daughters? Understandable, added to the confusion of how someone like you should end up in such a beautiful place as this, a long way away from your day to day stresses. Is that so Katie?”
“Well yeah, I am a little confused and worried about my daughters, are they okay?” She said with a sudden gust of slight apprehension.
“I can assure you, they are in no danger. I never meant them harm or to scare you, though a degree of fear was only natural and unavoidable for you to feel” he said calmly.
“That’s great, when can I see them?” she asked.
“Soon, my love, soon.” He answered before continuing. “So just how does a stunning girl like you wash up on my beach, miles away from anywhere and your home, I read somewhere you were secretly struggling to pay for? You certainly couldn’t have afforded a holiday this year by those figures…but I’m not here to judge you, honest. I know you, like most single mums, have done the best you possibly can for those beautiful daughters of yours, very admirable. This leads me onto my part in these circumstances.”
“You’ve been watching, studying me for a while haven’t you?” Katie interrupted during the man’s speech.
“Very perceptive of you as for that I am guilty, however I hope you will see it in good reason. You see, as the quote often suggests, money and happiness don’t always come in the same package. Sure I have a nice house. Sure I have a private island. Sure I have many cars, but there has always been something I’ve missed greatly from my life and been unable to pursue. That Katie is family.” The voice paused. Moving closer behind her now, so close she could hear his breathing occasionally.
“So what you are saying is you are lonely? Where do we come into this? I’m sure whoever you are, you would have had many other options before the one of kidnapping a family.” she said, not in an annoyed tone, but one of wonder, slight confusion and mystery.
“The short version? Because since I first saw you long before this whole sequence events, I knew you were the one for me. I felt a connection. You may not know it right now, but I know you. I know your struggles, I know what makes you smile, laugh, cry, angry. You see, you may not remember me, but I remember you. Since that first meeting, I’ve always looked out for you.
“John?” Katie interrupted cracking a smile.
