Alice Creed was pretty good, but the one I usually think of is the one from The Transporter. Shu Qi (I think that's the actress's name) spends quite a bit of time tied up early on in the movie in a few different positions and it feels rather realistic compared to many movie ties.
There's an indy horror movie with a bit of dark humor in it called Malevolence, where a mother and daughter get kidnapped by some bank robbers and taken to a (supposedly) abandoned farmhouse. The bondage itself isn't particularly noteworthy, just tape over the mouths and around their wrists and ankles (the mother also gets her hands tied above her head later on), but it lasts quite a while. The movie occasionally comes on one of those typically useless channels you can find if you have one of the more expensive satellite or cable packages, which is where I saw it. It's a decent movie.
One I really like is from the James Bond movie Live and Let Die, involving Roger Moore and Jane Seymour in their much younger days. I like spy thrillers, death traps with escapes, and couples tied up and this one features all of those. One minus: no gags, but they really wouldn't have made a lot of sense in the storyline, and the restraint itself is rather unique. The movie is your typical Roger Moore 70s-era Bond, combined with some 70s racial values that are a bit uncomfortable in today's world, so it's not for everyone.
