I have decided to post another story. The last one I posted I felt for the most part was a success. This story unlike SOME of the last one is going to be completety original. Although some of the inspiration for some of the story has come from various people on the site.
Undercover Spy Mission Gone Wrong.
I have been a spy now for the national government intellegence agency (NGIA) for some amount of years. I have carried many missions which included some work such as information gathering, torture and some other type of work of a very grisly nature that I would rather not describe. I was considered the top agent in the business. I did not think that I would ever be caught and betrayed by a mole within the the organization, and put on trial for treason.
It all started when I was assigned a mission to find out why the country of Hugo and the oil that the country supplied kept rising in price. Rumors where that the country paid terrorist to blow up some of their refinaries, and therefore make the price of oil go up and make the country more money. In their eyes of the government, some dollars spent and a few human lives was all worth it if they could get a big monetary return out of it.
My mission was to infiltrate the government secret headquarters and find documents or any type of evidence that could be used to prove what the NGIA thought was going on. I was going to be alone on this mission with my only contact to be someone inside the Hugoen government. I had learned a saying long ago that no one was to be trusted, but unfortuantely I was forced to do so here. It got me burned.
I was in my office one morning in the capital when I was handed a mission notice to be briefed and sen t on my way as soon as possible. My flight was to leave as soon as the briefing ended. The NGIA director cautioned me to be careful as this was the riskiest mission they have ever deployed someone on, and I was the best man for the job.
I departed on a commercial flight fo r the country of Hugo. The flight went pretty much uneventful. I was able to slip past customs at the airport with the phony papers. The NGIA had booked me a hotel room in a low key part of the capital city. The captial city of Hugo was like any other city excep t in was in the middle of a desert where it was always hot.
The city contained high rise buildings. It also had slums and rich areas of town. The streets were all made out of cobblestone. You could hear any car of person that would pass down the street. I was able to check into the hotel and rest from the long trip. I was able to grab a bite to eat after my nap. That night was only going to be a recconnasence night.
The operation was going to take place the folowing night. The contact that I had in the government was only to be contacted if I felt like I was in danger. He could then find a safe way to get me out of the country. I dinner I made my way to the government building. I had a pistol in my pocket and my watch camera strapped around my arm where I could take surveilance pictures.
I walked all the way around the building which covered a half a mile around. I made notice of guards and where all of the security cameras were located. After my trip around the building I decided to go back to the hotel to plan out my next moves and await tommorow night when the fateful operation was to begin. As I went to bed I could not even begin to dream about the events that were going to unfold and change my life forever. To Be Continued.
