Self bondage - How to do a tight secure hogtie?

I've played around with self bondage for a few years now (as unfortunately i have never had the unbelievable blessing of having a bondage partner or knowing anyone who is also into tie up games) and almost every single time i do a hogtie as it is my favorite position.

In the beginning i only had the basic materials around the house to experiment with when i was a young teen exploring bondage. Rope, belts, scarfs, etc. But now many years later i have managed to aquire 2 pairs of pink steel plated handcuffs and a ball gag through ebay (obviously having created a alternate paypal account so that the purchase would not show up on a billing statement to the house) (I really need to buy a bigger ball gag though, the one i bought is small to the point that no matter how tight i make the buckle i am still able to push it out with my tongue)

So anyways, when i've tried hogties (using rope) and found that i can never get them tight enough, The space between my ankles and wrists is always too far apart, I want it close and tight. And sometimes the ropes around my wrists become lose and i am able to get my wrists loose even though i use a wrist coil combined with cinch noose.

I found a solution which kind of worked but it's not with rope like i wanted. I just use one pair of handcuffs for my ankles and one pair for my wrists behind my back, then i simply link the two pairs of handcuffs with a padlock or a ziptie.

But i really want to be able to be in a Tight and strict hogtie with ropes. How can i do this? I want to do it so that it is tight and strict so that i cannot possibly untie it myself, wiggle loose, or get any part of me out of the ropes, I want to be restrained with as little mobility as possible. I want to be restrained in all manners as secure as possible (legs, elbows or upper arms, wrists secured to waist or a crotchrope while they are closely and tightly tied to the ankles) (Note: I understand the risks of self bondage. I also ALWAYS keep 2 emergency escape options close by, a pair of scissors, knife, or something similar)

Is there anyway to achieve this? and if so could you please explain? (note: I'm not very very familiar with the names or techniques of many different knots, i mainly only know how to make a cinch noose and a simple wrist coil)

hi, i've been hogtieing myself for years. i can get myself in a very tight tie, with wrists almost touching ankles. I do the usual, ankles and knees first, then while kneeling i wind a 20 ft. length of rope around my crossed wrists behind my back. I start with a simple noose around my left wrist, and just keep winding it over and under untill all but 5-6 ft. is left. I then bend over and toss the rope end over my bound wrists and fish for the end....a mirror helps... pull the end till it cinches and do it again. Flop onto ur belly and fish the rope end between ur bound ankles...not easy takes practice....easier if u attach a steel ring to ur ankle rope before u start.Once u grab hold of the end threaded between ur ankle rope, u have to toss the rope over ur bound hands and then fish for the end. again not easy. if u do it again the hogtie rope begins to act like a pully system and you can really pull ur ankles very close to ur wrists. Knot several times and u have the tightest hogtie u can get without a partner. To make it impossible to get free, you'll need a buddy, who are outthere in droves if u know where to look. have fun

I use a chain, padlock, and handcuffs and the keys will come down when the ice melts. Holding the lock so the keyhole is up, thread the chain around one ankle (you will have to experiment to know how many links) for one loop, a loop of 12-20 links for the second loop, and around the other ankle before locking it. Have something handy to double lock the cuffs (knife, icepick, letter opener, or fingernail file) then lock one hand and double lock it. Get on your back and crabwalk towards your feet with your hands under you. Thread the middle loop of chain through the cuffs and lock your other hand. After you double lock the 2nd cuff, have fun!
