How would you film a tug session with someone?
You will have to subdue me to restrain me. I been a bad boy so make sure you torture me too with anything but pain.

If you have a stationary camera, the first thing, is to position the camera, then mark the frame, or at least, know the limits of the frame, and stay within them during filming. If the camera is operated by another person, he/she can keep the subject in the viewfinder.

Also, keep in mind that there will be some loss of picture from one medium, to another. TV programs can lose as much as 25% from the "raw product." I remember working in the film library of a TV station, and occasionally watching a program on the projection room screen. On many shows, but particularly "Bonanza" and "Star Trek," the boom mike would drop in to the top of the picture. But because of the picture loss from the 16 mm film, to the television, it wasn't seen when telecast.

Therefore, it might look fine in its original form, but if transferred from the camera, i-phone, or other device, to the internet. there probably will be some picture loss.

If you are using a phone/tablet, PLEASE make sure you are in Landscape (longways) orientation. 90% of the people watching will see it on computer or television screens, and the viewer is watching in that mode. Otherwise you have a screen with a squished and harder to see product, with black bars on each side.
