Pentameters of the Iambic Form
The challenge Jay set is not very hard;
Pentameters are just like normal speech.
The rhythm Shakespeare used for spoken verse
Calls not for rhyme but scansion rules the roost.
Young Rocketroy completely missed the point:
Jay said the poem had to involve TUGs,
So here’s my try now Roy has chickened out:
Sit back, enjoy and try to make reply.

I will undertake dares to entertain,
Handcuffs are out but I could wear a dress
But only when my folks are not at home.
No photographs I’ll post to prove success.
Simple self-bondage tasks I’ll undertake
But nothing literary, for goodness sake.

Alliteration can be found above
And just a passing nod to final rhyme.
