I still had this one on a sticky note stuck to my screen at home and finally found some time to write again.
She just wouldn't stop...Not too long ago, on a Thursday night, the 10th of June -if I recall well- I was heading back home at around 11pm by train, from Amsterdam to my home town, after helping out late at my school. Our trains have these nooks with 4 seats and a small table near the window, I was sitting in one of the nooks on the right, when a few minutes later 3 teenage girls (16yo maybe) barged in and took a seat in the nook right across. (
This is what the nooks look like...)
They were loud and rather annoying, might have had too much to drink (you can get beer at 16 here, go figure...), but they greeted nicely after sitting down, so I was like 'whatever'. One of them kept on talking, even though it was hardly understandable, and kept on taking the other girl's phone, when suddenly the girl with the phone had enough and yelled her to stop. She didn't stop, however, she just continued and that's when the third girl took off her scarf of some kind and tied it around the annoying girl's hands with a flat knot, then looping it around again placing another knot on the bottom.
The loud and annoying girl was laughing the whole time and surely didn't seem to mind and just kept on her loud slurry speech, until the girl that tied her hands sat down next to her and placed her hand over her mouth, pressing her backwards into the chair. The scarf girl noticed me watching and said
"Oh, don't mind her, she's pissed" on which I nodded and hummed.
They remained this way for about 5 minutes, until they could see the conductor guy coming, to check the tickets. The tie on her hands remained, giving the older man a laugh before he walked off. 20 minutes later I arrived at my stop, so I had to leave the three. I surely didn't mind watching that for half an hour.
