The Protein Shake (and a small anouncement)

For those who never partook in the 'Bondage Sleepover' rp, you can skip to the next paragraph. To those who are, kinda had to stop posting due to my training schedule. I come home from practices barely able to walk, so rp'ing is out of the question. Sorry about that.

So, protein shakes! Now that my wrestling season is finally back to being doubly awesome (school and club) I've been trying a whole bunch of different things. Been experimenting with protein shakes as of late, and I was wondering: do you drink them? If so, post your recipes! Always looking for more things to do. If not, what do you do? Again, I'm always looking for more things to try.

My current recipe:
400mg unsweetened almond milk. No lactose or gluten, plus I like the rich taste a little better.
1 scoop ISO-whey. Helps the protein get to the muscles faster, due to it already being broken into the amino acids or w/e
5Tbsp Strawberry Matcha. Matcha is like green tea, but powdered. So i get the health benefits of green tea, and the strawberry really compliments the vanilla of the protein powder.

So yeah, post your recipes! Would love to try all of them and maybe do some kind of compare and contrast post later in the future.
