The Strange Party Game

It's been a while since I've tried to write something, so this should be a good refresher.

Emily watched the clock as it ticket past 5:30 PM. She took another sip of her glass of Coke before putting it on the table beside her. She was alone in her house, save for her older brother who had retreated to his upstairs bedroom. Seeing as this was her 17th birthday, she had decided to keep it simple and only invite a couple of her friends, having had her share of large parties last year.

Emily kept in shape by doing gymnastics, which gave her an excellent figure that most people noticed. During her Sweet 16 last year, she had wore a frilly pink dress and done her hair up perfectly, trying to be a gorgeous princess. This year, she had opted to go simpler, and instead wore a royal blue dress that went halfway down her thighs. While she had curled her hair, she left it hanging down and around her shoulders without much thought. She had also shaved her legs for tonight in case they ended up inviting any boys over, and loved the way the fresh air felt against her soft, smooth skin.

It was quarter to six before she heard the first doorbell ring. She went to answer the door and was greeted by her school friend Katherine. Katherine was a Chinese girl that was slightly shorter than Emily, who had really only been called cute by a handful of people. She had on a dark purple dress that came to just above her knees, and a huge smile because she was always happy to see her friend. Emily let her inside, where they went to the same couch to talk about school.

These two didn't talk about boys that much, because they both had the same problem. They were both in advanced classes, which put them in with a lot of the smart, shy kids. While this looked good for post-secondary applications, it didn't really help their dating lives. All of the guys who would usually ask them out were too intimidated by their intelligence, and the ones that could match it were too shy to ask them out. They both realized this, and both accepted it. It's not like there's too much they could do about it after all.

The doorbell rang again a second time, and this time it was Emily's two friends from gymnastics, Carly and Jenny. They were best friends before they met Emily, and did almost everything together. Tonight they had apparently coordinated outfits, wearing matching black and red sleeveless dresses that came halfway down the thigh, like Emily's. They both had their hair up in high ponytails, making them look identical in almost every way. People had often called them twins, and tonight they looked the part. Emily let them in, and they joined Katherine on the couch. The party could now start.

(Note: I haven't bothered to put in any dialogue since this was just character introduction. Hopefully you have an understanding of what everyone looks like, so I'll start doing this properly.)

Carly was the first one to break the silence. "So, what are we doing tonight?" She shifted on the couch so she could look directly at Emily. Everyone else did the same.

"Uhh..." Emily started, not quite sure how to answer. "I dunno, I guess I didn't think that far ahead." She glanced at her laptop. "Perhaps the internet has some ideas."

The other three girls nodded, and Emily opened up her laptop. She decided to start simple and search up basic party games. After looking through some of the basic ones like "Truth or Dare" and whatnot, they came to one they found interesting. It was a simple game, pop the most balloons in a certain amount of time. Trying to pop balloons while under a time limit sounded fun.

"What if," Jenny added in, "we had to do it blindfolded."

The girls nodded and laughed a bit. This would be a perfect way to kill a bit of time. It was at that moment that Emily's older brother, Jeremy, came downstairs. Jeremy, in his senior year at high school, was captain of his lacrosse team. With him and his sister both being in competitive sports, they rarely competed with each other, and got along alright. Since tonight was his free night, he was dressed simply in a red plaid shirt and blue jeans.

Jeremy looked at the group his sister had collected. "Hey there, what're you guys doing?"

Emily was the one to answer her brother. "We were gonna try a version of this party game we found online."

She told Jeremy about the game, and about their slight twist. "That seems pretty amusing. But," he added, "what if in addition to being blindfolded, you couldn't talk or use your hands?"

The girls hesitated for a second, but decided that tonight they would just have fun. They all agreed to Jeremy's idea, and he smiled. His sister knew about his love for tying girls, and he knew that she knew. But he also knew that in the spirit of the game, Emily wouldn't tell anyone, and he was right. No reason to ruin the fun right now.

"Alrighty then," Jeremy started, "Just in case, you should probably change into something you can move around in a bit more." He started going back upstairs. "I'll get you guys a few things."

As soon as he disappeared, Emily turned back to her friends. "I have an idea. Follow me."

When Jeremy came back downstairs, he saw that his sister and her friends had changed. They had all changed in leotards from Emily's collection, each one matching the color of their dresses. Carly and Jenny had on black and red tights to mirror each other, Katherine had on yellow tights and Emily was wearing skin colored tights. They posed wedding picture style, standing in a line, one foot out and pointed. Jeremy chuckled under his breath; this was certainly going to be an interesting night.

(Will post the actual TUG in the next part, within the next day or so)

"Alright then," Jeremy said, continuing down the stairs. "Let's get this started."

He set the box he was carrying down on the couch, and began sorting through the contents. He pulled out sets of rope, tape, cloths, the works. As he went to go put the box down, he felt himself being stared at by the four girls. He continued sorting through his stuff, and he finally looked up to see the girls still staring at him.

"What?" he asked. "This isn't the first time I've done this. Now, who wants to go first?"

Carly stepped forward. "I'll do it!" she exclaimed, giggling. She knew Jeremy very well, and was always excited to see what new ideas he had planned. Seeing the rope in his hand, she held her arms out, expecting what was next.

"Not quite," Jeremy said. "You're on the right track though."

Taking one of her wrists, he walked behind her and pinned it against her back with one hand. The other grabbed her other wrist and brought it behind her as well. He looped the rope around, letting go with one hand. He wrapped around more times, before starting to loop in between. He tied off and cinched the knot high, thinking that she probably wouldn't be able to reach it with her fingers.

Feeling Jeremy step away, Carly tested the rope a bit. White it was tight, it wasn't very restrictive. She gave her wrists a couple pulls, and found that the rope didn't budge. Despite that it wasn't uncomfortable, it definitely felt secure, and Carly knew she wasn't going to be using her arms for a while.

"Looks like you got me," Carly said, still giggling. "Now what?"

"Go ahead and sit on the couch." Jeremy pointed to the same couch. "Your friends will be there in a bit. Now, who's next?"

Soon, the three other girls came up. Jenny first, who was just as excited as her friend. The came Emily, trying not to laugh at her brother's actions. Finally there was Katherine, who seemed more apprehensive. Jeremy, being the helpful guy that he was, talked her through what he was doing as he was doing it. As he explained what he did, step by step, he gradually felt her becoming less tense. When he was finished, she stood up and joined her friends on the couch.

"Alright," Jeremy started, standing in front of them. "Rules are simple. No using your hands, obviously. Nobody will be able to talk, and the person in the middle won't be able to see. Whoever pops the most balloons in the time limit wins. Any questions?"

The girls thought for a second, and then all shook their heads. "Alright then, let's keep this going."

Jeremy got a couple more items and went to his sister. He took the first item, a sock, and balled it up before pushing it into her open mouth. Tucking the loose ends in, he applied a strip of tape to hold it all together. He took a cloth in his other hand, folded it in half and wrapped it around her head, covering the tape. Emily turned to look at her friends, the while cloth strip covering her lower face. Soon all of the girls looked just like her, a strip of tape and cloth covering sock filled mouths.

Jeremy looked at them and nodded. "Now," he said, "We can get this started."

Were the girls barefoot or wearing hose under the leotards?
Role play is great! However, if no longer interested, please say so. Being busy is one thing, stopping a role play and randomly going to another person without expressing loss of interest and completely ignoring is rude.

The girls are all wearing tights along with the leotards. The colors all all mentioned in the final paragraph of part one.

Jeremy quickly went back over to his box of supplies, and pulled out more things. This time, the girls saw as they shifted over, it was some black sleeping masks. It didn't take them long to figure out what they were for. Jeremy set the box down and moved back to the girls. He slid the first one down over Carly's eyes, eliciting a quiet and muffled giggle, as he started to speak.

"Now I know I said you'd be blindfolded after the game starts," he spoke as he slid the next one over Jenny's eyes. "But it's better that you guys don't see the game before I set it up." He slid the third one over Katherine's eyes before realizing that he missed one. He stood up to go grab the final one.

Seeing an opportunity, Emily stretched out and pretended to yawn, extending her legs in the process. Jeremy failed to notice as one of his legs got caught and he fell forward. He managed to stop himself from falling fully by catching the couch, and hopped over his sister's legs as they all laughed. Jeremy muttered something under his breath and shook his head.

"Alright then, it looks like the birthday girl's going first." Jeremy put the final sleeping mask on his sister. "Give me a couple minutes to set this up."

Emily heard her brother's footsteps as he left, and soon heard the giggling from the other girls and felt the movement on the couch. Emily shifted her weight a bit and tried to find the knot, but was unsuccessful. She didn't mind; the tie was comfortable enough, and her friends seemed to be enjoying themselves, so she let it go. She didn't have to wait very long before Jeremy's footsteps were once again heard. He came back and began placing the balloons on the floor.

Jeremy grabbed his sister by the shoulders and helped her to stand up. He walked her to the center of the room, and adjusted the balloons so they were more or less in a circle around her. Satisfied, he walked back to his box, careful not to step on any of the balloons. He pulled out more rope before returning to the couch. He took off Katherine's blindfold before taking the rope and wrapping it around her ankles. He looped it around before looping it through as well, using an identical tie to the ones on their wrists. Tying off and cinching the knot at the top, he gave the tie a couple tugs before nodding and moving on. He repeated the process on the other two, taking off their blindfolds before securely binding their ankles together, getting more giggles in the process.

"Alright, no more of that tripping business." Jeremy said as he pulled out his phone. "Now, get comfortable and enjoy the show."

Emily snapped out of the trance-like state she was in. She realized that she was going in any second. Tensed, waiting, she heard the tiny buzzer from her brother's phone and him saying 'Go' as her queue to get started. She cautiously took a step forward, trying to feel for a balloon. She probed the ground with her toe, the cheering and laughing of her friends making her laugh as well. She felt a balloon against her foot, and tried to step on it. She felt it slide out from under her foot, but it hit her other leg and she trapped it. Letting it fall to the floor, she jumped up and landed on it with both feet, being rewarded with a satisfying 'POP.' All of the girls started laughing, and Jeremy continued to smile.

Emily got this down to a science as she managed to locate more balloons, and repeat the process on each of them, each time resulting in more laughter for her and her friends. Finally there was only one left. Emily found the last one and trapped it like the others. She let it go, and it started rolling slightly. She jumped, but only landed on it with one foot. It slipped out from under her, and she fell the other way. Jeremy's reflexes were fast enough, so he caught her by the arm. Instead of helping her stand up, he softly placed her on the floor where she would've landed.

Still shaken for a second, Emily tried to sit up, but found it a lot more difficult than she thought with bound hands. She felt the couch on her back, and used it as a brace as she pushed herself up. Now sitting, she extended her legs in front of her and tried to shimmy along the ground. She felt her feet touch the last balloon, and she rotated around. Continuing towards it, she positioned herself so she could grab the balloon from behind her. Once in her hands, she paused for a second to breathe, the game being more tiring than she expected. Slowly, she continued moving backwards, with her hands trying to feed the balloon under her. Once she was mostly sitting on it, she started bouncing up and down, trying to crush it. As she bounced for the last time, she felt it pop, and all of her weight hit the floor.

Jeremy stopped the clock he had been using, and stood up again. "Nice, nice," he said as he grabbed his sister again. "Katherine, could you stand up for me?"

Katherine stood up as best she could, wobbling a bit at the top. Jeremy helped his sister sit back down, before grabbing more rope from his box. He made his way back and, leaving the blindfold on, bound his sister's ankles the same way he had to her friends. Emily had suspected that was what he was doing earlier, and simply shrugged at it. What she did not expect was her brother to take hold of her legs and swing them on top of the couch, and rotate her on to her stomach.

"Alright Katherine, you can sit down now." Jeremy grabbed her and helped her to sit down.

Emily felt Katherine sit down right on top of her thighs, causing her to grunt slightly. While it didn't hurt due to Katherine being so small and the couch being soft enough, it did prevent her from moving her legs around. Jeremy untied Katherine's ankles and helped her to stand up once again, leading her into the center of the room as well. Returning to his sister, he quickly wrapped a length of rope around her ankle tie. Bending her legs, he looped more rope around her wrist tie, and looped it around a couple of times. He tied it all off behind her feet. Still gagged and blindfolded, she was now very tightly hogtied, her fingers brushing up against her feet.

"That'll show you to trip me," Jeremy told her, giving the rope a quick pull. He grabbed another blindfold and returned to Katherine, placing it over her eyes once again. He grabbed more balloons and scattered them around her, just like before.

"Now then," Jeremy said, taking his seat, "Let's go again."

Re: The Strange Party Game (Last Part)

Postby Steak in a Tree » Fri Mar 24, 2017 12:35 pm

The buzzer sounded again, so Katherine could start. She stood there for a second, trying to think about what to do. She slowly stepped around, feeling for any balloons. Her foot first came in contact with the wall, so she took a half step back. But, this also gave her an idea, which she put into action as soon as she found the first balloon.

Katherine herded a balloon towards where she thought the wall was. After feeling where the wall met the floor, she moved the balloon into that area. Holding it in place with her one foot, she raised her other and pointed her toe. Pushing with her toe into the corner, she gradually applied more pressure, causing the balloon to press further into the corner created by the wall and floor connecting. She managed to push hard enough that the balloon did pop, but without the balloon, Katherine's foot crashed right into the wall.

She hopped backwards on her other foot, trying to wait for the pain to dull. Carefully placing that foot back on the ground, she changed up her plan just slightly. After guiding another balloon into the wall, she angled her foot downwards towards the floor. When the balloon popped, her foot hit the carpet, and it didn't cause her any pain. Satisfied, she repeated the process on the other eight balloons, moving them into the wall before slowly crushing them with her toe. It was a somewhat slow but effective solution, as Katherine finished the game still standing.

It was Jenny's turn to go next, so Jeremy swiped Katherine's blindfold before helping her to sit down. He applied it to Jenny before scattering the balloons again. Readying his timer once again, he gave her a minute to just stand there. Everyone could see her stepping back and forth, the nervous energy quite apparent. Everyone except Emily, of course, who didn't have her blindfold removed after Jeremy had decided to hogtie her.

Jeremy finished waiting, and sounded the buzzer again. Jenny instantly started pacing in random directions, stomping whenever she felt a balloon, and missing every time. She was laughing up a storm behind the gag, and everyone else was laughing too. She managed to stomp on one, but it flew out and up in front of her. She felt it, and walked towards it. She walked straight into the wall, with the balloon in between them, and it popped as she fell backwards.

Jeremy caught her like he did her sister, and again placed her on the floor. Trying to suppress her laughter, Jenny tried to think about what to do next. Lying on the floor, no idea where anything is, and with 9 balloons left to pop, she was in for a long round. She resorted to using Emily's technique of moving backwards until she could grab a balloon, then slowly moving on top of it until she could pop it by sitting. She only got through three before she got frustrated. This method was slow and tiring, so she decided to try and stand up.

Bracing herself against the wall, she tucked one foot in and pushed up slightly. Sliding her other foot back, she pushed herself back to standing. She continued with her stomping method, taking care to stop the balloon from moving before crushing it with her foot. It took a bit, but she managed to get all ten balloons popped eventually, without falling again. When the tenth balloon was popped, she took a deep breath before letting out another laugh behind her gag.

With Jenny being done, it was Carly's turn to finish off the group. Jeremy exchanged the blindfold, and reset the game as usual. There was a similar nervous energy in Carly, as she took small steps back and forth as well. Jeremy didn't wait as long before sounding the buzzer this time, and Carly was ready to go. She heard the buzzer and quickly put her plan into action.

Her plan wasn't really her's at all; she was just going to combine Emily's and Katherine's plans together. After searching for the wall, and trying to make a mental note of where it was, Carly searched for the first balloon. Guiding it towards the wall, she walked forward until she could feel the wall on the other side of the balloon. She turned her body and raised her leg, so that her left side was facing the wall, and the balloon was pinned between it and the inside of her right foot. She brought her left foot down and the balloon popped, her foot landing on the carpet with no pain caused to her.

She kept following this plan of bracing the balloon up against the wall and striking it with her foot. After going through seven more balloons, she made a slight error in her process and slammed her knee against the wall. Stepping back, she stood in the center of the room for a minute as the pain dulled down. Searching for the balloon again, she switched to slamming with her right foot, and went through the other two balloons easily.

"Nicely done," Jeremy told her, not having said much this game. He helped her to sit down, before taking off her blindfold. "Now that the game's over, you don't need these anymore."

Jeremy undid the cloth from around Carly's mouth, before slowly removing the tape and allowing her to spit out the sock. He then untied her hands, and she took a second to shake her arms out. He then did the same to Katherine, while Carly helped Jenny.

"So who won?" Carly asked. The other two girls looked at him, while Emily tried her best to adjust her position.

"Wait, you guys wanted me to time you?" Jeremy responded. The three girls all took a step towards him, all looking very unimpressed. "Hold on a second," Jeremy stopped them. "How about as a consolation prize, you all get to help the birthday girl... celebrate."

A small sound escaped from Emily's mouth, not really sure what was going on. The other three girls thought for a second, before looking at the ropes and cloths and such they had just removed from themselves. They all hugged Jeremy and thanked him for the game, before returning their attention to Emily. Jeremy turned around before making his way back to his room

"I guess there are worse ways to kill an evening," he said to himself, smiling as he went up the stairs, leaving the girls to their own devices.
