Testing for circulation

How can a person test if a person is losing circulation in tugs?
You will have to subdue me to restrain me. I been a bad boy so make sure you torture me too with anything but pain.

The only method I know of is skin colour. If the skin starts to turn red/purple (on a white person, that is) it means they are losing circulation.

External skin temp? If they're colder than they should be ask them if they can feel you touching their skin, if no, set them free right away. Just a guess, makes sense to me, but don't go off of this as law.

Color of the extremities is always a good indicator, that should be sufficient to make it compulsory to have TUGs barefoot.
But, then, is a good excuse to have the prisoner already prepared for a good big toes tie or toecuffs.... 8-)

I would always ask consistantly if they could feel hands or feet whatever. If they are gagged its good to have a nod system or series of grunts to let the other person know they cant feel something or need to be released. Always a good idea to be safe
