Sensory deprivation technique.

Got an interesting technique for sensory deprivation for those who are interested. What you will need is:

Duct tape
Vetwrap
Spandex hood
Sleep mask
Ear phones

First using the duct tape apply as many strips as you'd like to the mouth. The place the sleep mask and earphones on, sometimes I tape the earphones in place but thats up to you. Now using the vet wrap, wrap up the whole head except their nose. And then finally add the spandex hood and put some music, or any other sounds, on through the ear phones and ta da! Usually I'll play sounds from a beach or a forrest as they are most relaxing so I'm told.

And thats about it. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!
Pass me the duct tape....
