How do you tie your hands behind your back?

Does anyone know a good way to tie your hands behind your back? That is always the hardest part for me.

Coming from a person who used to LOVE self-tugs...

The best way I know is to find a friend who will tie your hands behind your back or to your sides.

The best self-restraint methods I've seen involves time release methods and at least in California (earthquakes), that's just not a smart.

I wish I could tell you I found great methods to tie myself. But unfortunately the more helpless I made myself the more dangerous and risky the method became.

I don't even have an active partner to tie me up right now! I have one friend who enjoys to be tied, but he refuses to tie, he's stubborn.

Anyway, good luck and be safe whatever you decide to do!

I've been doing this for years. Once you find out how you'll wonder why you never knew~

Take a rope and tie it around one wrist in front of you so you can see what your doing.
This next bit takes practice. You need to judge how thick your wrists are, and tie a knot the rope in a loop around once wrist thats double the thickness.
Now, take your other wrist and slide it through the loop. If done right you'll have your wrists bound.

For first tries, do this in front of you and keep the loop of rope a big bigger than double your wrist thickness.

Alternatively, take a pair of tights and cut from it a small section of one of the legs so you end up with a ring. Fold the ring into an 8 and then place both holes over one wrist. Then take a bit of one of the loops and fold that into an 8 and the fold it over (like you would when tying your hair back).
Repeat a few times. Then slide your other wrist in. If you cant get it in, then losen it a bit by losing a fold.
I like the second way better as theres no need to tie a knot.

To tie your arms to your upper side.
I take rope and make a lasoo (spelling?) and and them pull it as tight as I can then I take my hands and start wrapping my sides if that helps you any?

I've ALWAYS struggled with tying my wrists behind my back too! It's SOOOOOOO frustrating when the rest of me is tied up in tight ropes but my hands/wrists are free to do as they please (like untie all the ropes I worked so hard on). I don't like being able to get free and untie myself that easy! What's the point of being tied up if you don't even have to struggle and squirm to get free? I want to struggle and squirm! I want it to seem like someone else tied me up! Can someone, anyone PLEASE explain in DETAIL how to SUCCESSFULLY tie my wrists behind my back all by myself and make it really tough to get free????

Take rope fold it, wrap it around your wrists in front of you, take the split ends put them through the folded rope, pull on the two ends through the fold tightening the rope on your wrists, loosen it up, wrap the two ends around your wrists, squeeze one wrist out, separate the split ends, wrap around the middle, put arms behind your back, squeeze your wrists back in the loop and tie the split ends.
