Possibly an answered question already, but a sports bras really better than normal bras when exercising?

Also, i suppose its wiser to wear cotton underwear?

They are designed to stop the breasts bouncing about all over. For the women they are a Godsend. For the men, they are a great disappointment.

I don't understand why so many guys knock sports bras. They show off a good bit of skin and most of the women who are going to wear them are going to be in shape and should have attractive bodies, at least.

Trying to post something on topic, I'm not a woman, but I do know sports bras are supposed to keep the breasts from bouncing around too much like Reidy said, and they also are usually made of fabric to help with sweating, as any good exercise clothes should do. I would think they'd have to be better than a regular bra, but I've never worn either to know the difference. But I felt like I should put up something addressing the topic.

I find sports bras useful because while I'm running or doing parkour it's tight enough to keep my small chest under wraps. It's also useful because it doesn't get in the way at all. Those are the reasons I use them at least.

My B-cup does have its advantages.
Words, like Nature, half reveal and half conceal the soul within.

No, is not. I have a very small chest but it is still extremely useful.
