Hey man if you still want help, here's what I suggest.
Tie your legs to the legs of the chair using the tape. Or if the chair has cross members around the legs you could use the tape to tie both your feet together and then back to one of the cross members. (Or you could use the knee highs I suppose). Then take the belt and (Provided it's long enough) wrap it around the back of the chair and buckle it at your waist. Now the hands, this is the tricky part:
The way I do self bondage on my hands isn't hard to do once you've figured it out, but its kinda confusing and flimsy the first few times you try it. First take the shoelace (In fact you may want to tie two shoe laces together end to end so you'll have a longer length to work with). Wrap it once around your left wrist and tie it tightly with a square knot. Make sure to leave yourself as much slack as you can. Next, with your hands still in front of you, make several larger loops around your left wrist and hold onto them with your thumb and forefinger, make sure they're large enough for your other hand to fit through. Once you have those, put both your hands around (Or through) the back of the chair and stick your right hand through the loops. Now you need to find the loose end of the rope with your right hand. It isn't hard to pull it around your left hand closer to your right thumb and forefinger, then just start pulling the rope by twisting your right hand and then grabbing more. This way you can pull it pretty tight. Now that it's tightened, let the end drop between your wrists and your back, this will loosen the loops around your hands and that's ok. Now grab the draping loose end and throw it back over the tie vertically. Repeat this process until you have a couple of inches left, then pull it tight. Now finally, wrap the remaining rope around your left wrist and twist it over and under itself two or three times. I've never managed to do a complete square knot but you can try.
This isn't a strict self bondage technique, its more a sensual one. If you can master doing this you can tie your hands behind your back in such a way that it's tight and won't be loosened by just pushing and pulling. It feels very real, but it's very easy to undo once your ready to release yourself. I've always thought of it as a simulation tie.
I hope that helps you and good luck!
There's a permanent tension in music isn't there? On one hand you have three chords, you know, four four and three chords. Then there's the people like me, who say "Well, why don't we add a fourth chord and put it in five four?" - Bill Bruford
