Just so you know... This story is anime based and also contains fantasy, if you do not like this kind of thing and/or prefer real life-like stories then I'd advise you not to waste your time reading this one. ^_^
I would also like to give much thanks to Xtron2112 for giving me this basic storyline, I know he might not have thought it was very much, it but really gave me a lot to work from. You're a real star! x3

Part One:
The sun brightly shone down upon the streets of a small village. It was just another ordinary, beautiful day. Birds sang and all seemed rather peaceful. Just as it normally did.
Tom, a young high school student, was making his way back toward home after going out to the stores to get in his weekly shopping, food, drink, toiletries, etc. Bangs of his ruffled dark hair hung over his face a little, and such a handsome one at that. He had a good build, too. Very slim, though muscular in parts.
The dog tags hanging from around his neck would clink lightly with each step, he wore a red shirt underneath a black unzipped jacket with white fur around the neck, and on his feet he wore white trainers.
With a shrug of his shoulders, Tom uttered out a slight half-hearted sigh.
“Lucky me... The weekend has finally come, and I have to spend the whole thing doing
homework and revising... Oh well. Can't be helped I guess.†He spoke to himself, greyish misty eyes staring straight ahead the whole while.
“Meew.â€
“Hn?†He looked down to the side, stopping to allow his eyes to scan around him. Trying to seek out the feline that this noise quite obviously came from.
He sighed out of his nose before carrying on, unable to see it and wasn't really all that interested. Cats were such a common creature, anyway. He didn't care much for them, but he liked the friendly ones. Too much had his blood been drawn from him by them to trust each one at first glance.
A couple of minutes later, he heard it twice again.
“Meeow... Meeow.â€
The thing sounded quite persistent, and Tom was sure it was the same meow that he had heard before. Was it following him? Though where the hell was it? He couldn't see it around him at all.
Though he just ignored it, carrying on making his way home. That was until he nearly stepped right on top of it.
It had ran out right in front of him, seeing it at the last moment he panicked, and stumbled to the ground.
“Owww...†The young boy groaned out as he lay in a heap on the pavement. “Huh?†He sat up a little, and twisted his head behind him, seeing a cat sitting on his back.
It was such a strange looking thing. Huge and very beautiful eyes, the colour of them matched her glossy fur; pink.
“Well aren't you a pretty little thing,†Tom chuckled a little. The cat stepped down from his back and walked up towards the front of him. Tom shuffled around and sat cross-legged.
The cat sat down right in front of him, merely staring.
The two blinked at each other a little before the boy finally reached a hand out toward it to stroke it but instead was greeted by the sandy lick of its tongue.
“N'awwwh,†Tom grinned. “You're a beautiful cat, hm?†The cat mewed back almost as if giving a reply. This caused Tom's grin to widen even more.
“Well, anyway,†he stood up, brushing himself, “nice meeting you,†he'd chuckle before walking off.
Looking back, he saw that the cat was right behind him, following his every step. He halted to a stop, staring at it, hard. And it seemed the cat did exactly the same back.
“All right, then,†he shrugged, and carried on his way home. Once there, he opened up the door, and the small cat hopped right on in there almost as if it owned the place.
Shutting the door behind him, Tom got sorted to what he had to do, tidying up, putting the shopping away, all the while the feline was curled up on one of the chairs asleep. He quietly talked to himself.
“I've never really been much of an animal person, but I could look after a cat happily enough. Although not this one, it seems to be a lovely cat and everything, but it obviously belongs to someone. It looks so well looked after, its fur and everything, and it wears a collar. I'll just let it come and go here as it pleases.â€
A little while after, Tom was sat at his laptop, clicking away with the mouse, browsing various sites. All the while the small was sat behind him, watching the screen. The words 'Tie Up Games' were reflected into her large pink eyes.
To be continued...

Eeek! It looks like this one is going to be more like a novel or something, instead of a short story! Dx. Goddamnit. Aw well, there's a lot more to come of this story, anyway... [:
