Maybe this film clip can inspire you. It's from the 2005 comedy "The Pacifier." In it action star Vin Diesel tries his hand at comedy. In it a boy scouts type group tries to muscle in on a girl scouts/ girl guides cookie / biscuit selling territory at a shopping center. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbSG5ae2o9c

In "The Pacifier" clip the boys belong to the Junior Grizzlies. The girls who get the upper hand are members of the Fireflies.

Although the film takes place in Bethesda, Maryland (a suburb of Washington, DC) it was actually filmed in the Toronto area. The IMDB website lists goofs and it says you see bus stop signs for the TTC (Toronto transit) rather then DC Metrobus. Also you see a retail store that's part of a Canadian chain that has no U.S. stores.

Part 1 - Characters

Girl Scouts -

Allie, 12, the eldest and leader of the Girl Scout group known as "The Budgies", long blonde hair, very girly and boy-crazy.
Tara, 11, shy and timid, long brown hair, a girly sort of girl obsessed with clothes and fashion as well as nature.
Izzy, 11, Tara's twin sister, long brown hair, a tomboy and martial art expert.
Stella, 10, long black hair, the youngest of the group and also the most energetic, but is often quite shy around other people.

Boy Scouts -

Ben, 13, the eldest and leader of the Boy Scout group known as "The Scorpions", short blonde hair, sporty and sexist.
Jem, 12, friendly and kind, but also very shy and submissive, shortish brown hair, is bullied into following Ben's orders.
Jack, 12, sporty and aggressive, long black hair tied in a ponytail, thinks he's better than any girl at anything, Ben's right-hand man.
Billy, 10, Ben's little brother, short blonde hair, does anything his brother says.

Part 2 -

All was not well at the "Super Summer Camp for Super Scouts".

Maybe it was a bad idea to mix the girl scouts known as the "Budgies" with the boy scouts known as the "Scorpions".
It was obviously going to cause tension.
Maybe it was a bad idea to leave both troops unattended.
After all, who would protect the boys?

It started all right, to be honest.

Allie, the leader of the Budgies, got on the bus that would take her to the camp.
She had a pink suitcase full of all her essentials.
Clothes, makeup, magazines, toiletries.
She was utterly ready.

The next person to get on the bus was her friend, Stella.
The girls hugged each other and exhibited excitement about their plans for the week away.

Then Allie saw a familiar face.
She burst into a smile - it was her friend Jem.
"Jem! I didn't think you boys were traveling on the same bus as us!"
Jem smiled and hugged the two girls, but them he grimaced as he heard some voices behind him.
"You may not be so eager when you hear who's also coming," he said.

Behind Jem, a trio of loud, obnoxious boys climbed onto the bus.
They didn't even spare a glance for the girls, and dragged Jem away to join them at the back.
Allie looked at Stella and the two shared a conspiratorial smile. Their holiday wouldn't be ruined by a bunch of boys. They'd be separated from the girls by a river, like last year. Just some quality girl time!
Though it would be a shame that she couldn't see Jem.....

Then, the final passengers arrived - the twins, Tara and Izzy.
Both had huge bags, and struggled to get them on.
A few catcalls and jeers came from the back of the bus, where the boys had camped themselves.
Izzy looked angered while Tara looked close to tears.

Then, Jem, the hero, came down the bus to help the twins.
He pulled their bags onto the luggage rack and smiled at them.
Allie mouthed a silent "Thank-you" to him, and received a sweet smile in return.
He was so handsome. It really would be a shame if they couldn't see him.

But as the girls began chatting, Jem slipped from Allie's mind.
She began to think about the quality girl-time she'd have with her friend.
A whole, boy-free week!

Or so she thought.

Part 3 -

The journey was uneventful, as the girls stayed near the front and continued to chat.
The boys, meanwhile, stayed at the rear and were talking loudly.
It was a little annoying, but Allie and the other girls assured themselves that it would only be for the bus ride.

Eventually, the bus reached its destination.
The girls stood up to get out, but their path was blocked by the obnoxious, pig-eyed boy called Ben, who seemed to be the leader of the group of boys.
But Izzy pushed him out of the way, saying, "Ladies first, doofus."
Ben looked like he would explode but Jem, fortunately, held him back.

The girls headed off the bus and were directed by one of the young scout masters to their room.
To their horror, the boys were pointed in the same direction.
Allie leaned over tot he twins. "What are THEY doing here?"
Tara swallowed angrily. "I think they're bunked next to us this year. This ruins everything!"

The girls were subdued by the news, and went to their room in silence.
"Oh well," thought Allie. "At least we'll be out most of the day and we won't see them."
But worse was to come.

Part 4 -

It was late, so the girls all headed to bed for the night.
They were all tucked in, with the lights out, when they heard shouting from the next room.

The girls groaned in unison as they recognised the voices of Ben and one of his friends as they shouted uproariously.
They tried to cover their ears in various ways - cushions, blankets, earmuffs.
They had a fitful, restless sleep and awoke bleary-eyed and irritable.

But more was to come.

They looked at their schedules as they dressed themselves.
Allie was horrified to see that their activities - all of them - were done together with the boys.

Part 5 -

The girls ate breakfast in a sullen silence.
Each one of them was insanely depressed at the news that their every waking moment would be haunted by the jerks in the neighbouring room, and they didn't much feel like talking.

Funnily enough, it was not one of the girls who broke the silence, but it was actually Jem.
Jem came over and sat with the girls, the twins having moved a little to create space for him.
He had a pained expression on his face.
"Look, ladies, I just wanted to say that....well, I've seen the timetable and...."
He glanced at each one of them in turn, his eyes finally resting on Allie.
"I'm sorry for any trouble those guys give you."

Jem's words lightened the mood somewhat.
Izzy touched his arm. "Thanks, Jem. It means a lot that you came to tell us that."
Allie nodded. "Yeah. And you'd never annoy us, Jem. You know that, don't you?"
Jem sighed. "I guess, but I feel the need to apologise on their behalf. They're too dull-headed to do it themselves."
Tara giggled. "You're sweet. If only all boys were like you."

The sentiment was interrupted by a shout from the boys' table.
Jem grimaced. "Looks like I'm wanted. See you girls later."

Part 6 -

There followed a couple of days which, for the "Budgies", were as tedious as they were exhausting.
As unpleasant as they were dreadful.

Their archery lessons were disturbed by the boys being jerks and shooting arrows at them.
Their craft sessions were ruined when the boys "accidentally" smashed the girls' project to pieces.
Their tree-climbing sessions were spoiled when the boys' tomfoolery at the top of a tree caused Allie to fall and sprain her ankle.

All in all, the girls had a thoroughly miserable time.
The only bright spot was Jem, who tried his very best to tone down the boys' behaviour.
If it hadn't been for him, it would have been ten times worse.

Part 7 -

Events culminated on the fourth day at the Summer Camp.
What was planned was an unsupervised Orienteering trip into the forest together with the boys.

Understandably, none of the girls were happy with this arrangement, but they had no choice.
The only one looking forward to the walk seemed to be Tara.
Unbeknownst to the other girls, she had developed a crush on Jem over the past few days, due to the kind and chivalrous way he had behaved.
She felt that this might be an opportunity to tell him how she felt.

The girls eventually all gathered outside their hut, ready with their bags and gear.
They were all wearing the traditional girl scout uniform, although with boots instead of pumps.
The only person they found there was Jem, who smiled at their approach.
"Hi, Jem!" Allie smiled. "Up a bit early, aren't you?"
Jem smiled wearily. "You do not want to be the last one asleep with those lot, trust me. I've learnt to get up quite early."
Izzy groaned. "I can't believe we have to do this walk with you guys." She blushed. "Uh, no offence to you, Jem."
Jem grinned. "Don't worry, I know what you mean. I think it's unfair we should HAVE to do anything but we don't make the rules."

They were interrupted by loud, boisterous conversation.
The boys were there.

Part 8 -

The three boys walked up to where Jem and the girls were waiting.
"All ready to go?" Jem asked them cheerily.

Ben narrowed his eyes at the girls.
"Sure, but we're making all the decisions."
Izzy planted her hands on her hips. "Are you kidding? We'll get lost after five seconds with you leading us!"
"Take that back," Ben snarled. He took a step towards Izzy.

Addie thought that a fight might break out, but once again Jem stepped in.
"Woah, there, you two. No need to come to blows. Look, let Ben go first. He's good with maps."

Addie had a feeling the last part was a lie, but Izzy got the message and stepped back, albeit reluctantly.
Ben smugly walked past the girls, followed by his brother and right-hand man.
"He's lucky to have you around, Jem," Izzy snarled. "Otherwise..." She trailed off, cracking her knuckles.
Izzy walked on ahead, grumbling.

Jem looked back at the other girls, grinning.
"Here we go, then. Oh, Addie, best keep an eye on that map. Make sure we don't actually get lost."
He walked on ahead, whistling.
Tara flushed red.
"Umm, sorry, I just have to...uh...go..."
And she ran to catch up with Jem.

Addie and Stella exchanged a glance.
"Looks like someone has a crush," Stella said with a giggle.
"She could certainly do worse," Addie noted. "Good for them. Now, come on Stella, let's not get left behind."

Part 9 -

The group walked separately.
At the front the three boys walked together, laughing and pushing each other.

Behind them walked Jem with the twins on either side.
Izzy was brooding by herself, but Tara and Jem were chatting furiously.

Finally, bringing up the rear were Allie and Stella, examining the map.
To their surprise, Ben seemed to be leading them in the right direction.

However, it wasn't long before tensions broke out into violence.
And the cause of all this?

A simple kiss.

Part 10 -

Jem was largely ignoring the tension in the group.
Instead, he had fallen under Tara's spell.
She had struck up a conversation with him at the start of the walk and he had been surprised, but not in a bad way.
Indeed, he found himself hypnotised by her.
When he looked - really looked - she was beautiful.

Meanwhile, Tara was nervous.
She was talking to Jem, yes.
But he seemed almost dazed.
Did that mean he was distracted and didn't want to talk to her?
She didn't know.

Just then, her twin pulled her aside, with an apology to Jem.
Izzy had recovered slightly and had calmed herself down.
But now she was grinning like mad.
"Nice work, sis," she said.

"What do you mean?" asked Tara with a frown.

Izzy gestured at Jem.
"Him. You've snared Jem!"

Tara looked confused.
"What? No I haven't..."

"You have," Izzy insisted. "Look at his face, he's crazy about you. You just need to act on it."

There was a pause.
Then Tara began to smile.
