We MIGHT get to meet Aki again in "The Little Brothers Contest" if I ever get round to completing it.

Nice one. I especially liked the detail with the glue-gag. Besides, I don´t know if I ever told you, but I really like your writing style. It reads like you can express more in this four paragraphs than other people in four pages.

Thank you that means a lot. Writing like that, I have to credit readers with some degree of intelligence and I hope it allows them to use their own imagination creatively.

Looks like you did everything except superglue duct tape under his armpits!
Great food for thought.

Thank you for that. I'm afraid that this particular tale was just intended as flash-fiction in response to the splendid sketch ( http://daodoricvs.deviantart.com/art/Ro ... -399832031 )from Daodoricvs on DeviantArt.

Tatsuhiko, however, still owes his treacherous little brother and there is a half-finished story about Tatsu and some of his other friends organising a "Little Brothers Contest". With the increased support for writers recently, I should be able to find the will to complete it. I won't, however, even start posting before it is complete. Thank you, once more, for your upport.

And even for your support!

I think you'll find the correct quote (note the iambic pentameters) from Mark Antony's soliloquy over the body of Julius Caesar is:

The bondage people do with glue lives on
but evil things can still be done with ropes.

(Wm. Shakespeare: Julius Caesar, Act 3, Scene 1)

I always wanted to do a super glue tape gag.

Has anyone ever gotten it to work? Cause the last time I tried I used gorilla glue and it ended up burning my eyes and nostrils.

only put it on one side, let it begin to dry then press lips together. It will sting a little bit, but won't burn like regular glue.
Have fun. get those irons first -- that will give you an excuse to TRY to call for help .

You mean like on the adhesive side? Cause what I did was take the glue and trace it around the edges of the strip and not where my mouth would be.

You can run into problems when you mix chemical glues together. Seal the lips first and in about 20 seconds together the super glue will have set up. Then you can use duct tape or whatever without a chemical cross contamination.

I tried sealing lips and while I like it I prefer using glue on the tape, something about it just makes me like it more.

But thanks tony2! :) Can't wait till I get those irons! :big:

Aren´t there problems with getting the glue or the glued on tape off again?

Not really, hurts yes and if you have alot of hair (which I recommend shaving beforehand) it does stick but it does flake off or by running water over it.

super glue is impervious to water. Nail polish thinner will help it free up. I'm guessing you got it off last time because the SG bonded with the glue in the tape.
