Gag question

Postby Kidnapable82 » Thu Sep 22, 2016 11:05 pm

OK, I'm wondering from you gagging fans about this:

I like nice, big, tight gags. As tight as possible. However, I'm sure you notice even after that is done, you can still moan, and the sound comes from your throat. Has anyone been successful in minimizing the sounds from this area as well? I mean you obviously don't want to choke, but does a posture collar work? foam wrapped around? I noticed whenever I am tightly gagged I can still moan and it's pretty loud.

Good question! Another issue that others have brought up is the nose. An experienced gagee knows that they can make all sorts of noises through their nostrils even if their mouth is sealed and stuffed.

I've been really pushing for this multi-layer method by Jam-orbital on deviantart;http://jam-orbital.deviantart.com/art/The-Jam-Gag-An-Illustrated-Guide-545544786

Jam tackles both issues, the throat noises and the nose-based sounds. For the throat, he ties a bandanna loosely over the neck, which would muffle the sound a bit while also keeping the other layers from slipping off the face.

Personally I think the nose noises are a much bigger 'issue' if you want silence. I don't like covering the nose with anything other than 1 very breathable bandanna 'over-the-nose' gag, and I like to do this for cosmetic reasons. Personally I like the noises, it's like nonverbal communication, takes a little figuring out, kind of a challenge, but you are still able to stay in touch with your partner.

IMO no completely safe gag is completely silencing.

Please do share if you do try it out :) I put one on at least once a week. They say Aristotle would practice giving speeches with pebbles in his mouth, this is how I practice. Not only do I like the sound of my muffled grunts, but I do think it makes me a better orator!

Just to offer a different perspective, I love the moans and muffled noises a gagged woman makes. Complete silence would be boring to me.

Thanks! No, I understand completely. I think moans and begging is great, but I can still do it pretty loud even gagged well.

That sounds suspiciously like a challenge!

This reminds me of a layer gag Jam has drawn where the damsel has like 3 OTN gags in addition to foam noseplugs. When asked about if it was doable be replied it was very as long as the OTNs weren't too tight. He may be right. I've seen a video where a Japanese woman had like 4 scarves tied over the nose for a good while. One I've also likes was where a high heel is tied over the nose(sometimes with pantyhose or panties in the sold area). Wouldn't recommend something like that for a Self TUG though without first wearing the gag unbound for a while.

Well after trying out different variations of this gag, i'd say to hold off on the noseplugs, because it takes a while to pull the gag apart (6 or more knots to be untied). Yeah the OTNs don't cause any breathing trouble, it's the OTM's pushing up against the nose that make it unsafe. Just make sure you keep the OTMs low and smooth so they don't bunch up under the nose.

I don't think i'd ever tie someone AND gag them this securely (much less do it to myself without someone else present). I like a good solid line of contact with someone when playing rope games, and this gag is just really effective at cutting off that line of connection.

For muffling nose sounds, try a leather hood with nose holes. It does diminish the sound while still allowing the captive to breathe.

Hi, cellofello:

Thank you for the reply.

My Adams apple sticks out a bit on my neck, due to my wight (135 lbs, 5' 10"). Every time a hood is placed on me, I feel like I am choking, because it clings to my Adams apple. Do you have any advice on how I can try a hood to avoid this problem? Hoods should be tight... if not, then they can move around and the holes for the nose could shift around, causing you to not breathe.

Thanks,

Get yourself a cloth hood (sold as gift bags and laundry bags at hardware stores and outdoor outfitters) These don't need to be tightened much and will muffle some sound.
