Knot question

May be a silly question, but when tying someone up with rope, how to make the most secure knot so it can't be undone?
You will have to subdue me to restrain me. I been a bad boy so make sure you torture me too with anything but pain.

Monkey fist knots are pretty strong but are a pain to undo.

There is no knot that can't be untied. There are some that are difficult to untie with your hands tied.

That being said, the placement of the knot would probably be a primary consideration. If you can't reach it with your fingers, it's not likely that you will be able to untie it. The exception being those that are tall and skinny, who can slip their tied hands under their butts, then untie themselves with their teeth.

The type of rope is important too. Nylon is slippery and won't hold knots well. Cotton or hemp is preferable.
