Step one:
Get an old pair of socks (here is one I got earlier -_-)
Step 2:
Cut a hole on the heel and pull until big enough to fit your hand and wrist through. Do the same to both socks.
Step 3:
Fut your hand inside the sock and have the hand coming out top of the sock. Do this to the other wrist.
Step 4:
Put the opposite hand (in my case, my right) into where your toes would go. Make sure you use the opposite hand. Pull tight until you are forced to make a fist. Do this with both hands to your hands are completely
Step 5:
Twist and turn your wrists until your bonds are nice and tight!
