Crime & Punishment

I see many delinquents enter the juvenile correctional center in my small and home town Wise, Kansas which is a shame because many of these kids ranging from 13-18 year olds is arrested for crimes in which they decided to tag along with their troubled friends when they were nice and smart kids before they made the decision to commit acts that breaks the law like shoplifting, underage drinking, auto theft, and more. I give out punishments ranging from a couple of days in jail, community service, and probation. Well, this one particular morning, a kid named David entered the system.

His background was different. He was born in Seattle, Washington in Seattle International Hospital by Carrie Berths and James Berth. Growing up in school, he was bullied by his peers and it affected his grades, his behavior, and his attitude leading to him being expelled twice for school fighting and making threats. He was never arrested because charges was dropped after seeing what he went through and they felt sorry for this kid. His Dad got a new job as the DEA in Kansas when he was 11 and he was temporary spared from bullying but his past experiences continued to affect him in a new state and new city.

Now, he was 13 and sitting in my office as he was arrested for slapping an elderly lady in the face after she did not walk fast enough at least it was the item stated in Officer Travis report . This kid came in with his hands shackled behind his back and legs shackled. He was crying because he was finally arrested and he did not think it would be this difficult. I informed him he was being charged for assault and battery which meant he was going to be sentenced to being tied up and tickled and the fear on his face was increased when I said this. He was in fact very sensitive to being tickled. I ordered him to remove his shirt, his shoes and socks and come lay on my table I had purchased the day before. I unshackled him and he obeyed me.

I tied his wrists and ankles to this table and he was begging me not to do this but I told him that every crime has consequences and he was going to learn from this. I took out a long feather and brushed it on the soles of his feet and he immediately broke into giggles as I did this. To me, this kind of treatment was going to discourage him from returning to a life of crime. He was not panicking though because maybe he was getting used to it but I was unmoved by him. I tickled his toes with the feather making sure it was slowly done to get the best results and boy did he laughed very hard. Next, I feathered his underarms and he exploded into something I did not expect as he lay there screaming. I increased the speed of the feather and he was reduced to mild laughter.

I decided to give him a short break. I asked him why he slapped the elderly woman just for walking slow and he said I was always criticized for walking slow when I was a kid and people slapped me so I learned this behavior and wanted to do this to her. I told him it was not okay and he was going to receive more tickling.

I tickled his belly with the same feather but this was his least ticklish as it barely produced any response and it was clear he was able to speak through this and he told me he would be willing to give up the names of two boys who also did this and I was ready to hear what he was going to say but was taken by surprise when he mentioned it was Jackson and Billy Feely which are my sons who are 12 and 14 and I told him they are going to be punished when I returned home, but this was not done yet.

I used the feather on his ribs and sides which elicited a response from him in a flood of pure laughter that echoed in the room. After some more tickling, in which he admitted he was wrong for his decision and I sensed he meant it, I let him go. He never did returned to my correctional center again and when I got home, I gave my sons a tickling, but that is another story.
You will have to subdue me to restrain me. I been a bad boy so make sure you torture me too with anything but pain.
