Back to the original topic, you start by tying a crotch tie and rig 2 pairs of handcuffs into the ropes. Then you tie your ankles, and above and below your knees. And you tie the ropes on your knees together so your feet are up against your butt. You cuff one pair to your ankles and the other to your hands. For extra measure, you could tie your elbows together too.
