The animation on those EVAs is great, you get a real sense of friction and momentum as they scamble for purchase on the ground to start running
DUDE WHAT THE HELL how are they just lifting up panels for Shinji to run on like they were always there
wow he created a sonic boom by running so fast, that's pretty awesome
Don't like the way this one looks in the movie, that's more goofy than alien

Asuka in the fetal pose, now that's familiar, also this look of the city and the wall before we return to the apartment is very cool

I like how Shinji was focusing on how he's never been praised, and Rei is caught up on that she's never been grateful to another
Gendo just saying "ah" as an affermative to Rei's questions reminds me of something, but I forget who
