An interesting case of jewish criminality is provided by that of a jew named Sheldon Selikoff in New Jersey and New York during the 1960s and 1970s – and yes Selikoff is a primarily jewish surname – (1) which shows how disgusting a creature Selikoff was.
We read how in his 1967 appeal against his sentence for fraud in New Jersey how:
‘Sheldon Selikoff, one of several defendants, willfully made and published, or caused to be made and published, false statements for the purpose of obtaining Federal Housing Association insured home improvement loans, in violation of section 1010 of Title 18, United States Code. The indictment contains several counts based upon various misrepresentations in loan applications by different borrowers. The court imposed a fine of $1,000 on one count and a suspended sentence with probation for two years on the other counts. On this appeal Selikoff complains that the proof was insufficient to take the case to the jury and that certain statements in the prosecutor’s summation constituted reversible error.
Each loan resulted from essentially the same sequence of events. A co-defendant, Racanelli, published a series of advertisements in a White Plains, New York, newspaper soliciting the business of would-be applicants for home improvement loans. The co-defendant would take or send the person who answered the advertisement to Selikoff. Selikoff then asked the prospective borrower questions to obtain information necessary or appropriate for inclusion in a loan application and, as answers were given, he made notations on what was described as a “work sheet”. In addition, he had the applicant sign a blank application form. There was evidence that the application, thus signed in blank, and the “work sheet” were then sent to a Michael Goldberg who completed the application and transmitted it to a lending bank. In each case covered by the indictment the completed application contained information substantially different from that which the borrower had given Selikoff with reference to the borrower’s circumstances or the purpose for which the loan was desired.
The bank made each loan by delivering to Goldberg a check payable to the borrower for the amount of the loan. The amount loaned was $3,500 in each case covered by this indictment. When the check reached Selikoff or his business partner Heithaus, one of them would deliver it to the borrower, at the same time requiring the borrower to pay him a fee of $600. There was evidence that $100 of each fee was distributed to Racanelli, $125 to Goldberg and the remaining $375 retained by Selikoff and his business partner.’ (2)
Basically, Selikoff along with his fellow jews Louis Heithaus and Michael Goldberg as well as a token non-jew – of I presume Italian origin – named Racanelli were engaging in the systematic defrauding of home improvement loans from the Federal Housing Association to the tune of $3,500 (roughly $34,000 in today’s money) a time in at least several instances. So Selikoff, Heithaus, Goldberg and Racanelli probably conned the Federal Housing Association out of something like $200,000 to $400,000 in today’s money and were promptly given relatively light sentences by the court and only forced to pay back a quarter to a third of the money they had stolen from the US government.
This in no way stopped Selikoff as on 13th August 1970 he appears in an article in the ‘New York Times’ after he was arrested for running an illegal pornography ring under the business name of the ‘East Coast Mortgage Company’ and the fact that he was employed as a Boy Scout Leader came out.
We read in the ‘New York Times’ article that:
‘The District Attorney’s office here is investigating a business office in the Tow of Greenburgh that according to District Attorney Carl A. Vergari, operated a “clearing house for sex and filth.”
Sheldon Selikoff, accused of being the operator of the office at 54 Tarrytown Road, was arrested by Greenburgh police this morning after a search revealed 23 reels of what was said to be pornographic film and a quantity of nude photographs, as well as books and magazines. The name on the door was the East Coast Mortgage Company.
Mr. Selikoff, 44 years old, is a resident of Yonkers, where he is an assistant leader of a Boy Scout troup. He was charged with obscenity and sexual abuse and released in $1,000 bail in Greenburgh Town Court.’ (3)
A follow up article in the ‘New York Times’ article that published on 22nd September 1970 added further detail to the charges describing how:
‘Sheldon Selikoff, 44 years old, a Boy Scout leader, was indicted today by a Westchester County grand jury on eight counts of morals violations stemming from operation of what the police called “clearing house” for pornography.
Mr. Selikoff, of Yonkers, was arrested on Aug. 10 after an 18‐year‐old girl, hired as his secretary, told the police that Mr. Selikoff showed her an obscene film and made advances toward her during her first day on the job.
District Attorney Carl Vergari said that in a police raid on the office 23 reels of porno graphic film and other items were found.
Mr. Selikoff, free on $1,000 bail, is superintendent of scouting at Public School 13 in Yonkers.’ (4)
We can see from the above that not only was Selikoff an illegal pornographer and distributor of pornography, but that when he employed an 18-year-old girl as a secretary the ‘East Coast Mortgage Company’; he showed her a pornographic film and tried to seduce her into sleeping with him on the first day of her employment.
This both tells us where the arrest probably came from – the distressed girl likely went to the police – and also that Selikoff was a vile lech of the first order.
When he was finally brought to trial for these offences Selikoff did so as the result of a deal with the local District Attorney’s Office – a historic example of the kind of cover-ups and kid-glove treatment of jewish criminals undertaken more famously by the Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes from 1990 to 2013 – (5) which would have meant that Selikoff was simply let off a light sentence that included no prison time.
Happily, the judge overruled this in this instance and gave Selikoff five years in prison for his disgusting conduct and the fact that this was not his first offence but rather that he had significant previous criminal form. (6)
At some point between the 1970s Selikoff got out of prison – presumably sometime circa 1975 – and then moved to Miami in Florida; then on 25th November 2003 Selikoff rammed his car into a tree while not wearing a seatbelt and died as a direct result. (7)
Nothing of value was lost – except the car and possibly the tree – but Selikoff is another good example of why the presence of jews in Western societies is fundamentally intolerable.
