As has been documented by other writers: there has been - and was - a consistent and overpowering jewish presence in attacks on the British decision in the 2016 referendum to leave the European Union (i.e., Brexit). (1)
However on the 3rd November 2016 - following a legal challenge spearheaded by one Gina Miller - the British High Court ruled that parliament would have to approve most - if not all - of the details of Brexit rather than leaving that up to the government in consultation with parliament.
As a result there was immediate interest and a resulting outcry about who the judges who had handed down this decision as well as the parties involved in bringing into court were.
Gina Miller - the principal party bringing the legal case against the government - is an Indian former model and investment banker who was born in Guyana in South America. She is on record as being politically left-wing (she is known to support the Labour Party) and having previously asserted that the result of the Brexit referendum made her ‘physically sick’. (2)
Miller laughably styles herself as a ‘champion of the people’, but in fact runs a 100 million pound hedge fund with her financier husband: Alan Miller. (3)
Eric Striker at the Daily Stormer claimed in his article on the subject that Alan Miller is jewish. (4) His evidence for this is a biographical piece on him that appeared in the Jewish Chronicle in June 2009. (5)
Striker is however incorrect as the piece - despite being in the Jewish Chronicle - says and implies nothing about Miller having jewish roots or converting to Judaism. It is simply a puff piece about a very successful financier and if Miller was jewish then the Jewish Chronicle would almost have certainly mentioned it.
The fact is that we have no evidence that Miller is jewish. Even though this could well be the case given that the head of the B’nai B’rith in the UK is also called Alan Miller but is a different individual. (6)
Similarly the apparent principal barrister on the anti-government side - David Greene - has a common jewish name, (7) but we have no evidence that he is actually jewish. As with Miller; Greene holds far-left wing political views and has been involved in anti-Western legal cases in Africa for most of his career. More recently he has been attempting to introduce class action lawsuits (the most common legal weapon of the far left) into English common law. (8)
Greene - perhaps predictably - also styled the anti-Brexit verdict as a ‘victory for democracy’, (9) which is rather ironic since the case was primarily brought by an Indian investment banker with far left political sympathies as a way to prevent the will of direct democratic decision (i.e., a referendum) being implemented.
Thus we can see that what little we know of the principal legal opponents of the government’s decision is largely non-jewish, but has two individuals (Alan Miller and David Greene) who could conceivably be so prominently placed within it.
When we move onto the three judges who handed down the decision things get rather more interesting.
The three judges concerned are Baron John Thomas of Cwmgiedd, Sir Terence Etherton and Sir Philip Sales. (10)
Baron John Thomas is a founding member of the European Law Institute, which says it works towards the 'enhancement of European legal integration' and is known to be anti-Brexit. (11)
Further Thomas revealed in 2013 that he was/is rather keen on introducing Islamic religious law (Sharia) as a parallel legal code into Britain in much the same way that jewish religious law (Halakhah) currently operates. (12)
Sir Terence Etherton is a left-wing jew; who married his ‘husband’ Andrew Stone at the West London Synagogue in 2014. (13) Etherton has previously made it clear in his speeches and published work that he views his homosexuality as a function of his jewishness, (14) which as previously ‘repressed’ sexual and ethno-religious identities (15) are the principal motivation for his strident advocacy of a form of pseudo-secularism (i.e., only left-wing pro-jewish secular ideas are acceptable, while religious and/or right-wing views are not). (16)
His jewish ethnocentrism is beautifully demonstrated by his decision to boycott the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow because of the Soviet Union’s failure to grant enough visas to Eastern European jews wanting to move to Israel. (17) In addition Etherton has attended and spoken at B’nai B’rith (i.e., a militant Zionist society dedicated to further jewish ethnic interests) events as recently as May 2015. (18)
He also happens to be a regular speaker on the subject of the European Court of Human Rights and how the jewish community can use its strictures to ensure that barbaric practices like Shechita (jewish ritual slaughter) and infant circumcision are legally protected from any kind of objection, criticism or legal attack. (19)
Sir Philip Sales is a controversial figure in British legal circles as he has been accused several times of corruption. He was appointed to the high court at the tender age of 35, while being close friends with then Chief Justice Lord Irvine and Prime Minister Tony Blair. (20)
He was so valued an apparatchik for the government of Tony Blair that he was given the responsibility of defending the Iraq War (including the ‘dodgy dossier’) and the government’s decision not to hold a public inquiry into it. For his services he then promptly billed the British taxpayer a whopping 3 million pounds. (21)
Nice work if you can get it!
Striker has - as with Alan Miller - alleged that Sales is jewish, while Andrew Joyce has suggested the same. (22) However, neither provide a source for this accusation and as I can find nothing indicating this. I am forced to conclude that they are incorrect in making this assertion. Sales was however one of the judges on the anti-Corbyn legal panel, which assisted the Israel Lobby in Britain in trying unsuccessfully to dethrone the then - actually jewish - leader of the Labour Party. (23)
Therefore we can reasonably conclude that Sales is quite happy to work with the jewish community in defending their interests… well as long as he is well paid for doing so anyway.
We can see from this that it becomes clear very quickly that jews are actually, and even more so potentially, playing a significant role in trying to legally derail Brexit as part of the politically left-wing legal establishment.
