According to a rather sparse report in the ‘Jerusalem Post’ yet another jewish couple – we know this because the Israeli city of Beersheba (or Beersheva) is almost entirely jewish – (1) has been indicted for child abuse.
They write how:
‘An indictment was filed against a 27-year-old resident of Beersheba and her partner for the abuse and starvation of her three children, Israeli media reported on Friday.
According to reports, the starvation and abuse led to the death of the woman's two-year-old son.’ (2)
I can find no other details on this at present – although it does remind me of similar cases – (3) but I will keep you up to date as further details emerge.
