Yet another jewish serial sex criminal has been charged in the form of ultra-Orthodox Haredi Rabbi Chaim Halpern of Divrei Chaim synagogue in Golders Green, London.
Describing the charges the ‘Jewish Chronicle’ writes that:
‘Golders Green rabbi Chaim Halpern has been charged with two counts of sexual assault of a woman after a police investigation.
Police launched inquries after the unnamed woman alleged in a broadcast interview in December 2022 that she had been a victim of sexual offences in London.
Halpern, who is 65, was arrested in March last year in connection with the incident which allegedly took place on June 1 2022 and a file submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service last December.
He has been bailed to appear at Willesden Magistrates Court on April 19.
In a statement released early this evening, the police said, “All allegations of sexual offences are taken extremely seriously by the Met and we would always encourage victims to come forward in confidence so we can support them and investigate further.”’ (1)
This isn’t the first time Rabbi Halpern has been in the news for sexually molesting/raping his female congregants with a sizeable and similar kerfuffle occurring in 2012/2013 which the ‘Times of Israel’ narrated rather well at the time:
‘A man believed to be Chaim Halpern, a London rabbi, was arrested Wednesday morning in connection with investigations into sexual assault and perverting the course of justice.
The London Metropolitan Police will not name him, but the man appears to be Halpern, a former religious judge for the Union of Orthodox Hebrew Congregations, who has been at the center of a sexual abuse scandal that has roiled London’s Haredi community since October.
Three more men were also arrested Wednesday morning on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in the case. They are all in custody at a north London police station and may be held for up to 48 hours without charge.
One is believed to be a brother of Halpern.
According to the London Metropolitan Police, all the arrests were made at addresses in the borough of Barnet, which includes the Orthodox suburb of Golders Green, where Halpern is a resident. The main suspect is 54; the others are 64, 62 and 25.’ (2)
Rabbi Halpern naturally began shrieking about his ‘complete innocence’ to all who would listen, (3) but even Rabbi Halpern’s fellow haredi rabbis judged that Halpern was not innocent and declared him unfit to be a rabbi as long ago as December 2012. (4)
After all he was using his position to try and persuade young jewesses to sleep with him (5) and as Rabbi Levi Brackman wrote on ‘YNet’ on 23rd December 2012:
‘Multiple women have accused an extremely prominent London haredi rabbi, Chaim Halpern, of sexually abusing them during their marriage counseling sessions with him.
A number of rabbinic judges in London had the courage to investigate the claims and subsequently found Halpern unfit to serve in any religious capacity. In response, Halpern stepped down from many of his religious positions.
Yet the saga continues because Halpern still maintains his position as a rabbi in his own community. In addition his father, another prominent and venerable rabbi, Chanoch Halpern, together with numerous other rabbis, have dismissed the allegations and maintain that Chaim Halpern is a righteous man who has been caught up in a conspiracy.’ (6)
Essentially what Brackman is describing here is what Michael Lesher described so forcefully in his 2014 book on the subject (and received a lot of violent vitriol from his fellow jews about how he was an ‘anti-Semite’ and/or ‘Nazi’) in that jews will routinely try to cover up child molestation and sexual abuse using everything at their disposal and that this is especially prominent in the ultra-Orthodox jewish community. Jews routinely use the ‘conspiracy’ excuse to defend against just this kind of accusation which uses Rabbi Halpern’s father’s power and reputation to defend against the charge by citing how ‘righteous’ Rabbi Halpern is based on his father’s status.
This has also allowed Rabbi Halpern to call in quite the jewish cocktail crew of ‘experts’ to ‘disprove’ the charges against him as Jenni Frazer described in June 2023 in ‘Jewish News’:
‘Halpern, confronted in Golders Green by the Israeli film-makers last year, denied the claims and added that the recordings were fake.
Jewish News now understands that a Kfar Saba lawyer, Doron Baldinger, who runs a company called Avidence [Audio and Video] Media Forensics, has examined the extracts from the phone conversations played in the programme and compared them with Halpern’s on-camera denial.
The Stamford Hill sources believe that the initial conclusions – written in English and with technical details, in Hebrew, of how the investigation was carried out – point to “very low matches” between the two sound files.
Multiple Stamford Hill sources confirmed the existence of the report, but Jewish News has not yet seen a copy.
A London businessman, Effy Klein, is thought to have a copy of the Baldinger report, but refused to speak to Jewish News.
Baldinger initially said he had consulted a Bnei Brak rabbi, Yehuda Steinharter, after Jewish News contacted him about his report. But after consulting with Steinharter, Baldinger said he had “no intention of being interviewed by any journalist or providing information about any test results to a third party”.’ (8)
Notice this use of so-called ‘experts’, absolute denials by the defendant, allegations of ‘conspiracy’ (the ‘anti-Semitism’ is implied) and also the unsourced claims being made demanding that you suspend your ‘prejudice’ and ‘look at the evidence’.

I wonder why they look and sound so similar…
