Holocaust Survivor Stories: Ben Gurfinkel

Continuing on with my series about so-called ‘Holocaust Survivors’ and their weird stories we have Ben Gurfinkel of San Deigo, California. Who recently received a free set of new teeth from two local dentists who ‘took pity’ on him, because of his backstory.

It would therefore be of interest to look at what he claims concerning his teeth:

‘Ben Gurfinkel said he can't remember ever having a full set of teeth. He said his Mother was malnourished while pregnant with him which may have contributed to his teeth coming in under developed.

Then, as a young child in Warsaw, Poland, he suffered direct malnutrition as he and his Mother were forced to hide in a cellar for more than a year during the Nazi Occupation.

Ben recalls being so desperately hungry at one point he ate dirt scraped off the cellar walls. Ben feels the experience further impacted the development of his teeth.’ (1)

Well the first thing is the obvious fact that as Gurfinkel is 82; he was therefore born in 1936 or 1937 and therefore his mother was pregnant under the Polish national government. This is therefore absolutely nothing to do with the ‘Holocaust’ or the Third Reich, but rather the economic circumstances of his parents.

The second thing is the weird claim that Gurfinkel was so hungry that he tried to ‘eat dirt scraped off the cellar walls’. Since while this is indeed possible; it is extremely unlikely that Gurfinkel really did this on any kind of consistent basis given that other so-called ‘Holocaust Survivors’ managed to find sufficient food to avoid resorting to such a desperate act.

The third thing is what happened during the other five years of the ‘Nazi occupation’?

Did Gurfinkel go into the concentration camps system and if he did – as he was eight or nine years old in 1945 – why wasn’t he gassed immediately as a ‘useless eater’ as the traditional ‘Holocaust’ narrative claims?

If he didn’t then one wonders how he survived five additional years of almost complete nutritional deprivation as a young child.

Oh sorry… silly me… ‘Holocaust Survivor’ stories don’t have to conform to such petty things as biology and realism: do they?
