It's about a modern-day witch, at it's very best it feels and looks like classic Calvin and Hobbes, and honestly it is usually at its best. Pretty early and doesn't update THAT often but idk I'm loving it most of the time. https://misfitsintoyland.webcomic.ws/ - TF comic about mean sinners who are sent to the land of misfit toys after being offered that or hell by Krampus, being turned into toys with altered desires! I like it. https://myother.thecomicseries.com/ - Okay so. This is the most recent and ongoing work by in my opinion savant Øyvind Thorsby. Thorsby has a real barrier to entry with his plots being as expansive and stupid and complicated as they are, and his English is a tiny bit rough, but I genuinely love everything he's ever written. He has a real love for communism, fake biology problems, and long complicated plots run by bad decisions - this is kind of the most severe complication of all of those things, and it's about a species of people who, when they sleep, swap out memories and personalities with their Other. Most of it revolves around the Socialist party trying to prevent the death penalty being used for the people with the Others, and the various farces and murders that come as a result of that. If you like this I recommend Trixie Slaughteraxe for President, and Hitmen For Destiny, both of which are finished. https://horseonvhs.com/nothingdoing/ - Not really an overall story, just about an anxious friend and a chill friend being super normal together. https://www.questionablecontent.net/ - This is paired with El Goonish Shive and Order Of The Stick in my mind as like, the trilogy of long running comics that kinda ballooned in scope and changed what they were about by accident. QC is my favorite of the three. https://swanboy.com/ - Branson Reese's comic.
