If you assume that development started immediately after the release of DaS2, which I do, it's still the shortest development time. And that's in comparison to two unfinished games. I'm not sure it's even possible for DaS3 to be a completed game at launch.

Half of the first post focused on the frame rate, which reveals he's probably never played DeS or DaS on console, since they had the same problems. There's also no point complaining about the small weapon pool and how it impacts replayability when all of the weapons are drastically different to each other. The only thing he got right was the lack of PvP, which is because of Sony's kikery, not anything wrong with the game.

It's all about just practicing and getting used to it. You will never be as accurate as you would be using a mouse but you can eventually get the hang of it. I've found it helps to move yourself to help with aiming as well, don't just stand still but move yourself using the left analog stick to help align the crosshair rather than just standing still and using the right stick.
