1.) This server serves as a way to report on problematic Discord users and organize community events.  In general things that exceed the scope of Discord are not as important here, but if you have evidence that a discord user is connected to an issue off platform, it may be used.

2.) You are not required to ban anyone reported on nor are you required to report on everyone you ban here.  This place is meant to server as a repository of **evidence-backed** reports that can be freely accessed by any other server invited here.  If people feel the need to ban based on a report is up to them; this is not a global banlist.

3.) Do not use this Discord for personal drama.  It is meant to server the community as a whole, not yourself or closed group.

4.) Do not tell other owners and moderators how to run their servers. If feedback is requested, responses should be respectful.

5.) Please remain professional and conduct yourself respectfully when engaging with others on this server. Remember, you represent the server from which you come. Although nothing inside of this server should be shared beyond its members, protect yourself and your team by interacting in a way that reflects where you come from in a positive manner. 

6.) Every moderator and server owner should be allowed to access this server. The point here is to open communication between those of us that want to help make this community as safe and positive as possible. If there is a team member who is not yet involved, please message one of the admins so that we can get them these rules, and get them in!

7.) This chat is **Only** for __Current__ moderators, Owners, and events staff of a server. No one else will be added and should a member be removed from your staff it will be your responsibility to inform an admin so that the user can be removed.

8.) Keep any discussion about serious matters like reports in their appropriate channels.  Do not discuss anything that should be anywhere else in #off-topic, no exceptions.

9.) DO NOT under any circumstance share the reports posted here anywhere else.  The confidentiality of the reports posted here allows this server to function at its best towards the end goal of protecting the community.

10.) All individuals not being reported on (i.e. victims or others who happen to be in chat at the time) should be censored in the reports.  The exception to this rule would be yourselves or team members, if you wish.
