Answers before you ask

You get a written quote before any work starts. Diagnostics cost $59, and we waive that fee if you approve the repair. If we find something extra during the job, we call you first and wait for your go-ahead.

Walk-ins are welcome for diagnostics, but an appointment guarantees your slot and means we can order parts ahead of time. Most repairs need a day or two for parts anyway, so booking first usually gets you back on the road sooner.

Yes. We'll inspect them first and only install what's safe. The warranty then covers our labor but not the part itself. If the part turns out to be wrong or faulty, we'll tell you before fitting it.

Every repair carries a 24-month warranty on both labor and parts we supply. If something we fixed acts up within that time, bring it back and we'll sort it out at no cost.

Card, cash or bank transfer at pickup. For repairs over $400 we can split the cost into interest-free installments — just ask at the desk.

Yes — free for repairs expected to take more than two days, first come, first served. Book it when you schedule your visit so we can hold one for you.
