"Why was RTX demoted?"
RTX was demoted for lack of work and productivity. He didn't put enough to the table for the large payment.
"Why did RTX leave?"
Although giving him the opportunity to stay as a developer, RTX has chosen to leave and do something else. Best of luck to him.
"Why is Juzt not handling this situation?"
Oh boy trust me, Juzt did his part. Huge respect! Juzt had a good connection with RTX and its a lot for him to take in, that's why you dont @ juzt for questions, thanks!

Parry using your wooden bat, launching yourself bacckwards if the killer hits, and give yourself a 2 second speedboost (SURVIVALIST PERK)
Also sets Lighter on cooldown
20s Cooldown
R - Lighter (Phase 1 -> Phase 2)
Light up your bat with flames, allowing a switch of playstyles
Q - Blunder (Phase 2)
Stun the killer for .25 seconds, setting them with the SCORCHED effect (basically slowness but with fire, for 5s)
Upon hit, get set to phase 1 again.
40s cooldown
E - Flash
Bring up a camera and flash the killer, temporarily blinding them for 3s. You're slow during this action
Cooldown: 38s
HP: 90
