OVERVIEW

Saint Belle, Holy Saint Belle, Bella, Higher Belle or just Belle, is a religious figure in TV World. She is a wolf, cat, angel TV pippins hybrid who is believed to know 
the "True Ending" of the Prophecy. She is omnipresent and her powers go beyond the veil of the Dark Worlds. Her right eyes is depicted blue and aflame, a symbol of her
watchful gaze over the Light World and also her cool flame powers. Her left eye is black, as she gazes into the depths of the Dark Fountains. With her purple antennaes, she 
can read any thought, and her numerous pair of wings allow her to travel between all realms. Her personality is strong, and her sense of justice great.
Yet, she can be kind when needed.
In the Light World, she was a mysterious colorful dice Toriel found inside a basin of Holy Water at the Church. Many pippins pray or light candles in her name.
Lavander, purple and white candles, nuts and wine are common offerings to her. Her flower is the Brugmansia.
